This was my second stay at a numa location and it was an amazing experience. Everything was clean and the rooms were as advertised.
I was informed that the neighbors were having some work done but the noise was barely noticeable.
The location is great, it's quiet while being 2 minutes away from the metro station and it was only a few stations away from the city center.

This hotel is FILTHY. Upon our arrival, the floor was dirty, with seeds and hair on it. The bathroom sink was clogged and there was hair in the shower.
I honestly don’t know why we didn’t complain immediately but I tried reaching out on the second day to ask for a vacuum cleaner. It took more than 24 hours for the customer service team to reply! What if it was an emergency?!
Meanwhile I received an automated message that our room is scheduled to be cleaned tomorrow. Okay, great. Except they changed our sheets and towels and barely swept the floor. The same hairs, dust, etc, everything was still there.
Then I finally got a reply about the vacuum asking if I still need it. I said yes, we would like to clean ourselves as the cleaning team clearly is incapable of doing it properly and we literally have a CRAWLING INFANT. The customer rep apologized and said the cleaning crew will come back tomorrow to clean again. Guess what. They did a terrible job again. It’s still filthy. At this point I’m not even going to try contacting them again.
Obviously this is more than enough reason to never step foot here again but I actually have more! We were under the impression that the hotel is baby-friendly because you are able to reserve a cot. It is not.
Our room is on the second floor and in order to get our stroller to the room my husband has to carry it up THREE flights of stairs!
