Everything great and a lot a lot recreational for the kids.

Very comfortable hotel, varied food and great quality.
The all-inclusive drinks are all top brands, excellent cleanliness and unbeatable staff treatment.
We will certainly repeat.

Last year I was there and everything great, food treatment… But this year the quality of food and reduced variety, the treatment of some receptionists unpleasant.
Some relatives who were here came and treated him badly, they did not let him pass from reception and so many things …

Very ignorant Spanish people, not told by Tui that it was mainly populated by Spanish holiday makers, a lot of the staff unable to speak any English or refused to, wouldn’t come to Almeria again, may even use a different tour operator 🤬

Overcrowded noisy silly rules change daily No communication as very little staff speak English Sun bed experience in the morning like running a marathon to gain your best spot at 7am in the mornings Food very repetitive and would be a suggestion to have some fresh bowls of yogurt out like other all inclusive hotels do The dining experience itself leaves a lot to be desired noise food queues the list goes on Rules in general are made up on a daily basis to have a negative effect as you state on the fun elements of the pool Safe to say we wouldn’t return again.

After staying in Roquetas twice already and throughly enjoyed it we decided to visit again with our family. I cannot wait for the peace and quietness of back home this has to be the most over crowded, noisiest and full of ridiculous fun killer rules Iv ever experienced! You cannot hear yourself think talk not a chance of having a chat to your family over dinner for the enormity of noise it’s deafening! The only place to chill out with out whistle blowing screaming and horrendously booming music is the beachNever will I put myself and family through the experience again! Dreadful on every level the receptionist do not speak English so trying to ask for help there not in the slightest interested overall it’s been nothing but hard work!

Fabulous place and an even better hotel. The variety of food is amazing. I can't actually find any fault at all. I would recommend it to anyone.

It is a wonder. Although the facilities are very good, although you can put some paste small, kindness, respect and good knowledge of its employees the first and the last are 100 out of 10. We already had experience in another chain hotel evenia and we knew of their good work, but with this have embroidery. We like to move around and see different places but with the chain again safe.

Very nice, clean, beautiful hotel with friendly staff and delicious food. Everyone helpful. Clean pool's for adults and kids, also lots of life guards around. I absolutely love it!

It was great alot of entertainment for the children and grownups. Very tidy, people also speak a variety of languages that suit you. There is something for everyone and everyone is great.

Very good hotel to go with children, it is the second year that I choose this hotel to go on holiday, perfect gran breadth of places and not this crowded Spanish tourism is large majority, it is a hotel with All-Inclusive truth, as some substitutes that I've visited before, you have two areas of different pools, the great and the aqua park, the two perfect, large rooms for eating and always with great variety of everything and for all tastes, during your stay you can dine at several hotels themed to the letter and in all great. The theme of the sun loungers and the war of every summer, from 7 in the morning you can drive down to pick one, but I refuse to get up early on holiday to the 9:30 went down to breakfast and there were still many free that if near the pool, or crazy. The cradle has a cost of about 40 euros a week and the private garage underground about 105 a week, but if you appreciate your car and want to sleep in the shade do not hesitate, the apartment outside of the hotel is always full…, for all the great stay and most likely return in other years.

The hotel and the pools are very good. Yes, you can already get up early to catch a sun lounger, it is embarrassing to go down to 11 in the morning and they are all occupied with towels but no people of Course. The people are going. To the beach and lets the sun loungers were occupied with towels. This should be totally prohibited, it is unfortunate that someone who wants to be in the pool taking the sun can't be all caught and without anyone lying.

So far the best hotel in Spain. Everything is here, free Wi-Fi with massive coverage — even on the Beach outside hotel. Nighclub until 2am, few restaurants, great food, free 1 hour gym every day except Sunday. Brilliant beach with great waves. Many activities during the day and fantastic shows every night.

Disappointed. On arrival I was made to wait outside the enclosure until I closed the buffet because I wanted to enter with dinner instead of lunch. The first time I spend in a hotel. The food very little variety, very little advance on the part of the employees and pretty much to be desired compared to other 4 * hotels. Great pool and facilities. I was very excited but I took a disappointment.

