I stayed at the Appart'city Collection Paris Gare de Lyon for 3 nights in mid-March with a friend. Let me start by commenting on how friendly and helpful the staff is. I was greeted very warmly and registered quickly. While I waited I was offered a complimentary coffee. The room was adequate for 2 people. I wouldn't say spacious, but compared to other hotel rooms in Paris, it seemed big. We had two twin beds in our room. While not a big deal, the beds seemed narrow and were rather firm. That said, I was able to sleep well and bed preference is a matter of personal choice. The bathroom was beautifully designed, on the small side, but with a nice shower stall, rain shower head and hand held shower, and a towel warmer. Water pressure was great and the water drained properly. Our room was cleaned every day we were there and fresh towels supplied. The whole buidling seems rather new and so everything is in tip top condition. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, so can't comment. The hotel is close to metro stops, but a little walking (10 — 15 minutes) will be required. Gare de Lyon is a 15 minute walk away. There are a few cafes/restaurants near the hotel, but overall the area is quiet and very safe. I would definitely stay at the Appart'city Collection Paris Gare de Lyon again when in Paris!

Had a 2 night stay here and cannot fault it. The staff at reception were very welcoming and the room was stunning. Very clean, well laid out and chocolates on the bed were a lovely touch. Have to compliment the design as well, furnishings were lovely. The beds were comfy, rooms were quiet and a nice size. Location was perfect within walking distance of the metro. We hope to come back to Paris and this is where we will happily book again, great value too!

This is a great little hotel with a really chic reception/lounge/ bar area when you arrive. The rooms are spotless and the beds are super-comfy! The staff at the bar and reception made our stay… so helpful and offered a first class service! Would definitely recommend this place!
