A lovely Riad in a more modern style in the middle of the Medina.
Rooms were lovely, very clean, and very spacious. Good air con.
The rooms get made up and tidied twice a day.
Breakfast was ample and tasty if a little plain. Pastries were on point, though.
They say Breakfast is served from 7:30 but in reality more like 8:10 — 8:15.
The management is very helpful and lovely.

This Riad is managed better than any hotel I have ever stayed at and I have traveled all over and stayed at some very posh hotels.
Manager Noureddine makes sure anything you need is taken care of.
Perfect location for shopping the Medina.
Breakfast is perfect and accommodating to diet restrictions.
I was very skeptical about staying here at first because of size and lack of amenities but have been proven wrong.

We stayed there last week the road is cool and clean, the staff is friendly and helpful The air-con works really good while it's burning out side. A home in Marrakesh.

What a fantastic stay we enjoyed at riad Luzia — perfect location in the Medina. The Riad is traditional Moroccan beautiful! Our bedroom was excellent-super comfy beds and lovely bathroom.
Breakfast (delicious freshly prepared Moroccan) was taken on the rooftop terrace with skyline views of Marrakesh (and the Storks)
Mustapha was a total star — helped us with restaurant recommendations/ trips out of the city /shopping.

Centrally located with easy access to the main market area. Nice clean rooms and staff was very friendly. Morning breakfast was delicious and was the perfect start of the day for us. The Riad was beautiful and bed was comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Incredible Riad. Beautiful, comfortable and full of charm. Our host Buba was also extremely helpful and hospitable. Our room was very large and lavish and the pool was at the perfect temperature. The breakfast was delicious and we always had great service. Even though it is 10Min away from the center of the Souk it allowed us to see more of the city. Would recommend without hesitation.

Vert lovely and comfortable place. The staff are very helpful, in special Buba, very cosy and quite place. The breakfast are soooo good, it's 10 min from "big square" and this is a very little inconvenience. If I will come again, I repeat in Riad Palais Razala :)

Our family of four had an unforgettable stay at Riad Andalla Spa while exploring Morocco's geology and astronomy with AtlasGeoTours and guide Moha. The riad was luxurious and serene, with comfortable rooms and delicious food. Moha's knowledge and passion made our tours engaging and educational. Stargazing in the desert was a highlight. Highly recommend for families seeking a unique adventure.

The Riad is superbly located being less than ten minutes walk to the Souk and Jemaa el-Fnaa square. I travelled with a large family group including young children (youngest aged 6). All of the staff from Christophe (owner) and Younes (manager) down were superb. They were welcoming, attentive, caring and patient with the children. I had a suite and standard room, each beautifully decorated and in a very good condition. Breakfast was held on the terrace that varied daily and was delicious.

100%recommend the host very friendly and help us a lot and arrange good everything the villa so big can spend your all day here is no enough. The dinner here is amazing than restaurant all from them handmade feel like home and the foods so fantastic than outside they upgraded Morocco foods and unique the place so quite and design so unique and feel like living in the garden will come back soon.

Absolute paradise. Visited here after 5 days in central Marrakech. Just what l needed. Beautiful, tranquil and the perfect atmosphere. It's like home from home. Nice and intimate but enough areas for you to relax on your own if you need. Gardens and gorgeous with rabbits, dogs and horses — all kept separate from guests but you can go visit them if you wish. The rooms are spectacular — huge space, clean and homely. Owners were so friendly and welcoming. Food has been delicious!

The most wonderful place on the planet — this Riad has it all and we can’t wait to go back. Thanks for creating a complete paradise, we loved every second! Couldn’t wish for more amazing staff, thanks especially to Abdel Karim, Rachid and Ismail who couldn’t do enough for us and were absolutely brilliant to chat to.

We had an Amazing stay in this beautiful Riad. The staff is so friendly & the rooms have a very cozy interior. I love Amazigh Interior and you could really feel and experience the Moroccan Culture with how they designed the rooms. The place is walking distance from almost everything historically in the Medina. We only had breakfast here, but it was delicious. Very nice rooftop too if you want to tan or have breakfast/ dinner there. Definitely coming back to stay here!

