Cute, clean, cozy hotel close to transportation.

Great location, great breakfast. Rooms are small but sufficient.

Let's be clear: the position of this hotel is strategic for people in transit from the South-West of France: very close to the shuttle drop-off from Orly airport, it is even more so than the Montparnasse station, with its access to the essential metro lines. Apart from transport, everything is close, be it theatres, shops, restaurants, bars or even the Monoprix with a pebble throw.

Otherwise, we appreciate the discreet staff, a fairly good sound insulation with the outside — but that can be a little insufficient internally if the occupants of the adjoining rooms lack a little know-how, which seems to be the case during the season tourism — and air conditioning that is very well-adjusted to withstand heat waves.
The bedding is firm and comfortable enough and the rooms do not suffer too much from the concern for the smallness of the capital. Breakfast is a bit expensive but potentially quite plentiful. The whole is rather nice, clean and neat.

In any case, there are satisfactory conditions for working trips to Paris.

Right near the Metro, just a few meters away. Lovely friendly staff in all areas. Lovely reception area with honesty bar. Rooms are compact have all you need. Precious dies a good job and is lovely, floor could have been a bit cleaner. Bed very comfie, duvet was stained! but only noticed in our last day! Bathroom with walk in shower brilliant as I have a disabilty. Shower cream provided, hairdryer provided in the bathroom. No iron! as they offer a paid for washing and ironing service. Continental breakfast in cafe at lowest level was sufficient;cold meat, cheese, yoghurts basket of breads and sweet pastries. Fresh fruit, bread cereals milk juice. Hot coffee and tea. Lovely waitress. 64 rooms on 6 levels with a very compact lift. We loved our stay and highly recommend this hotel to you. Only dropped a star for dusty floor and stained duvet!. P. S. Great bar next door serving Guinness and great beers a little dark. Take plenty of Euros, Paris is really expensive, but lovely.

Nice hotel centrally located at Montparnasse. Rooms vary in size, shape and content. Six floors, each with five rooms where three of them face the street and the other two the backyard. Regular continental breakfast with a limited selection. Small elevator for max four persons or one with two bags.

We are staying here right now three persons for two nights. Upon arrival the third bed was not arranged. After a complaint the mattress was mad, but still no linen, pillow and towels. After another complaint a blanket and towels were handed. When Adkins for real bedlinen the answer was that they do not have that. The other two beds have linen. Too low service for the price paid for the stay!

Very nice room and friendly staff. Very big and well appointed for Paris standards. The one drawback is the view (overlooks the industrial Galeries Lafayette and Tour Montparnasse) so tough to get the Parisian feel if you are here on a short trip. Overall I would recommend for business travellers and friends, not necessarily v romantic :)

Nice and friendly hotel in our favourite part of Paris. Close to gare de Montparnasse and Metro. Small but clean rooms, and the breakfast was nice and worth the price. But the free Wifi! 0, 2 mbit/s – that wasn’t even OK in the 90’s. You must speed up. Impossible to do any on line-work.

Very decent hotel. The rooms are clean, and the staff very nice, always smiling, and close to making service.
For me the rooms are too heated in winter. Accustomed to sleeping at 16 °, I had to open the window.
For all the people who arrive by Montparnasse, this hotel is a very good choice.

3 star Hotel within walking distance of Montparnasse station, rooms not very large but comfortable and clean. Bathroom with bidet. Breakfast with sweet and salty more than enough. Recommended both for those who want to visit the city and for work.

Nice Hotel and very well located close to Meteo and buses and you can walk to many visiting sites we will return safe!

Located in the vicinity of the Montparnasse building, is an exquisite hotel, the room is really small, the expansion of the suitcase becomes difficult, but for us in the hotel only sleeping passengers, provide a clean, comfortable bed, and a wide shower space, very enough. The breakfast in the hotel is a simple continental breakfast with French bread, a variety of ham, jam and cream, and freshly brewed coffee, which is a good breakfast! Unless you have a better choice, I suggest you book a hotel breakfast and finish your trip. Because the café on the road is also to eat the same thing, but things are more expensive! The hotel is a two-minute walk from the subway and is very convenient to ride. If you are going to Saint-Michel, I suggest you choose this restaurant, because the SNCF TGV in the hotel is very close, you can have a leisurely breakfast, and then walk over.

Very good location, friendly staff, very welcoming lobby but be careful you have to fall on the right room… me for the same price as my colleague J had a tiny room so it's really not pleasant nor at the height of a 3 star. On the other hand my colleague had a spacious room nothing to complain about.

Perfect little hotel in a great location. 2 min walk to the Montparnasse station and you can go anywhere you want. Clean comfortable rooms with a quality breakfast.

Conveniently located hotel, near Montparnasse station and shuttle bus to both Paris airports. The rooms are small but cozy. Comfortable bed, there is a mini-bar. Breakfast consists of eggs, fruit, yogurt, ham and cheese slicing. There are muesli, pastries, juices and coffee.

Clean room and good breakfast! Great location, near Gare Montparnasse where there are many metro lines available.

Great location and comfortable, the hotel has a few kinks that are far outweighed by the quality and friendliness of the staff.

Room are ok and confortables, however very noisy. Hotel personal is fine and helpful. No view for room 11. The central location is nevertheless perfect to visit the city with Montparnasse-Bienvenüe metro station at 3 Min walk from the hotel. Last comment: free Wi-Fi do not work as the air conditioning. We came is one child of 2 years. If you do so make sure you do book baby bed well in advance as the hotel have only one baby bed…

Great location. Clean rooms. Shower needed some care to avoid drenching bathroom. Lots of places to eat nearby. Excellent for early start on TGV's.
