I loved the hotel architecture, the staff well, the rooms look new and they are comfortable, I was in a suite and loved the space, all very well and the weather in the pool is perfect I had it for myself all the time.

Slow (very slow) restaurant service and that there were only two busy tables. No music, very lonely and dark. The food left much to be desired: lasagna and potatoes only thaw and heat them, very badly. I'm not coming back.

Excellent location — one block from the zocalo. We stayed in the new part of back, newly released. Double rooms very comfortable and very quiet (you cannot hear any street noise), with good light and excellent equipment (furniture of wood with a coating of marble, travertine, floor plank) ; the bathroom very well arranged. The room has a safety deposit box and coffee makers; provide water and everything to make coffee. From the roof terrace you can see The Malinche and the center of Huamantla. The hotel has parking under the new part. There is also a pool cover.

Do not have good service in restaurant, only one waiter to attend to and had to leave to attend to the tables was the receptionist and one administrative employee. The care of the self is evil, because it take the cars to the street in the morning, arguing that it is so that it is available, what then, that serves to have parking if guests can not have to guard your self?
