Very nice hotel, pretty to look at, restaurant is great, rooms are comfortable, design is very good and the furniture and lighting is all custom for this place. Concierge rep, Francesco is amazing. This man went above and beyond to make sure me and my wife were happy and well looked after. He helped me with everything and even took my phone calls and returned them in Canada, before I even got to France! He helped me book stuff to do and cancel stuff when I packed too much into our days. Service in the restaurant was impeccable, even when I wanted them to heat up something for me that they didn't even cook, they still presented it beautifully. The rest of the service was hit or miss. The car service that picked us up from the airport was sketchy; the driver hit the valet sign out front of the hotel and scratched up his van pretty bad. Some of the front desk employees were not so helpful and seemed like they couldn't wait to go home. Pretty hotels can be ruined by mediocre service. I think that service is the only thing keeping this hotel from being a 5 star boutique retreat. Some of the staff are wonderful and pleasant, some just have the wrong attitude to be working in a wanna-be 5 star joint. To take the next step, I think the service needs to jump up a few notches. If the place wasn't so pretty and Francesco wasn't so fantastically helpful, this place would have got 3 stars from me.

Boutique style hotel friendly staff. Unfortunately they mixed up my booking and could not rectify the problem, so I spent three nights on a sofa bed not great when you spend three hundred and fifty Euro's a night. Next time I will try a bigger hotel.

Very noisy Hotel that organizes these deliveries just under the windows of the rooms between 4h and 8h in the morning… I let you imagine the sound of a truck a few tons in a small Parisian street… to avoid for those who seek tranquility!

The worst possible service! Your restaurant manager if you can spell it well like that is awful, aggressive and rude! It doesn't have to exist in five-star hotels! Never again come and advise all friends!

Very disappointed.
We were expecting quality dishes, which was not the case.
The meat was hard. Minimalist and poorly cooked Portions: one leaf of endive and two skins of onions.
Very expensive for the result. It's a hotel, not a restaurant.
Nothing to say about decorating.

This notice concerns the restaurant. Service of great slowness and also not at the height of the standing claimed by the house. Very expensive wines offered without any advice.
The good quality of the kitchen catches up a little this mediocre picture, however the quantity in the plates is very chick especially for the appetizers.
We find much better in Paris for the same price.

We had a sublime stay at the Bréguet House. Very friendly and welcoming.
The Junior suite is very good, with a sleek design very relaxing and elegant.
The SPA is absolutely superb, it is the big highlight of the hotel (swimming pool, Sauna, Hammam).
We did not have time to try the restaurant, only the bar which has a nice cocktail menu but the setting is top and the terrace is very pretty with a beautiful vegetable wall.
A very nice address in one of the best areas of Paris. Ideal for a stay in love.
