The resort is very family friendly for all ages and so many beautiful views. The Wyndham Team was very professional and willing to answer any questions.

The waiting for our food was a bit long, but understandable as many places in town need workers, food was great and the manager was very helpful, one of our favorite places in town.

I do completely understand the struggles our restaurants are under with the lack of employees but this place isn’t even trying to accommodate.

Love it here! Beautiful room, beautiful views and friendly staff! Definitely not 5 star clean. Floors most likely not mopped and table and countertops still had crumbs/crusty spots. Hair in the shower. But the mattress/beds are clean (very important to me! ) and stove and refrigerator are clean! With all that said we will DEFINITELY be back again! It is beautiful here! Resort and city! 🥰

Place its been remodeled our suite was real nice and a upscale feel, mayor improvement of the rooms.

They have terrible service. Actually, no service. They have you stand in line like McDonald's and then add 20% for tip to drop wrong order in VIP room aka we forgot you room. No music, no service. Sucks. Never saw a server once until he dropped food off. Never checked on us. Tip go to gas station pick up beer, go to Wendy's you wolf be much happier. Smaller bill, better service & food equivalent.

Food on table, food/fingerprints on a couple of doorknobs and all light switches are gross.
Stove & Refrigerator are gross. Food still on stove and something died in the freezer.
Bathtub is FILTHY!
During COVID Pandemic you would think you would make sure to sanitize and disinfect your units.

Great food and service, Jamie did a great job even though they were super busy. Loved that they even provided a water bowl for our dog. Everything we had (party of 5) was amazing. I mean where can you find fresh made pork skins?!? Beer is great and selection is awesome.

Some of the staff here is rude. We were told to call them a few days before, every day, to see if we can have a king size bed since we have an infant. The staff only gave us sarcastic comments. My husband and I had to sleep separate rooms the first night. The couches have holes in it. The manager was informed who offered a couch cover and a gift card. I have traveled many roads and stayed over 1000 places. This is by far the cleanest place ever. Not just cause if covid19. And you can tell it’s always been clean. Right now not a good place to visit pool unless you make reservations. Because of covid19. I will be back again and again. Family friendly or not lol. Best place ever. Busy town right now so go early for what ever you do. Gold course on property is amazing. I give it a 4 stars ⭐️ it would be 5 but pool area not big enough for resort.

The newly remodeled Wyndham resort in Pagosa Springs is beyond expectation! From check in to check out our family couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The rooms are spacious and about 200 are be renovated at this time. The area is beautiful. Everyone at wyndham is great at this resort.

We checked in Fri. Jeremiah was extremely rude and condescending. The lack of customer service at this location is appalling. We are treated so much better at other locations. — здесь: Restoration Church.

Excellent beer and the location is wonderful. Parking readily available and service was quick, friendly and efficient. Enjoyed the Wheat beer, SaltyCaramel Stout, cream ale and HazyIPA the most. Pizza was delicious with a crispy crust and generous toppings! Great place overall! Family friendly and has something for everyone!

The staff has no idea what they are doing. Was told I couldnt be seated even though there were a ton of tables vacant. Then was told food wasnt be served at the moment even though ai saw food being run to multiple table. Very slow staff.

The food & beer were good, server was terrible. Took us over an hour to get our food. You have to order & pay for fries separately. Brought all our food out & then said someone else would bring the fries, which they didn't bring until we were finished with our burgers. Also ordered another beer. I asked her where it was after 15 mins She said "oh they poured it, I just haven't gone to get it". We won't go back.

Been coming here for years this unit is probably the worst I’ve seen here. Loud neighbors dirty unkempt room. So disappointed.

Great Place to stay and comfortable.

Family from Indiana dined with you this weekend. 45 minutes after ordering food, they were told that their order had not been turned into the kitchen. When the food finally arrived, it was middle of the road. The waiter appeared to be high on grass or drink. We will think twice before recommending PBC again.

The staff at Wyndham Pagosa have no clue about either serving or being advocates of the guests. The service has steadily gotten worse over the years as we visit 1-2 times a year. As an owner, I am embarrassed by how they treated me regarding a medical situation that arose from our stay there last summer. No follow up and a game of corporate hot potato where I ultimately lost. I do not trust anything they have to say anymore.

