Unfortunately we didn't have such a good experience at this hostel. We booked a three-bed room online, but when we arrived our room only had a bunk bed. The lower bed was a bit bigger, but never a double bed (maximum 1 meter wide). We were told that this was a double bed and we had a three bed room. However, we only had two pillows and two sheets.
In another room, this bunk bed was used for two people. However, we paid for the same bed for three people and therefore for three beds. When we asked for another bed for the same price, they wouldn't accommodate us and said we would have to pay for a fourth bed if we wanted three beds.
We are very disappointed by this behavior. This is no way to treat your guests. John was helpful when it came to activities, but didn't want to accommodate us at all.
In addition, the toilet stank terribly and it is very noisy. Despite this, the staff were talking very loud at 7:00am.
Great hostel! The location is right in the center and John is a brilliant host giving you recommendations for what to do in Jardin.

A lovely hostel — feels more like a guest house — perfect location and spotlessly clean. John was very helpful and friendly. Not sure if there was space to lock up things but wasn’t a problem for us.