Great Riad in a great location! We only stayed for one night but wished we could have stayed longer and enjoyed all the outdoor lounge spaces they had. The best part was how friendly and helpful everyone was. We used the airport pick up and they had someone come walk us to the Riad when the car couldn't go into the Medina. It was so helpful. Clean and comfortable room. Nice bathroom.

I spent the first night of our trip in Morocco with my friends in a Riad, and the last one as well. We were welcomed like good, old friends, and I think this connection will last forever. They are hospitable, open-hearted to guests. I feel like at home with good friends. I hope to see them again soon.

Great Riad with very hospitable staff. Celebrated birthday in Morocco and they gave us a cake during breakfast. Breakfast was great too and would highly reccomend this place!

This riad-style hotel is very clean and comfortable. Very convenient location in a clean modern district but close to all historical/tourist attractions. Sufyan, the owner of the place, is an amazing person who is always ready to help with any question or situation. Also, there's an inexpensive underground parking right across the street, and you've got lots of good restaurants and cafes just around the corner.

The best service I experienced (and we stayed at a few of Riad's in Marrakech). The staff were so kind, patient and so welcoming. Just for this, I would recommend this place 10x over.

It is fairly easy to find but it can be a bit intimidating as the path getting to the Riad is quiet and is a bit hidden, so you may feel like you are getting lost - trust Google Maps :)

Beautiful riad in the middle of Marrakesh madness. You can easily find it if you download the Google map and follow directions. Area feels safe even in the evening. Lovely kind people working at riad, Thank you all 😊Very comfy bed with excellent bedding, singing birds waking you up in the morning, tasty but simple breakfast (mostly sweet). The bad point is that you can hear prayers very early in the morning and it's quite loud so be prepared to be waken up.

This Riad is the best Riad in marrakech and I will explain why … firstly the accommodation is 5* the building is visually stunning, the rooms are immaculate and beautiful and instagram perfect and I cannot stress this enough it is stunning, secondly the roof top pool is so rare to find in marrakech because usually the terraces are narrow and don’t strategically allow for a roof top pool, the pools are normally on the ground floor so having a pool on the roof allows you to have the sun all day

We had a great time at the Riad Spa Azzouz. A small haven of tranquillity in the hustle and bustle of the Medina souks.
The team gave us a very good welcome (worthy of Moroccan hospitality! ) and was very attentive to meet our lowest expectations.
The Riad is freshly renovated, tastefully decorated and very quiet, the small pool very nice.
Very well placed, close to many cafes, restaurants and major tourist spots and taxis accessible 5 min to get out of the Medina.

We stayed at this riad on 30 Mar for one night and enjoyed both our stay and the dinner onsite. It’s true that the room we booked was a bit small, but given we only stayed there for one night it was okay. The walk from the closest drop-off point to the riad was easy, and luckily we brought us a carry-on luggage only thus it wasn’t too bad.

At the riad, we were welcomed by the staff with mint tea and cookies, and we took our time filling in the forms for checking in.

This Riad is amazing - the staff is really friendly, rooms and common areas very clean and very quiet. It felt like we were the only ones staying there. It's very peaceful and authentic.|The breakfast was lovely and the pool on the roof was very nice as well. Could not recommend this place more.

Days after our stay, we have still been talking and comparing every other host to Simon. He has set the standard so high that we have not yet encountered anyone as good or close to as good as him, really. His warmth, friendliness and welcoming demeanour just absolutely set us off on our trip around Morocco on the bestest of ways.
The riad’s doorstep is the medina. Food all around and only like 3-5 minutes from the square.

We are from Canada. Simon is great host and he went above and beyond in every respect. The moment we entered the Riad we felt it is our home. He is super detailed from presenting the breakfast to talking to guest and sharing the details of the city (where to eat, visit etc. ). The rooms were super clean and bedsheet and towels have been changed every day. The Riad has its own uniqueness and its very close to main square. We would highly recommend Simon and would definitely consider coming back.