Good food, but no choice. The best the theme restaurants but you have to ask for appointment as in the doctor. Also good entertainment and disco. And especially the pools.

The food was very good. The service and treatment very good. The pool very well for the kids. Recommended for all inclusive hotel. The bad thing: having to get up at 7 just to leave a towel in the pool and so have a place nearby. Recommended.

Stunning facilities, with three outdoor pools and a small deck. Exit to the huge Promenade & beach. Large room with terrace. The dimensions are reduced by having two and a half metre beds, which are eaten in the room. The rest of the furniture is of poor quality plastic (see photos), unfit for a 4 star accommodation. The parking, Justito for a 460-room establishment.
The worst: The buffet food, quality of a 7 Euro road menu, with a sad sad pastry (see photos).
The staff, friendly and helpful, except the lackadaisical ladies of the reception, who — in any query — respond with distant air perdonavidas. Who put it there?

Great hotel, very clean, food is actually alright for an all inclusive. The swimming pool is great for kids, has water slides and a pirate ship with dragons. You can use the facilities in the hotel next door which has a normal pool.

One more resort, on the beach. Good facilities, clean. That's a lot of retired people. Regular buffet food. The horrible animation, at least the mini-disco.

I think the diversity of opinions I found of this hotel before coming has already justification for me, there are things that obviously will not change, such as pools with very original slides, and huge beds that occupy almost the entire room, literally, Although the mattresses are springy and uncomfortable, but the buffet, must be two seasons, high or low, and the variety of products is huge, had seen pictures of pies, cakes, a huge variety of ingredients for salad, chocolate fountains, melon and watermelon Departure… however in our stay, none of that, if you wanted fruit you had to take a piece of orange or apple… sweet dessert had full trays of custard or rice pudding to serve you and little else, the burgers of the frozen, in the pancakes of Breakfast or a miserable pot of whipped cream, there were some dishes that were not bad, but come on, we did not expect so little variety… it is clear, that either you spend a bundle in summer and eat decent or at another station is come to eat regular pulling to bad… thing that in another hot The area did not happen a few months ago, that we get excited with the slides… for me is not worth.

It was a wonderful stay. The hotel very clean, with good seating areas and recreation, the pools great and clean many sun loungers to sunbathe the with gives great every day different stews, grilled meat and fish, very well cooked.
Direct exit to the beach. Unbeatable. But the best of all and without hesitation the treatment of the staff. We celebrated a birthday there and they didn't lack attention. The stars to a hotel don't give them the money they pay, the staff gives them and in this they are 10.

Very good to spend a few days of vacation, close to the beach and gardens with pools and slides between the hotel and the beach, with indoor pool for the days that is not comfortable outside, a past of organization throughout the complex, very advisable with children.

Bad experience when arriving at reception, had plaintext a room with sea view. And I was deceived, they said it was not so and that if I wanted one with views I had to pay a supplement, I did, and I got one with a view. When I checked the deception, he demanded that I return the money cashed and then offered me a room with no view, if I returned some of that money. They made Me change rooms, with all the inconvenience that this entails. They behaved with very little professionalism and without any sense. Very bad experience.

It's the third time I stay in Zoraida Park, I don't mind repeating it because of the previous times. Very well in terms of accommodation, personal treatment, food all excellent, but this last time enough change regarding the meals, has dropped a lot and few varieties.

Good hotel, we travelled with Imserso. Well organized excursions. Much chance of walking if time permits. (Lots of wind and rain)

Good location Gardens that overlook the promenade and the beach. The law firm is of quality. The room is OK although they are excessively large the beds for the useful space; You miss a couple of seats (or chairs) to sit down to watch TV. The indoor pool is not very big but it is comfortable. The outside and the kids park very very well.

We were in July last year the fantastic experience the people super nice hope to return. The only downside I put is that the hammocks are reserved from very early but they put a paper and as you do not get off in an hour you take them off. And the best the animation and the waiters both of the dining room and the bars. One of the best places I've been quality priced.

