Small but very cozy hotel, clean and friendly staff.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in! Unclean, unfriendly staff and our reservation was reportedly not found. Unkindly we were turned away, even though the room was already paid for. Later we learned that our room had been assigned elsewhere. That seems to happen quite often there. We had to wait several months for the money to be refunded! Very frivolous and absolutely not recommended!

Three days Paris, three days in a simple, very clean hotel. The reception was very warm. Breakfast is typical French. One should be aware that it should be used exclusively for sleeping. The rooms are not large, but are cleaned every day and there are fresh towels. In summer in hot temperatures it is very hot in the rooms, we had a fan which brought a little cooling. This hotel is highly recommended under the conditions described.

Hotel vetuste as they advertise refrigerator kettle. Everything that fits a 3 * * * while it only matches 1 *

A very bad reception, the receptionist not welcoming, did not find our reservation, the hotel lacks cleanliness, I do not recommend it personally.

Clean room, they change bed-lines every day. It is not understood because the Wi-Fi password is cancelled at 24 hours and you have to be asking for it at reception. Friendly the gentlemen who cater but not the woman who did not want to help with the password. The breakfast buffet is small and simple.

Is a guest house, very simple but tidy clean. There's a little shop next to it to buy some water. When booking a good view some rooms are not toilet, can only use the public toilets outside. Near the station, there are several halal restaurants and KFC McDonald's.

Good customer service. Excellent! recommended.

Great location Friendly decor. The cultural Aspet in particular musical is highlighted. The guests adore and pleasantly surprised by the state of cleanliness and the facilities of the rooms.

Hotel very nice and clean… US owners very friendly, willing and simpaticos.

It is a very quaint little hotel, the room was small but C was all TV, fridge, hairdryer blankets and extra pillows, small bathroom but cleanliness great as in all hotel, despite being located in a popular and multi-ethnic district full of restaurants Supermarkets and shops is very quiet. At the reception they speak only French or English but they are very helpful and polite.

Well communicated close to metro and very clean. Good quality price, even though my room is somewhat small.

Very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are very clean and the environment is quiet. Especially since the souls of the artists who have sejourné are always present. To renew!

Convenient location with the Metro at 50 meters. Room of few pretensions, quite small with. Small washbasin and bidet (unusual for Paris) shared bathrooms and always clean showers.

This hotel was just perfect for us as a family of 4 including 2 children. Very good value for money and with a nice family run atmosphere. The room and bedding were spotlessly clean, the staff were all friendly and the best bit was that they have a resident cat! You can order drinks at the bar and, if you wish, sit outside and watch the bustling street life. The hotel is away from the main tourist areas and sits in an area of cultural diversity which is a good thing as you see more of the real Paris. The famous Père Lachaise Cemetery is just a 5 minute walk away. Also, a hotel doesn't get this many awards without being good!

The are no elevators. The breakfast​ costs 7.50 euros and was told me it was a buffet, but only two croassant are permitted. Thr glass of orange juice is really small. The barhroom is ridiculously small, spreading water all over the bathroom during the bath. The bathrom is old and bad finished. The matress of the bed was deformed. The remote control of the TV was completely booked.

Les Chansonniers is a quiet, wonderful little boutique hotel in the 11th arrondisment of Paris. The concierge was friendly and very nice, let us weary travelers check in a bit early, and chatted to us about our home country Canada for awhile. He also spoke good English, so any travelers looking for that will feel comfortable. The rooms are tiny but comfortable, clean, and very cute! The location is about a 3 minute walk from a line 2 subway station and is near the beautiful Pere Lachaise cemetery (10 minute walk), has many little cafe and chain restaurants, and a comfortable area for first time Paris visitors.

It's adorable. Interesting area for newcomers like myself and sure it doesn't have all the amenities. But honestly for a couple that's staying for a few nights I really can't complain at all. Extremely close to the metro line 2 and there's a couple cute looking cafes around. Don't expect much! But if you have to sleep and shower on a cheap budget then come here. Staff is friendly so that's a bonus.

Recently renovated (I don't know if they have renovated all the rooms but ours was just perfect. However there was noise in the next room because of the renovation. ) Very beautiful. Good aisthetic. Clean Not big but comfortable for 2 visitors who's away all day long. Very kind people at the reception. Perfect location near to the metro station. Expensive breakfast but I think it's the same everywhere in Paris. We didn't take it at last.

Worse hotel ever, jut do not go there. The staff is incompetent and unfriendly. The walls are as thin as paper. The double room was tiny and nothing like on the picture. The cleaning service is really poor, you get stained towels and sheets, you have to ask for toilet paper (great to go to the reception for that and then go back to your room with your toilet paper under your arm! ), and the parking is a disaster. They are quick at taking your money but not so much to explain to you where you have to go and where you can park. They didn't say a thing about which box we could use and then blamed us for parking at the wrong spot. Even in a youth hostel you get a better service than there. It's not worth the price they make you pay. Be nice with yourself an just don't go there.

Feels like home, great breakfast, bar and a cat what else could you ask for.

Grotty, run down, torn wallpaper, plastic sheets on the bed, one toilet shared between 16 rooms, holes in ceiling, plaster falling off, dirty marks all over the place, thin walls and noise from other rooms. Saw 3 rooms on first floor, all bad. Maybe 2nd floor better, but for budget price you get appalling conditions.

For that price very good. Cheap but clean. Small room with tiny bathroom but fast free Wi-Fi, tv, refrigerator. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only thing I didn't like was bathroom slide doors — not very tight. Metro very close to the hotel.

I have used the hotel Chansonniers a dozen times. This is a family run hotel constantly being upgraded. By the ground floor bar/reception every other night are free concerts — jazz, guitar, etc. In ten minutes I'm going to attend one put on by three Belgian singers. A great place and, as Paris hotels go, very good value.

Quiet hotel, full of passion.
