Extrem beautiful house in a super central location. Great hospitality! Anytime again.

The staff is beyond “AMAZING” each and everyone of them. They will go out of their way to accommodate your needs, and they do it with a bright smile. The house was immaculate and breakfast was very good. I left part of my heart at Baan Noppawong, and that is my little Kapook. She truly brightened my day every time I seen her sweet smiling face. Thank you for the memories.

Beautiful little hotel, private and beautiful garden to relax in after a day in Bangkok. Staff were very helpful and transfers to the airport easy, breakfast was great.

It’s a little gem in a back alley off of a major hustle and bustle of the city. You have to keep in mind that it’s a b&b and not an actual hotel. With that being said the staff was extremely nice and accommodating. We arrived after midnight and a security guard got us in to our room. We requested a very late check out due to a night flight and were able to explore the city and have a shower before leaving for a small fee. Our room had an indoor outdoor bathroom, and a private spa. Wi-Fi was rather slow, but if you go to the office / breakfast room it works better. There were no English spoken TV channels, but a small collection of dvds was there just in case. Breakfast was modest but more than enough. Eggs fried perfectly, and different fruit served on different days. Sausage and ham very tasty. All served promptly and with genuine smiles and a feeling of being welcomed. A word of advice on getting there. Do not take a voucher taxi. The rate quoted was 900. Taxi drivers (in taxi meter cabs) stopping by exit 5 were asking 600-1000. The metered taxi we got at taxi counter by the exit 1 was 203 plus 50 fee. The driver didn’t take the toll way which was perfectly fine late in the evening. However the first driver we got from the taxi dispatch desk was a scammer who wouldn’t turn the meter on and when he pulled over not knowing where to go we just got out and walked back to the taxi counter. On the way back the taxi took the tollway without asking and demanded cash for toll.

Our suite was beautiful. Service was great and with a smile. Such a nice place to stay, close to lots of attractions. Will definitely go back.

Shattered! It is so noisy that it is not possible to sleep. It's dirty and dust has years I don't understand the other reviews.

Baan Noppawong was an absolute stroke of luck. A small Paradise in the historic center. Wat Pho can be reached by foot, if you want to make a trip through the small streets in the Chinese quarter. Breakfast in the beautiful garden, very loving hosts. Directly next to it is a very Thai recommend massage.

A really nice place close to the historic area, too bad there are no metro nearby. Impeccable service.

There's only one hotel (warm as home sweet home) in bangkok … You will feel.
The way you sleep in little forest … You can hear amazing birds song … Especially …
You will have a warmly smilingly welcome from a manager and staffs with kindness …

Amazing place! It is a get away paradise hidden in a busy city. I would highly recommend this to someone on a budget looking for a quite and tranquil place to get good sleep. The breakfast isn't 5 star but it is better than expected and far better than majority of restaurants that would serve in the area. This seems to be run by a family and they are extremely organised, friendly and welcoming. Worth every little penny you pay :)

Typical thai House. Very well located in bangkok.
Beautifully decorated, freshness and greenery makes good in this area.
A not recommended if with children young and loud (parquet teak, small rooms and not very good sound insulation).
It feels very well and at home, the owners are very friendly and accommodating.