My trip is with the Inserso, puntualizo because they tend to be pretty ordinary hotels and this is a four star well placed, the rooms are two beds of 1, 35 with terrace, fridge (others do not have) free Wi-Fi (others charge you) the leisure areas are spacious, very good pools with slides, direct access to the beach and the food quite acceptable, the staff very professional and friendly. My rating is pretty good.

Stayed for a week on our 1st all inclusive holiday and our 1st holiday abroad for nearly 20 years. The hotel is great for families and is used a lot by Spaniards. The rooms are kept clean and have 2 queen size beds, a decent size for 2 people, as our 2 rooms were, but would probably be a squeeze for 4. The air conditioning keeps the room beautifully cool after a day in the sun and the door to the balcony keeps outside noise to a minimum (we overlooked the kids pool with waterslides and could barely hear them). The only downside is the lack of shower mat or non-slip surface in the bath. There are 4 themed restaurants on the complex, grill, Asian, Mediterranean and Italian (shared with the neighbouring Zoraida Garden hotel) that do buffet-type snacks during the day as well as breakfast and you can book 3 of them during the week for 1 sit down meal each. There is also a buffet restaurant that does meals most of the day from breakfast to evening meal. The food throughout is good and varied, from salads and cold meats to hot meats, fish and vegetables, breads and sweet pastries and cakes. The waiting staff and bar staff are all friendly and hard working and we saw no sign of favouring the Spanish customers over us. There is entertainment on a night in the Zoraida Garden area, by the pool, for kids until about 10pm then general entertainment acts (singing / dancing / magic) after that.

Great hotel, the staff are working there socks off can't fault them in any way (well done) the reps are very helpful can't fault them either (well done joanna) the decor is a bit to funky for me not my taste but I do like the bit of art-deco you can see in the hotel I wish they had left as it was before the revamp but the rooms are very comfortable and spacious with everything you need The swimming pool has an unusual smell and a yellow oily mark around the water level needs an investigation? never seen it in any other hotel or pool before The 4 restaurant work well and it's nice to be able visit them in between the main restaurants The entertainment is very good at night enough for everyone I would recommend the hotel to friends and family.

We have just spent 11 nights at the park hotel,. Checked out on 3rd July this was our 2nd visit to the hotel, we can not fault this hotel at all. The hotel is spotless and the food is good, the staff are very friendly. The location to the shingle beach is on the door step. The only tiny fault would be my son who is 18 came with us and he was bored has the entertainment wasn't to his liking but we all really enjoyed the holiday. If you have younger children then this hotel is for you so don't hesitate and book.

Very friendly service and smiling staff. The hotel seems a bit too crowded at times. Great place if you have small kids, not ideal for teenagers and young adults. The level of sound is very high, would be nice to have a place to have a conversation without having to yell at eachother.

Hotel family to enjoy and relax. Second year we repeat, what sales with extra kilos after eating so much.

The very best that can be found in hotels. I've been a whole week here and I must say from 1 to 10 I give a 100 if I am not wrong by writing a 100 and well deserved. It's all wonderful from the entrance until the day of departure. I'm very happy because have first of all a team human wonderful and that includes to all their workers. Reception, waiters, ladies of cleaning, animation, safety, maintenance, cooks, lifeguards and apologize if I leave someone because they are all pure kindness and elegance on all four sides is all absolutely everyone is great. Then luxury facilities, a modern hotel designed to the last detail for the comfort and well being of all. Exquisite meals is eaten super well and also if you SUP the speciality restaurants is the most dinner à la carte and an exquisite service. In addition if you're all inclusive as I came I, food have whenever you want and in any of its restaurants. Not know how esxplicarles but in summary is a hotel wonderful where the week is me has made very short and I took a great recall. We are already planning to return the year coming on our next vacation. Thanks to the entire team at the hotel for making us feel at home. Is I forgot all the nights there are different performances that make the delights of all. Who can to come deserve the penalty.

Recommended hotel for families with children and people who likes quiet leisure pools soak up the Sun with its 2, 000 about 20 hammocks. 000 metres d lawn and sua 2000 meters in the pool. And slides. It is eaten above normal, a paradise for d holidays. To put some sticks to be onesto. Its tables of night could have two drawers and its thirteen hangers in the wardrobe you could add five more.
