Bad experience with this hotel. My family pay 50 USD for one single room with fan per night during Khmer New Year. The price is double or triple increasing compare to the normal rate. The rooms are dirty. Checked out time is 9:30 am in the next morning but they do not clean properly for new coming guests. You will find the bed sheet is dirty (look yellow, and full of sand). The location also not really good, you have to walk along a small road up to the hill about 50-100 maters. It is pretty tired to go and back to the beach. Be careful of the mosquito in the evening and night time. Not recommended to any international travelers or local tourists.

Good Place to stay with your love one. Quiet around your place.

Horrible place, rude desk people.

Staff who cares about you, try to take you the maximum amount of money (excessive price), no hot water despite the promises, we left prematurely…

Unrespectful and harmful staff. I would not recommend this place. Unfortunately nobody accepts your claims. The rules don't exist in this place. I have been asked to check out ASAP. Without any permission the guy came into bungalow and started fighting. That people don't respect your privacy. The bungalow had a broken toilet and a pretty lizard inside the bathroom. No hot water, no shampoo, no sleepers, no bottled water. Nobody gives you bill after your payment.

Rude stuff, they played really loud music until very late even though we asked them to be quite several times.

Items missing, they steal from you luggage while you are away! No hot water, AC barely works, rude staffs. Worst hotel experience ever!

We stayed here 1 night and we enjoyed it. It's beautiful and quite. The staff is very helpful and kind to give us late checkout. It's worth for the price and we definitely recommend for your stay here.

We stayed 2 nights in a twin room bungalows. What I most enjoyed is that the bungalows are located up on the hill and far from the backpacker crowd and the noise. Also, the owner and staff are all Khmer which is also a good point to sustain the local economy. The bungalows are big, clean, with good Wi-Fi, towels, fresh sheets (which is sometimes difficult with the humidity) mosquito nets. The bathroom is simple with cold water. No animals in the bungalow but lot of mosquitos outside. From the entrance, easy to access a small path to go to Long beach in 45 minutes through the jungle. A bit pricey regarding the facilities but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice Room. Go up to the highest level for good view of the sunrise!

Very good bungalow with reasonable price.

Nice place overall. We stayed 3 nights in a nice bungalow in the middle of the jungle on the top of the hill. The room was very nice, clean and big, There's a balcony with a nice and relaxing view (not the beach). Let's overview the problems: the sink in the bathroom was broken and no one repaired it but wasn't a big deal; the breakfast (included) is not served in the same place, but you have to go to another place (natural lounge), where unfortunately they give you very small breakfast and you have to buy coffee or tee separately. The room is also full of mosquitoes so make sure to get a good spray!

Oh guys, you have no idea what it means to lead a hotel. Try to learn, be polite to the guests, put the damn earplugs out of your head, clean, clean, clean! You have such a nice hotel building and you ruin it with your non-behaviour. And at the end: please learn english, if you don't understand this message ask someone who translate it to you.

The best Boutique on Koh Rong island… I love it.

Owner is very friendly and helpful. He gave us several tips about exploring the island, including how to go (and what to wear) walking to Long Beach Bungalows are just 2 minutes from the beach. Bungalows are in very good condition, very spacious and a little in the jungle. Free Wi-Fi available in bungalows. No noises to be heard from all the bars that are just 3 minutes away. To get here, follow the road up from the main pier and take a left after about 80 meters, there is a small sign. 30 seconds through the created jungle path will bring you at the first bungalow. A definite 'will recommend'!
