Arrived at 23:00 and asked front desk if I could still order something from the Restaurant. The answer was no and I get it. I then asked if they had anything I could buy or room service. The answer was no again so I must be honest that I was a little annoyed as I had a long day and just wanted a beer with something to eat. I said to the person in front desk that I was just going to have a quick beer with some work colleagues and would check in right after. I went and sat down and waited for about 20 — 30 minutes with no service. Ok maybe it was time for bed anyway. I then walked over to front desk to check in. I asked the person why I could not get a beer and he told me the staff was already busy getting ready to leave. Ok I will be honest I was cranky as I am really hungry but ok. Then 2 guests walk up to the bar next to me and I expect the person helping me to walk over and tell them the same story about everything being closed. But nope he walks to the back and calls a lady to come and serve the 2 guests who then proceeds to order a beer each. Really, no seriously what is this? He then goes on to then offer me a beer. No Raddison Blu this is no way to treat guests. I am checked in for 2 nights and can't wait to leave. BTW I travel a bit and this is the first time ever in my 20+ years of traveling the world that I have written a post like this.
