I dont advise anyone to go to this place it’s horrific. Members of stuff are very rude I wanted to get coffee and dinner and they dined my access and the reason was that ladies ARE NOT ALLOWED in! When they let another lady to go inside because apparently she knows someone that works there?! Absolutely disgraceful and shameful very cheap behaviour especially treating someone like this who lives abroad and travelled the world. Never coming back to this place again.

Very disappointed, for a 5 star hotel, I booked a double room with a child of 08 years unfortunately no extra bed was installed. After several complaints, the reception sent a very thin mattress, and they put it on the floor under the pretext that there was no bed available. It is really lamentable.

I spent a stay for work at the hotel. A good hotel with a good service from reception to room services to catering! I would like to thank all the team of the restaurant / buffet from the cashier to the cooks and the different waiters and waitresses. I spent and my family an unforgettable stay, a sumptuous setting, an exemplary welcome, a perfect sevice. Everyone was at the small care at the reception, at the self service the maids nothing to say worthy of a real 5 stars I highly recommend. But the attention that touched me the most was the decoration of our room on my birthday. Very clean especially that we were in full wave but the agents were straddled on the wearing of masks and barrier measures thank you very much to the whole team.

Good evening, we are on site for an open-air evening, to my surprise the service is null! It's been more than 2 hours that we are there and the staff is outdated and we still have not had said our consumption offered with the entrance and the attic that there are no spoons and no one is there to take the controls! A sheraton hotel with the only restaurant close on Sundays, a never-before-seen, you're going to tell me that the buffet is open. A Sunday made me laugh buffet of shit. I really hated it.

Today me and my cousin we went to visit, c true that the hotel is WOW! but the most beautiful of all is the home tt just Beautiful Bravo.

Since 17 people have already reviewed a hotel that is not scheduled to open until next year (2017), I suppose that I have as much right to review it since I walked past it while browsing the streets of Annaba earlier this week. So here goes… It looks rather impressive from a distance. Assuming that the inside is almost as nice as the outside, it should be worthy of four stars.
