Our delightful hostess Veronica cooked delicious dinners of trout from the lake, organised our washing, and even helped negotiate the opaque boat service to the northern side of the island, which hosts the impressive Inca ruins of Chincana.
Our room offered great views of the bay.
Note that many of the B&Bs on Isla del Sol are up a steep hill: this is a great option, just a short walk up from the bay where the boats frm Copacabana arrive.
We had a really nice stay at this hostel. Perfect location for us as we now didn't have to go up the stairs with our big backpacks. Nice bed and beautiful view. Shower did get hot so that was nice too and breakfast was perfect: eggs, bananas, warm toast, jam, butter, cheese, tea and juice. We also had dinner there one night which was fine. The host was very nice too. Would recommend it!

Loved this place. The room, a double was super comfy. Shower was luke warm. But breakfast was great. The owner is very sweet. People who rated this one star are really rather delusional. For a night stop on Isla del sol it's a great place. You can avoid the long flight of stairs to the village until the next morning when you are well rested.