The food was good, drinks were good also. Our waitress Krisa was awesome, even though her shift was over she didnt leave until we were done eating.

An absolute must when visiting Pagosa. The salmon fish & chips arethe best and the green bean fries are yum!

Hands down one of the best vacation homes I have ever stayed at. Full kitchen to heated floors, huge master bedroom to include Jacuzzi tub. Also a garage. Owner is awesome and very accommodating. I highly recommend Pagosa Springs Luxury Properties!

Beautiful views. Maintenance is amazing. We had an issue with the mattress and they had a brand new one ready for us to use in less than half and hour. Nice rec center and plenty of things to do. We went to the hot springs and are taking a train ride later in the week.

5 stars all around! Best beers and food in town. Friendly staff and cool communal atmosphere. Reasonable prices. We enjoyed the salted Carmel and the poor man's ale!

Thank you for taking the steps to be dog friendly! The only place we were able to sit down and have a beer with our pups the whole weekend. Everywhere else I called about allowing dogs on their patio were plain rude when I even asked about it. Of course the food and beer were delicious and service was great even though we had to be tucked away in the back because of silly laws.

Had a lock off unit in Peregrine, 5 adults and two kids. Plenty of room, privacy, and noise control. The units were roomy, clean, and we'll kept. The parking was at the front doors! The patios are a relaxing, beautiful place to sit and enjoy the views. We had the golf course outside of our back door, no worries about being hit by a stray ball. The hot tub room was an added bonus. Gorgeous mountain views from all sides!

So, we visit Pagosa every summer. We found this spot in 2017 and it was awesone We were excited to go back this year but were very disappointed. We waited almost 40 minutes for our food (they were not very busy that night) and several of us received food that was just warmer than room temperature. Those who ordered burgers were happy with their food. I gave four stars ONLY because the manager removed the items that were not right from our bill and she was very apologetic. Just based on food and wait time I would have given it 3.

Fun little escape staying here. They have some fun stuff for the family like mini-golfing, giant chess and jenga, lots of wandering geese to feed (or sometimes chase), or just chilling out in the rooms. The negatives are that this place hasn't really updated accommodations since I stayed here 15 years ago, cobwebs everywhere on the deck, and the a/c went out and maintenance still hadn't come to fix it 48 hours later. Had it not been so dingy, dirty, and hot in our room it would have been 5 stars.

It was horrible. We came in while it was raining with a party of five including one elder. We were told they were full even though there was a whole section available and groups were leaving. I sarcastically replied to the hostess that we could sit on the floor to which she tried to sit us outside in the freezing rain. I was finally able to get them to sit us appropriately, only to wait fifteen minutes for them to take our drink order and another 10 for our food order. We waited for our food for over another hour and finally got up to leave as we had yet to see our waiter after he had brought the drinks. Horrible service, rude staff, NOT worth the time. We left money for the drinks and left to get better service and food next door at the Buck Stops Here.

Perfect 2 week stay! My parents stayed in one of the rentals for 2 weeks and they didn’t want to leave. They said if it was for sale they would have bought the condo! Beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly need, including cute locally made soaps, lotions and welcome snacks. Christine was very prompt with any questions (best restaurants to go to, where the closest UPS store was, etc). In fact, my dad needed to fax something and she offered her office. They can’t wait to visit again! Would highly recommend.

This place is amazing! Aside from the beautiful town of Pagosa, the location in the town is the best. Christine is an amazing host, fulfilling all my family's needs! The accommodations were clean, beautiful and very cozy. I would recommend this to anyone wanting the best vacation possible!

Menu, beer and food were all great. Service, however lacked. We were told this is the only place that was dog-friendly in town (we are a little spoiled in the Colorado Springs area, where most breweries are dog-friendly), so we went for Sunday brunch. We were told, by the hostess up front, there was a 10 minute wait and to walk outside, down to the far end to the dog entrance… no problem. We did, and didn't know where the seating actually was. We asked someone who worked the…re and they kept telling us to go check in, despite us trying different ways to tell her, "We just checked in up front and were told it was a 10 minute wait. Is it okay if we sit down out of the sun while we wait? " (we were travelling and didn't want to leave the dog in the car and we couldn't wait inside with our dog. ) There wasn't anyone sitting down in the "dog area" so we asked if we could sit. Told, "It will be a wait before you are served. " Again, we said we understood that and we were fine with that. So she let us sit and went up front to tell someone, lol. Then when the front person came back to tell us, again, it would be a wait, she suggested we move to a smaller table in the sun (We were a party of two with our dog. We sat in the shaded area, a picnic table. ). I said, if anyone comes that needs the larger tables (there were two empty ones), we will happily move, but would like to stay out of the sun, if that's okay.

