New, nice and clean hotel. On top of that is their friendly and helpful staff who are always willing to assist you with a smile. The buffet breakfast, though cannot be compared to 3-star hotel, is plentiful, fresh and tasty. Rooms are well-equipped with fridge, aircon, wardrobe, water heater and even make-up table. All rooms has a small balcony.

Perfect stay in a wonderful hotel, situated in a nice quiet place in Sapa. The staff was incredibly helpful and polite. The facilities were great, beds super comfy, rooms spacious and clean. One of the best hotel stays I ever had in Vietnam!

Great place to stay in Ta Van. The location is very close to the rice fields and allows you to do many hikes and activities without needing a car. The place was calm and clean, we were lucky enough to be upgraded to the room with mountain view.
Our host was helpful, she organised transportation and a guide for the trek.
Overall a great experience, would highly recommend.

This is one of the best places we've stayed in Vietnam so far! The family is super warm and friendly and they really contributed to our lovely time here. Enjoy the trekking tour hosted by the oldest son Mingh or participate in the cooking class.
It's a very quiet and relaxing place and we would love to come back!

I'd give 6 stars if I could! Hong and her family are the nicest people I've ever met. The location is stunning. Hong adapted the breakfast for my dietary requirements and it was delicious. The family dinners were a great way to meet the other people staying in the hostel, and the food was varied and very tasty. I especially liked the hot pot. The bed was very comfy. The free guided trek was really really good! We loved the dog & cat.

Its higher up in the hills, its far enough from the busy areas so its peacefull, all you hear is the chickens. Mountains look foggy and mysterious. Its a good location to go in walks from, I saw lots of the famous terraced fields. Room was clean and nice, good service and communication from the hosts. 250k VND to go to Sapa town, but the countryside is better than the town

Staying at Mai's place was undoubtedly one of the most fantastic homestay experiences during my travels around Vietnam. We immediately felt the family atmosphere here as we arrived: the warm welcome from Mai and her family, the thoughtfully arranged architecture and interior decor, the cozy feeling,...

All the meals were sooo delicious: from personalized breakfasts with superb coffee - to local dishes, hot pot or grilled meats for lunch and dinner.

Loved staying here! The views from this hotel are beautiful! The whole front of desk staff/reception and everyone working there are so friendly and helping! I even got my room upgraded to an amazing view of the mountains and rice patties. I want to express my gratitude for Mai Anh who works at the receptionist for taking care of me from the moment I walked in. She accommodated all of my needs and helped me with everything I needed while staying there.

The property is gorgeous perched on a hill. You won't get nicer views in Sapa. It's quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the town, you actually feel like you are in with nature.||The rooms were nice and spacious and the window seat was a delight. The balcony overlooking the valley was the highlight to wake up every morning in the clouds was a dream.||The staff were so kind and attentive to our needs. We really felt like they knew us personally.

Came here with my wife for part of our honeymoon vacation. The view from the rooms is stunning, comfortable beds, and a very relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast in the morning is top notch (the pho is the star of the show). The hotel offers scooters to rent for a very affordable day rate. The staff working at the hotel are absolutely AMAZING.

Highly recommend staying here for your trip to Sapa. Huy, the manager, was absolutely amazing and so helpful.
The property is a quick 10 minutes into the main part of Sapa town, but far enough away to feel more immersed with the nature.
Absolutely gorgeous views of the mountains and the rice terraces.
The room was great and very comfortable; room had A/C and a beautiful balcony to overlook the valley below.
Food was superb at breakfast and dinner.

Very decent hotel with friendly and helpful staff. They do everything from filling up my water bottle, getting us a cab to planning a trek. Strongly recommended!

We stayed there for one night just to relax a bit before going on a hike. The room was quite spacious and the bathroom relatively clean compared to other places in that area. The staff could have been a bit more attentive but overall it was totally fine.

This hotel has great staff, high standards of cleanliness, and helpful receptionists. The rooms are of high quality with plenty of amenities. Also, the area is wonderful with its high peaks, abundant shopping options and easy to reach tourist hot spots. Overall, a fantastic place! ❤️❤️❤️

We enjoyed our 2 night stay in the Sapa Garden Hotel. The rooms were great with great views and the hotel is within walking distance of the lake and the central areas of Sapa. The hotel staff were very friendly and accomodating. They organised two tours for us. The first was a half day tour to a minority village. Out tour guide was Hope who was an exceptionally good guide. Hope was also our guide for a one day trip to the Hac Ba market.

An excellent experience. The hotel is ideally situated, very close to the centre but set back from the bustle and noise. Rooms are spacious, well equipped bathroom, comfortable beds and a view across the town (mist permitting! ) Staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. Breakfast is superb. Mr Tom gives expert advice and information, arranges trips and travel. (He even drove me free of charge to catch my late night bus! ) All in all a 'hidden gem'; highly recommended.

My family had a beautiful experience with Sapa Village Hotel. The hotel is located right near the town center lake that is easy to find and convenient to travel. The space is airy, the beautiful view of any corner can live virtually 😁.
The room is clean and well-equipped, especially each floor has a large yard for families with young children and love to bbq.
The food at KS is diverse, clean and delicious.
KS staff are all smiling, friendly, enthusiastic 🥰🥰.

I had booked this Homestay for 2 days for our group 19 pax, the owner hotel make reservations pick up us at train station early morning from Hanoi to loa chai, during we’re stay there staff and owner helpful us every thing that we want and make the best dinner that we’re want, thanks and see u again.

By far the best accommodation we had during our entire stay in vietnam. Dinh is a very welcoming host and makes delicious food. The rooms are comfy and the view from the balcony is amazing. Also it‘s very affordable. You get so much value for just small costs.

It's really like that! From attitude nv serves very enthusiastic, approachable support all the way 🥰 beautiful view, clean although his time to going to fix a few things! Nchung certain if there qlai SP I will definitely come again. Like that and most sympathetic vs nvien 😝

Quiet. Large beautiful garden, great family room with open fire. Above all: very friendly owner and his family. We felt at home and very welcome.

Beautiful French colonial style house a few minutes outside Sapa town. Enormous and nicely decorated room, great fireplace with a good chimney and a generous amount of firewood. Meals cooked by the owner's mum were delicious, although dinner was a bit pricey (250000VND) — but there was a lot of it. Owner Nam was super helpful by email, his Mum just super helpful.
