➜ The hotel is very “tired”, there is no question of any 4*. Also, terrible management. We ordered a cottage with two bedrooms with three beds, they accommodated us with two and insisted that we had to pay extra for the required layout and that this was a different category of houses. Why then sell something that doesn’t exist on booking? This is real.
Deception.
Breakfast costs 3500 drams, for this money they won’t even make you coffee, drink instant coffee.
Check-out is exactly at 12:00 (this is a ski resort and a weekday! The hotel is empty). We came to the checkout to count the glasses and plates in the cupboard! They took it out and counted it, and this was among creepy furniture (see photo).
In short, a nightmare. It's also very far from the ski lift. Definitely NOT recommended. See photos of this “four-star” hotel.

One of the worst hotels in 45 countries I've visited. It's a pity I can't give it zero stars.
At 5:00 AM, dogs start barking right under the windows. Naturally, nobody bothers to shoo them away. At 5:30 AM, they begin to clear the snow beneath the windows with a special machine. This racket continues until 7 AM. If you hope to get some sleep even after 7 AM, the early risers using the elevator will shatter that hope, as it makes as much noise as the snow-clearing machine. And I say this as someone who uses earplugs. The rooms on the sunny side have curtains as transparent as water. Imagine trying to look at the sun with your eyes closed—that's how you'll feel lying there after 7:30 AM. It's much quieter and more comfortable to sleep on a plane. Everything else is irrelevant when your vacation is ruined by the inability to sleep and the bags under your eyes from lack of sleep. You might as well pitch a tent on the street; it might even be better.
Additionally, there's no air conditioning; the shower has no curtain, so all the water ends up on the floor.