Pagosa Springs is beautiful. The resort (timeshare) could use some TLC. Cobwebs inside the rooms as well as out… there is also a cocoon inside downstairs. But overall a lot of potential. The people (service) are awesome and eager to help. Overall a great experience.

Nice room overlooking the lake. One bedroom with full kitchen. They should add availability of gas BBQ near the room. Laid back locale. Hiking, fishing, golf site seeing, trail riding are things to do. Or just relax in the nice weather. We like the afternoon thunder storms and rain.

Customer service is lacking. Dirty dishes. Dirty bath tub.

Love it here! First timeshare bought in 1986. Now a Gold VIP. A few weeks after making reservations, I call Wyndham Pagosa to make sure our reservation is correct, then call again a week before we go. Since Pagosa is my home resort, I have not had any problems. We go almost every year. There is so much to do, it is a great place for kids!

We LOVE this resort! Each of the rooms we have stayed in have been beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We will definitely be back for more summer stays. We have stayed for winter too and it was very fun as well even with the snow. We like the summer time more at the resort because they have fun games and events for adults and children. We painted a birdhouse with our 5 month old and went to Pagosa Brew Co for a brewery tour.

I admit we were a large party — over 20 people in the end — so my experience was skewed by this. The beer was quite good and the food was decent if not inspired, but service was very, very slow. We sat nearly 30m before someone could be persuaded to take orders for drinks, where the drinks were to go was forgotten in the intervening 20m that it took to bring them to the table, food orders didn't go in until 30m after that, on and on. Again, a big party, but we made reservations, they clearly knew we were coming, so it seems weird that they were so poorly prepared to handle it. I might return with a small group, as some of those seemed to have a better time of it.

We went for the breakfast brunch which is suppose to open at 10:00. We got there at 10:00. We were a large party of 11 people. First the hostess said it be a few minutes, then we'd have to wait 15 minutes for a server. We finally get seated over 40 minutes later 10:40 to be exact. Well it took the waitress 1/2 an hour just to get our drinks, it took an hour to get our food. The food was okay nothing spectacular, the mashed potatoes came out cold. The waitress was nice, but this place needs some better management. We will never go back.

So tonight a party of two we sit down on a Monday (6/18/18) for a light meal. We wait about ten minutes for a drink orders from jessic We order a couple beers and get are beers relatively quick then order some food. We order a dessert and a entree at the same time. My father receives his in about ten minutes and was told that they have to bring out the dish so it doesn't melt. So we wait for fifteen minutes for a mac and cheese with pulled pork before we ask if it was close. We get a response if we have big tables taking to ling in the kitchen. So we wait another ten minutes and finlly get it WITHOUT the pulled pork so a total of close to forty minutes for a incompleate dish. I have been a chef for fifteen years and have worked in many high end restaurants as well as some that were little more than frat parties. This was in the top ten worst experiences and service was a joke not to mention it was not even that busy. So go for a beer and skip the food unless you like waiting an exorbitant amount of time.

The staff was wonderful! The beer and pizza were so yummy! We have been traveling and just needed a quick break for our boys. The foosball table was great entertainment for them and they finished their pizza. Definitely recommed the Rye PA and the cool cucumber beer, they were delicious! We ate the meat lovers and happy hippie both were delicious choices, made with fresh sauce and toppings. Highly recommend them! Thank you for a great experience.

This is a great local brewery with awesome beer and food! More importantly it's very family friendly with a petting zoo, young children's play area and bar/ outdoor games for older kids and adults. This is a great spot to have beer and relax after a long day of outdoor activities.

