This was our second time at the namib guesthouse as we had a wounderful experience the last time.
The Namib Guesthouse is centrally located and within walking distance of Swakopmund city center.
The hostesses are extremely warm and very helpful in all matters. Among other things, when you check in you will receive a city map and all the sights and ways to get there will be explained.

We were greeted by friendly staff eager to assist with any request or available to answer any questions we might have.
The reception offers assistance with any bookings you might require for nearby restaurants or adventure activities.
The room boasts with an amazing view of the desert. Desert Breeze is tranquil and conveniently located near town and popular amenities/restaurants.

It was amazing! Every detail is full of creativity and love. The view is outrageous, the staff extremly helpful, the breakfast is excellence, Magret is a great Host! Thank You for this amazing experience and memory, we keep it in our heart ❤️

Awesome containers for accommodation!

Quad biking was better than expected in the dunes and accomodation was clean and cosy.

Lovely to see and visitors to visit and staff are friendly and professional service and safe to stay security ate gate and love the elderly.

Room is nothing to write home about but clean and functional. The garden is very beautiful and shared with the elders home on the grounds. Staff is helpful and friendly. Wi-Fi is a bit weak in the room but fast and stable when moving a bit closer (and sitting in the garden is nicer anyway).

We arrrived after a long ride and received a warm welcome by David who helped us with our luggage and showed us our wonderful room. He even cleaned up our dusty luggage for us. |The room, grounds and breakfast area are all superbly kept and they have recently tastefully refurbished it. We had room #2 and it was spacious and quiet which is just what we need for the 3 nights we were there. The beds were very comfy. |David booked us reservations at local restaurants and a tour.

Our stay at the Brigadoon in Swakopmund was superb and from the moment we arrived we knew we had made the right choice for a place to stay. David and Linus and the ladies made us so very welcome, professional and friendly. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the whole property is really lovely. The pictures online are great but It’s even better in real life. It’s in a quiet location a few minutes walk from the sea. Big thanks to all for an amazing stay and an amazing breakfast.

We loved our stay here! We felt like home; very good breakfast, nice talks with the owners, organic fresh products in their shop, and a farmer market with music at Saturday afternoon! Please note; this is the former Villa Wiese with the same previous owners. Go there, especially after some camping :)

Absolutely loved staying here! Friendly service and atmosphere. Very accommodating and pet friendly. The breakfast layout is great, with something of everything, as well as locally made fresh bread.
It's also within walking distance from the Mole beach and Spar. We walked everywhere.
It is located close to a main road and sound travels through the walls. But it doesn't dampen the experience and guests seem to be respectful about the noise.

Beautiful Hotel with bungalows on stilts on the shore of the Atlantic Ocean, spacious and yet cosy rooms, large windows for great views! Beds are most comfortable! Bathroom with perfectly functional shower. Breakfast room with view to the ocean and a flock of Flamingoes.

Excellent standard of hostel. Great Internet, showers and customer service. Oh, and the mattresses are soft too Perfectly located for a walk into town and right next to the ocean. We'll worth booking into. Security is also tight.

This was the best backpackers in Namibia… and the price was the cheapest. Unreal! What a wonderful experience!

We were very happy to be hosted here. It was a super experience and we could walk down to the beach from here. Close to everything that we needed. We will definitely try make another booking here again.

The place is good value for money, very kind ladies looking after the place just unfortunate that one only gets one remote and one set of keys even if a party of 5.
It's not the ultramodern space, but it's functional and welcoming.

It is a very pretty, spacious accommodation (actually every rooms actually has several rooms) which is in a quiet area but very walkable distance from the town center. The garden is beautiful, and great to relax. The breakfast was with lovely details and very delicious (also very fresh).
Also you can book a massage was conveniently which is profressional and has a good value for money.

We are leaving Swakopmund today after having stayed at Villa Margherita for 3 fabulous nights/days. We were blown away by the level of service and the beautiful rooms (which are actually suites). We had 1 lunch and 1 dinner at Villa Margherita and the quality of the food was excellent. 4 of us got massaged twice and we would have loved to stay longer!

Very pleasant place to relax after some long road travel. Little touches, such as a fan in the room, were much appreciated. No problems. That's all I have to say but this review form requires 200 characters so here they are.

My family and I had a wonderful stay, we had a busy weekend and it was so delightful, from the warm welcome to the clean and neat rooms, our weekend was made really pleasant. This will be our choice of stay whenever we visit Swakopmund again! Thank you :-)

This is not my first time staying in Driftwood. Immaculate clean and very friendly personnel. The breakfast is very good with a wide variety. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. Also walking distance from the beach away from town center. Would definitely stay again.

Driftwood Guesthouse is locatd in a quiet residential area just a few metres away from the Atlantic Ocean. It has small and spotless clean rooms with comfortable beds, great staff and safe parking in front.
The beach is only a very short walk away and there is a yummie Pizzeria round the corner.
