While there were some positive aspects, I believe there are areas for improvement that would enhance the overall guest experience.
Positive aspects include the convenient 30-minute golf cart ride from the secret beach, the modern room design with a full kitchen, and some accommodations made by the manager. Additionally, some staff members were friendly, which was appreciated.
However, there were several areas of concern during my stay. The cleaning staff did not fully clean our room during our 4-day stay, with dishes being washed on one occasion but everything else left untouched. The location was not beachfront, and there was no access to the sister location across the street. The hot tub was not hot, and water bottles were not replenished during our stay, despite requests. The bathroom had a foul smell in the running water, making it unpleasant to use for basic hygiene tasks.
Furthermore, the original studio room booked had a public patio, leading to privacy concerns with the pool directly in front of these rooms. After paying for an upgrade, the upgraded room was smaller but offered more privacy. Inconsistencies in communication and varying expectations from staff members created confusion and discomfort during the stay.
Overall, while there were some positive aspects of the property, I believe addressing these concerns would greatly improve the guest experience and make it a more desirable place to stay in the future.
Great Hotel! The employees were all welcoming and friendly. The rooms were spacious, modern and very clean. The pool is quiet, clean and big! Whether a family, or a couples vacation, I would definitely recommend this hotel for everyone that does not mind paying a little more per night.

Was really nice that our group of 5 could check in early even though room hadn’t been checked by the staff.
We found that there was only 3 coffee cups, 2 water glasses and no water available. In room. Told Reception and were told it would rectified, we stayed 2 days and only 3 bottles of water was given to us, we were told that that was all they had available.
On Day 2 early morning as we didnt have water I decided to go to shop to purchase, asked Reception where grocery shop was and was told it was across the road, what they didn’t tell me is that it didn’t open until 8am. The Reception knew I was walking iver there at 7.15am.
Towels were taken away and not replaced for some reason and there was no coffee to buy on site unless you purchased from Rain and it was delivered to your room.
Customer Service from Reception Staff needs improving.
The hotel itself is nice, we had a 3 bed condo and was nicely furnished although one if my sinks was blocked.
Would I return to Sunset Caribe fir my next trip? No.