Had a pancake and egg sandwich a small tiny little steak like a small child would eat and two eggs times two for $42 oh and two sweet teas if we wanted toast that's extra… ordered fries had a very discolored product about the size of a table spoon I guess that was the fries im still lost on that one… Nice waitress… hostess was not friendly at all but hey who cares. Overall very pricey especially for what you get…

Went for the weekend brunch on Sunday after church. Very good food and the service was good also. Lots of seating so we didn't have to wait to be seated.

Food and service is great! Our family loves the homemade GINGER BEER. IT'S AWESOME! This is definitely our favorite restaurant in Pagosa.

Check in was quick and easy. It took us a minute to find our building and room. Very worth the travel to the location. The room we had was in teal landing right next to the water and the mountains in the landscape were beautiful. Very satisfied with our stay and can't wait to come back.

I am really sad to see such low reviews for this brewery. This place is AWESOME! I come from Fort Collins to eat/drink here, I usually get the salmon fish and chips and its hard to choose a favorite beer, they are all great! Usually I go for the cucumber, raspberry, peach, chili verde, or salty carmel… Like I said so hard to pick a favorite, usually I get the flight of all the beers! The staff has always been friendly and attentive.

This place is awesome! Both the food and the beer were amazing! If you are in Pagosa, you should definitely check this place out.

Great place. Rooms were awesome. Large and open, with lots of Windows! Activity center has amazing crafts to do throughout the week. Mini golf, frisbee golf, tennis, great trails nearby.

I too was disappointed with the service I received at this establishment. Perhaps it was a mistake to order steak at a brew pub, but when we both sent our steaks back to receive them still undercooked, the waitress didn’t offer any solution and simply brought us the bill for our drinks. We left hungry and not expecting to return. I am sure it is possible to enjoy a decent meal there — just not a guarantee.

We've been twice. It's a fun little family place. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean and fully equipped. We love the recreation center. Our kids can't get enough of the indoor pool.

You guys did so well. Thank you for the green chili Mac n Cheese and the Beer Battered Salmon Fish and Chips. So delicious. The server, Jenny, was very nice. She was helpful with the beer selection and samples. The food was so good. If we lived closer, we would recommend a lot of people to come here. We saw a review from someone who said the service wasn't friendly and then we saw the reply from the owner. That reply made us think we should come here. Good job caring about your restaurant and brewery. We wish you loads of success in the future!

This place was great. Close to everything that you would want to do in Pagosa, hot spring, shopping, and skiing. Our room was clean and beautiful. The staff was also very helpful. The only reason I only put four stars is because the cell phone reception is not very good, but over all I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

We stayed here a whole week and we loved it! Its surrounded by mountains, a short drive to Wolf Creek Ski, close to all kinds of shops and restaurants. The room we stayed in was awesome, it was like a mini apartment. Had a small living room, full kitchen, separate room, small washer and dryer and a nice big bathtub. It was nice and clean and stocked with everything we needed. There was a hot tub around back that we could use whenever we wanted. Check in was quick and Everybody at the front office was very nice and very accommodating. I honestly don’t have any negative comments about our stay at Wyndham Pagosa. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend this place to everybody.

I would love to give this place at least a 4 star rating simply because of the food, beer, & atmosphere but I can’t because the service has been poor for a long time. I’ve been coming periodically for 4 years. I don’t understand the 4+ star ratings because of the incredibly inattentive, tortoise-slow service that seems to exist every time I come here. Where are all of the good servers hiding?! Tony — I believe PBC needs intelligent, present managers & perhaps, your waitstaff may need more &/or improved training. I can’t shake the feeling that your waitstaff simply do not want to be there.

We go here every year for Thanksgiving and are never disappointed. The staff is very nice, and the activities they host on the grounds are always fun and diverse. Not being too far from Wolf Creek Ski Lodge is also a plus, plus you are also a short drive from Durango and Purgatory Ski Area. The views are also amazing! Can't wait to be back!

Let's start with the food. Pretty good food and it seems to be getting better with the new kitchen staff. Beer is not bad either. Lots of options. Now the service… well… it's just above awful. Not bad enough that you can't enjoy a visit, but noticeably slow and unorganized at best. Overall the experience is a solid 2.9-3.

