We spend 3 months in Punta Cana each winter and Villa Blanca is one of our favorite places! The location is a 10 out of 10! The beach is easy to swim at and fun to watch the water activities like the parasailing and party boats going out. The food is good and they have good prices, especially for being right on the beach! The servers are polite and work hard. We met Fernando today, he was the BEST! His English is great and he was always ready to help his customers. We will go back and look for him next time! Villa Blanca is the only beach restaurant that I know that has a kids area, its safe and very nice! The palapas are clean and nice. They have a shower area that is really nice to rinse off the salt water. The restrooms are always nice and clean! There is also a nice little shopping area right next door, so, it has everything you need for a fun day! With SO many HUGE resorts on the beach and so few places like this, we like to bring them business so we don't lose them! Note: I didn't have a room at the hotel, just reviewing the restaurant and staff.

I made a reservations 2 weeks in advance for a Mother’s Day event the restaurant beach club promoted heavily requesting front line beach seating. Once I arrived I was seated 5 rows back which is extremely far from the beach. Attached photos show there was availability and management responded it’s first come first served which made me ask why was I not given the reserved seats then. Attached are photos as proof. Service is always extremely slow at this establishment but I wanted to give it another chance since they had planned an event. I would not recommend planning something and then showing up to a place that does not respect reservations. Very greedy establishment where management does nothing to rectify the situation. Definitely not a place to bring older family members and they don’t keep the beaches clean compared to nearby beach clubs.
