If I can give 100 stars, I will give.
Nice, quaiet and cosily. Tasty breakfast. The ovners so friendly and helpful. Large rooms. Close to Connemara National Park, Ocean and more attractions.
Higly recommend. This is the place that you must visit in your life.

Was at the lodge for a few nights at the last day of September (last day of trout season and it poured all day) and the first of October. Loved the stay there! Walk to town along the path and brodge that crosses the stream was quick and convienient to town.
Wish I was able to stay longer, and I would next time!

Super stay. Amazing food and Spa.

The design and colour palette is beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful! Sadly however the whole hotel could do with a refresh (carpets, paint and furniture quite grubby). Expected more.

Hi, we are a group of 28 people staying for 2 nights in Jurys inn Galway.
Had such a good time here! Reception desk, restaurant chef, bartenders, all helping with everything you can think of. Never met such a friendly staff!

This hotel and all the staff get a 5 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from my son and I.
We stayed over Christmas and it was AWESOME.
Nada at reception is the most incredible natured girl ever and was so sweet to us for our whole stay.
Everyone we spoke to were happy and welcoming. The room was gorgeous, everything was spotless and very comfortable, the food was lovely, the atmosphere was easy and the location to everything is perfect.
We will absolutely be back and highly recommend.

Stayed for 2 nights for family break. Great hotel, very comfortable. Great choices for breakfast and very tasty breakfast. Not too far from city centre. Very pleasant stay. Thank you.

A great location to stay while in Galway. The front desk lobby is tiny and it’s adjacent the 1520 pub/restaurant. The hostess we met, Erin, had great recommendations for food, shops and off the beaten path. The rest of the staff was professional and chatty. Super friendly and helpful. The style is very modern, unlike most of the art. Some is a little too much for me but it didn’t matter to me and made for interesting conversation. The rooms aren’t large but not small either.

Overall our stay was pleasant. The pub was great — very friendly bar staff and awesome music. I did have a problem with management (one manager in particular) at the front desk — She argued about everything from the Wi-Fi to the safe in my room not working correctly, and this is not proper guest service. The rooms were nicely appointed.

Heron's Rest was a perfect base for our visit to Galway. Everything about our accommodation was lovely. Very good location. Great restaurants, pubs, shops, and local sights all very walkable. We enjoyed walking along the river and the beautiful views.

Superb location, house very comfortable and well stocked with locally sourced food. Lovely water view and easy walk to everything. Twenty eight steps to the en suite bedroom, but worth it. Nice bed linens and pillows, and the second and third bedrooms (14 steps from main level) worked well. Bad knee is reason for stair counting. Loved the kitchen and sitting watching the world go by plus the boats, including a Galway Hooker.

Visiting from Orlando, FL. The hosts were all very friendly and the food was delicious. At breakfast our host was chatting with us about our plans to visit the Kylemore Castle and the Connemara National park when he mentioned it was going to rain in the afternoon. He recommended switching our plans and doing our hike at Connemara first, which turned out to be the best advice! We completed our hike and indeed it started raining.

Very comfortable beds. Family room was very good. Denis and staff were great hosts and breakfast had such a large variety of food and was delicious. Very near city ctr. About a 10 min walk or less to Eyre sq and the train station. Free parking at B&B.

Lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, very nice dining area for breakfast it looks like it may have been recently refurbished in there. Overall we found it great value for what we paid.

New accommodation. Clean and modern. Centrally located between Salthill and City centre.

Great experience! Hotel and room very clean and very classy. The staff is very nice and very responsive! The only downside to the rooms overlooking the street in which you hear a few cars pass. But otherwise nothing to say, I recommend them without hesitation!

Amazing place to stay when visiting the country, It was my favorite. Derick the owner was great and full of helpful information. We will definitely be staying there again in the future!

Have stayed at several great b&bs in Ireland but this is the absolute best. Beautiful location combined with a spotless and comfortable home. What really sets it apart is the hospitality of the hosts who run it, Derek and his dad. Truly gracious gentlemen who show a keen interest in making your visit special. Grounds were impeccable and the view lovely as well. In a quiet residential setting where you can really relax yet just a very shot hop to the village or Galway for dinner or a pub.

I had a very pleasant couple of days after Easter at the Leenane Hotel. My accommodation on the ground floor was perfect for me and especially my dog. The food was lovely and the service excellent. A long drive from Dublin but it was worth it when you get there. Peace and tranquillity. Certainly would like to return.

We spent 4 nights here last week with our dog Ted. Magnificent location, terrific service and the food was finger licking good. Was great that we could eat and drink without leaving Ted (designated areas). The staff were extremely friendly and obliging and we will definitely be back sometime soon.

Amazing location and accommodation, we really felt like we were in the middle of the old Atlantic rainforest during our stay in the stilt house and during walks around the grounds. So peaceful to hear the sounds of the birds in the mornings and evenings. The house itself is completely unique with floor to ceiling windows provide a great view to relax and wake up to.

Our stay at Fernwood was just perfect. Can’t recommend highly enough. A very tranquil place, beautifully designed and maintained a short walk from Clifden. Anne was a charming host and made us feel so very at home. The sauna, rope bridge and nature trail are completely unique and elegant touches.
We will 100% be back. Thank you!