The views were amazing and the amenities looked nice, but we didn't partake in them. The room smelled like an old smokers room. I'm surprised I noticed, as I smoke. It smelled that bad. Our cousin who booked here was very disappointed and said the brochures he had received looked NOTHING like the room. We were in Masters Place. I would avoid that area. It was full of young adults. I guess they assume that the young have zero taste. Awesome, guys.

We've stayed at Wyndham in Pagosa three times now. We love how the mountains are all around us and that we can drive to them and it doesn't take all day. There is so many wonderful restaurants to visit. When we come we love to try new places to eat. We were here the week before Christmas and it is do very beautiful especially when it snows. We will be back!

We have been owners in Wyndham Pagosa for years. Every single time we come here (which is several times a year) the service just gets worse and worse. This time they actually put us in the only condo we requested NOT to be in. Upon entering our room we found cracked tile, food particles in the fridge and sink, a Murphy bed in our supposedly “deluxel room and were told unless we had health issues we could not get another room. Seriously one of the worst put together and weirdest set up rooms we have ever been in. In other words there were other rooms available but Jeremiah who checked us in was just unwilling to give us another one. Seriously doubting the decision to buy here and will never make that mistake again!

We stayed for two nights in a one bedroom unit with a living room, dining area, and kitchenette. We ended up using the fold out bed from the sofa so it made everything a little tighter with the space. We didn't mind it much since we spent very little time in the room anyway. We were very pleasantly surprised with everything that was made available with the room, such as a coffee maker and dishes. It was also very convenient having our own washer and drying unit. The room was clean and in great shape and the facility employees were all very friendly and helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back!

Beautifully situated on a small lake with gorgeous views of the Rocky Mountains. These units are pretty old but kept up very well. It’s been a while since I visited so the staff tried to upsell us on the ownership program we bought into along ago — a little annoying. A renovated rec center provides great amenities. Pagosa Springs is a great town and Wyndham Pagosa is the place to stay when here.

Absolutely loved this place last year. Ate there every night of our vacation. Couldn’t wait to get back in this year. After our experience (s) last night, we will probably never be back and definitely won’t brag to people anymore how amazing this place is. :/

I went in for a pint and they got completely slammed. My bartender was Aleisha and she never let my beer glass go empty. She quickly and confidently answered all my questions about the beer and specials. Will definitely venal for mug club. I wanted to give 4/5 stars because they tried calling in "Todd" and he didn't answer. Nothing the present staff could have done about it though so 5/5 it is! Answer the call Todd!

We went ther Christmas day and everything we got was excellent! The fish and chips were great and the pot roast grilled cheese was the best thing on the menu!

The spiked hot cocoa warmed my soul. Food was great. My brother liked the beer. A+.

We went to Pagosa Brewing Company on Christmas Eve of 2017. The place is homey and family friendly. The staff is friendly. But it looks like there may be some problems in the kitchen. They were having trouble fulfilling orders as they had to deny any more take outs for the night. The food took forever and when it did arrive it wasn't that great. We complained to the manager and she compensated us for the parts of the meal that was unsatisfactory. I would have given them a lower rating but I gave them a little bit higher for their efforts. The kitchen seems to have some problems and I truly hope they fix it in the future.

Great service. Food was tasty and came quickly. They give the kids wiki sticks which they had a blast playing with. We appreciated the flight option so we could try it all. You have to try the root beer float. Sooo good.

The food is always great and staff (Daniela) was super! As others said, food takes a while. Wonderful beer selection… try the Salted Carmel Stout is flavorful but not too heavy. Woohoo the coconut porter is pretty bad ass!

Great location for access to wolf creek skiing, food and drink, friendly staff. Been coming here for several years and they always do a good job.

I drove three hours to get here, only to find that the staff can NOT allow you to SEE the rooms or BOOK the rooms on site. You must go through a website, and then you could spend up to 4 hours waiting for staff to receive the booking. The units are extremely old, and this is some weird kind of timeshare Wyndham. This is the opposite of what I was expecting. The staff is willing, but the corporation is tying their hands — stay elsewhere for better, cheaper, and easier.

Great food and I my opinion the best hamburgers in Pagosa Springs. Service was a little slow but they were really busy. Our waiter was friendly and the girl that delivered our meal was really nice. The manager stopped by when we finished our meal.

