I was recommended by a friend who is a regular there, nice place, closed to all, safe neighborhood lots of things walking distance.
I did my reservation over the phone while on the go and was a breeze, William and Julio were super friendly and provided great service, breakfast was delicious and different each day of my stay.
Nice boutique hotel overall, sometimes is better to stay away from chain hotels, parking was a plus.
My first time in Cuenca and definitely will return.
Clean comfortable room, quiet also.
Close to lots of restaurants. Excellent lunch restaurant across the street, has 3 dollar plate of the day. Front desk person was always helpful. Breakfast experience was really good. Yogurt and granola with fresh fruit. Also eggs, omelettes and bread. Each day a little different surprise for breakfast.

Great hotel! The staff were excellent. They were alway available to answer questions in English or Spanish. The location is great.
Even though they don’t offer dinner service, they made us dinner while we were on lockdown! Highly recommend.