Great resort to just relax and enjoy your vacation. Staff are friendly and go out of their way to welcome you. The views are awesome and the shopping is fun. Facilities are clean and comfortable.

We have been in Pagosa for about 6 months now and this is one place we had not tried yet so we gave it a go and we are glad we did. The waitress was wonderful, the drinks were awesome and the food was astounding! The Salmon Fish and Chips are a must! The atmosphere was laid back and you can catch the game on any of their TVs. We will be back :)

I had a very good experience! The beer battered Salmon and chips with sweet potato fries was on point! Very very good with their house made tarter dip! I tried the light and fruity ales and loved them all: Kayaker Cream, Horny Rode, Peachy peach, and Ragin Raspberry. All very good. Our server was very nice, attentive, and she helped us with the menu since it was our first time. Clean and nice set-up T the bar area. Excellent experience.

One of the best places I've stayed in a long time and will definitely go back year after year from now on! Especially good for families.

The worst timeshare we have ever been to. The vintage unit was filthy, food crumbs under the oven, mold growing around the bath tub, screens falling off the window. The unit was the oldest of their units and one that you hardly see in the pictures. Check-in took 45 minutes. Our unit had decent Wi-Fi thus one star. Save your money and find another place.

Fabulous location in the Rocky Mountains and situated on a small lake. Beautifully scenic! Pagosa Springs is a charming and historic small town with lots of restaurants, basic shopping and services. The local Wyndham staff is very accommodating. Tons of activities. We come back year after year.

The World Mark resort was a disappointment to others we have stayed in. The hospitality was great and the free Wi-Fi was wonderful. But unit 7510B had a few problems: The outlets were mostly sprung so plugs just fell out, the baseboard needed painting, the plastic cover on the metal shower rod was badly cracked, the floor tile had a 3/4" cracks from new cabinets that didn't fill the space by the stove, similarly there was a 1/8" crack by the the toilet where the floor tile didn't quite make it to the baseboard. The noise from the apartment above us was very noticeable. It really looked like it needed a make over.

I'm a Worldmarktheclub owner. This Wyndham is NOT a typical Worldmark. I would not recommend it. It is like an old rundown less costly motel room. It needs to be totally upgraded. I'll be more cautious next time I book a resort that is Wyndham/Worldmark shared type of resort.

I had a very good experience! The beer battered Salmon and chips with sweet potato fries was on point! Very very good with their house made tarter dip! I tried the light and fruity ales and loved them all: Kayaker Cream, Horny Rode, Peachy peach, and Ragin Raspberry. All very good. Excellent experience.

We had a wonderful time staying here with friends while on a Ski Vacation at Wolf Creek. They are very conveniently located to a few Ski Resorts in the area, and Pagosa has many rental locations to pick up equipment. Pagosa also has plenty to do when your not skiing.

Some staff not friendly or helpful except Joann, Steven, Lindy and Velentine, I could not ask for more helpful or delightful people! Keep up the good work the front desk will follow your lead.

The chicken tenders here were some of the best I ever had. The service I received was excellent and felt genuine. The atmosphere was laid back while feeling trendy. The price may have been a little high, but was definitely justified.

They took a quaint and quality restaurant and turned it into your average chain restaurant. We have been here several times over the years on visits. Used to be a cool place with great food. Tonight was our last time. We will never go back. Service was terrible, food was inedible low quality, atmosphere has changed for the worse. Terribly disappointed.

Loved this place, our family had so much fun! Great vacation, great views, lots to do :)

There's plenty to do here golf, putt putt golf, gym, poo, l hot tub, jacuzzi, hiking, Rafting, horse riding, and plenty of site seeing. Wolf Creek is 30 miles, Mesa Verde National Park is an hour away. Enjoy.

This was very unacceptable for my first to one of your properties. Your Wi-Fi has only work for six hours since we arrived another zero. Great selection of local brews. Been in half dozen times and they are ALWAYS painfully slow. Service is what holds the rating down. Has the potential to be great. Once ordered a slice of pie and waited 45 minutes only to be told they didn't have any that day.

My family was visiting Pagosa Springs looking for real estate to buy. We stopped in for a late afternoon lunch. We stood for several minutes all alone at the door waiting to be seated while the hostess and several Other employees walked by but never even acknowledged us. We were about to leave when the hostess finally asked if we were ready to be seated. She took us to a table, set the menus down and walked away, never once welcoming us. The waitress came by and was very friendly. She took our drink orders and left to get them. When she came back, she asked if we had any questions. My wife started to ask a question and the waitress stopped her and told her she had the wrong menu, she should only have the holiday menu. She left and grabbed the correct menus from the hostess and brought them back. We noticed the same happened to several others that sat down after us. The food was great, almost made up for the hostess. The beer was also very good. The only two negatives were the no substitution of sides policy and the $5.99 charge for splitting a plate. Not sure we will go back. The food was definitely worth it but the lack of service was off putting. At least we got the good waitress as the others we watched pretty much mimicked the hostess.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful. They were extremely efficient, effective, and friendly. The unit we are staying in is nice and big, perhaps a little outdated. However that's not a problem. We're in a beautiful location, great view of the mountains and the golf course. Overall, we are loving it!

Got to the room and the fold out bed in the living room was partially put away with couch cushions scattered around the room. Requested info at the owners update, they gave it to us verbally and showed us a paper that they said we would receive at the end. I called to request the info because we never got it (a phone number, an account number and a website address) and they told me I would have to sit through another seminar to get it. The sidewalk and stairs were never salted or shoveled and there wasn't a shovel in the room. We did our best to clear our buildings sidewalks and stairs with our broom. There aren't enough amenities and everything requires a drive and inconvenient. Every time we open the dishwasher it falls out of its space. The resort and rooms do not live up to the pictures or the quality resorts we are used to.

Absolutely fantastic. Staff was overly accommodating. Love the condo we had, it was a one-bedroom in the Ptarmigan units. Would love to stay here again.

What a disaster. Check in was a nightmare. Room type promised at 2 wasn't available at 4. Coming back to pick up keys really means come back and stand in line for another hour only to be told your room is still not ready. Doubt we will be back.

We were very displeased with the initial customer service we received. We arrived very late, so it was extremely dark. We weren't even sure we were in the right place, and we drove through twice before realizing we were there. Since we turned around we parked facing the direction of the road. As soon as we were leaving our cars a short haired older woman came out yelling at us that we needed to park our car the other direction. She then continued on to say nastily, "Didn't you see the arrows facing the other way?! " Seeing as we just came off of a 29 hour drive and it was pitch black since we planned our trip around the moon, due to photography reasons, no we didn't see the arrows. So we turned the car around, for no good reason really to be honest, because there isn't even any traffic at that time of night. We go inside and luckily did not have to deal with that woman again initially. BUT… as soon as I protested about the room they were trying to give us, "big mouth", just had to chime in again. I explained that I called the resort on several occasions confirming our accommodations, and miraculously no call was every recorded in the system. I insisted that I spoke to 2 people, one was a man and the other a woman. One call was 6 weeks prior to our trip and the other was 4 weeks prior. I called to ensure that we were getting the room pictured in my confirmation email.

Enjoyed our stay at this lovely place, the location is excellent and the area is beautiful. Our unit was large for a one bedroom and it had a porch. The staff was super and went out of their way to see that we were satisfied. Many good restuarants in the area and a Walmart almost across the street. The town of Pagosa Springs is very nice, small but nice, Goodmans Dept store is great.

My husband and I have been to Wyndham Pagosa about 2 to 3 times a year for the past 5 years or so. Sometimes, we are given beautiful rooms with great views … other times, we are stuck with views of dumpsters, or no view at all. It seems like the latter has been happening more often. Our last visit was the week of August 20th, however, and that was the last straw. We will NOT be back. They were re-paving the parking lot, and my husband dropped me off in front of the door to check in. (This after a long drive across Kansas to get there. ) He was going to pull on out of the lot, but there were two cars in front him that he had to wait for. The moment I walked in the door, a very rude young woman yelled across the lobby to me, "Tell him to move, that is our only way in. " I was stunned, as I was more expecting a "Welcome to Wyndham" greeting. Foolishly, I stepped outside to tell my husband he would have to move. When I returned to check in, I had regained some of my composure and said that was not a very good way to greet someone. Instead of apologizing, the woman became extremely defensive and rude, insisting she had not been rude to me. Good grief, that is the most unprofessional "greeting" I have had at any hospitality establishment, even the worst roadside motel is more friendly! We were stuck in a room without a view, and I swore I would just never return.

We had some confusion in the booking but it all turned to be a fabulous stay.

We love coming here! We try to make it up a few times every year. Great staff and nice accommodations. It is a perfect place to get away and either relax, or do all sorts of outdoor activities.

Just got back after a week at the Wyndham at Pagosa Springs and have to tell you — we had a fabulous time. The staff was so helpful — lots of fun activities — and everyone was there to make sure we had a wonderful time. The facilities were great. We had three condos — two one-bedroom condos that adjoined for two of our families with young kids and a two bedroom multi floor condo. The one bedroom condos had a great hot tub adjoining the condo. Opened out to the golf course — with lots of room for the kids to play. The pool is close by — and really nice. It also has a fantastic workout center with machines, racquetball, everything you would want. Can't imagine a better experience. Try it — you'll love it.

While I generally don't complain and try not to be "one of those customers" I was pretty displeased with the cleanliness of the room when we arrived. It's disgusting, food on the cabinets, appliances and floors. Grease with dust stuck to it on thecabinets and microwave. Dirt on the bathroom floors and God only knows what on the bathroom walls. Found hair in the bathtub. Cheap tile floor has pieces of it missing. Turned onthe light in the bedroom and looked upto see caked on dirt and dust. Not impressed. I understand that we are military using a SpaceA reservation and that we got the leftovers, but I don't think anyone should be put in units that are rundown and dirty. The area is beautiful and quiet, views are great and the town is adorable but the Wyndham leaves ALOT to be desired.

While my experience with Wyndham has mostly been in the tropical parts of the country, my family actually bought this timeshare 30 years ago (before it was Wyndham). The space is really clean, and not too far from the slopes if it is ski you're after. The staff has been wonderfully helpful (considering I showed up to a driveway of 4 feet of unplowed snow then got stuck. ) They don't pressure you as hard as some of the other properties I have visited through the years, but the free food and gifts don't hurt either. Plus, as an owner, even if you aren't keen on the upsell, sometimes you can learn a thing or two about how to use your points more efficiently. If I hadn't taken a few minutes of my day on the way out I might have lost 70, 000 wasted points this year. ::SAD FACE:: We stay in the 3 story mushrooms on the lake. The hot tub downstairs is like a giant bathtub. Depending on how cold it is outside dictates how difficult it is to fill. But a word of warning, the water coming out of your tap is LAVA HOT! A full kitchenette has everything a cook could want, and with a a grocery about 30 seconds away by car, who needs to eat out? In ideal conditions Wolf Creek is about a 30 min drive away. In snow/sleet, give yourself an hour. Washer and dryer in the big units, which also sleep 10. For someone used to barebones amenities for ski trips, this really is the dogs pajamas.

The staff is knowledgable but not always nice. We stayed for 2 nights on a weekend and found our 1 bedroom unit without working heat. This was the worst possible timing as the temp was in the negatives. They quickly sent a maintenance guy out who was nice and thought he fixed the heater. Unfortunately, after 20 min of nothing happening our patience was getting thin as the temp was dropping in the unit. We called again twice and he finally made it out again (they claimed they were understaffed) and said it would have to be fixed when we weren't there in the morning. He gave us two 1500 watt oil heaters with good intentions. It was just too cold for the oil heaters to be useful. The four of us (me, wife, 4 year old and 1 year old) slept in the same king sized bed and that was the only way we were warm as when we awoke it was 54° in the unit. Warmer than outside by a large degree but still freaking cold with not many clothes on. We called around 10a to let them know we were leaving and to remind maintenance to come fix it. When we got back several hours later, low and behold, it was fixed and the temp was already in the 60s! Our next issue came when we were getting ready to check out. The only shower no longer worked. Instead it was trickling very hot water out (and I thought the hot springs was scalding! ). We have no idea if that was fixed as we let them know as we were leaving. Aside from those two unfortunate issues, it was actually a nice place.
