Very good hotel, good value. Not far from the Arc de Triomphe.
I especially enjoyed the comfort of the room and the quiet. Decent breakfast with good choice.

Located at a strategic point near The Arc de Triomphe. The room is very comfortable and the breakfast is great for both the sweet and the salty side.

Very well located hotel, a couple blocks from the Arc d' Triomphe and the Champs Elysees. The hotel overall is nice. The room was nice. The only thing that needs to be improved is the plumbing. It is not properly insulated so you can hear toilets flushing or water going down the drain. This is minor but just a note for improvement.

The first thing — a great location for sure. The hotel is exactly what you can expect form a 3-star place. And actually the rooms are far better than the lobby suggests, they are clean and comfortable. Fast Wi-Fi and well-working air-conditioning adds up for a positive review. Breakfast doesn't stand out, just a basic selection, but quite tasty. The neighborhood is indeed noisy (traffic), as othets pointed, so don't expect quiet nights. Still, definitely worth considering as a place for a affordable stay in this neighborhood.

One check in guy was not very friendly. He forbid my partner from staying in room. Hotel is next to busy streets. You will hear engine noise all night long.

Small room, but ok for the neighborhood, and the price. Breakfast is included, and served in the room. Wi-Fi works well. We are in the middle of Ternes with restaurants and shops next door. A 5-minute walk from the star. The bedding is fine. It's quiet and I really enjoyed it. The little extra, I could watch a series in VO (English), so too happy! Breakfast was good too.

Due to a 'technical error' I had to stay at a different hotel, handled fine by the staff and the new hotel was good for our stay.

Little nice hotel in the neighbourhood of the Arc de Triomphe. Nice restaurants just around the corner. Go to retaurant "le Hide" just 400 metres away from the hotel. Rooms are comfortable service and breakfast is good.

Hotel with good location close to the Arc de Triomphe and the metro station Ternes, small room with good bathroom, full breakfast and well attended, the receptionist very friendly.

“Faulty Towers Paris" Nice little hotel tucked away on one of the side streets in Paris, but that's where it ends. •Amazingly the hotel day staff (Basil & Sybil) were happy to let us struggle with our bags to get to reception 7 bags in all (us = 2 ladies over 50 & me male 55) no trolley offered. After check in “we” carried our own bags over 2 different floors for 2 rooms. •My wife & I got a nice sized room, but realized the aircon did not work. I went down stairs & showed staff (Basil & Sybil) a photo of the temperature in the room. Later that day a maid (Polly) came up took a look but as she spoke no English & then just walked out. •I went to reception later that afternoon & asked what was going on & was told a technician was on his way. So by 10pm that no one had turning up so we slept in a room that was showing 26.5C on the air con. •Next morning they said it would be sorted that day while we were out or I will be moved to another room. I said “I really don't want to move rooms so please can you have it fixed”. We checked with day staff & again told that technician would fix it later on that day. I told staff that was fine but I did not want another night in that oven. Later that afternoon we checked with day staff again & we were told aircon unit would be STILL be fixed that day between 6pm – 9pm as technician was busy.

If I can give this a negative star I would After only a 4 day stay (mind you I was supposed to be a 10 day) I was bit by bed bugs! I was horrible a nightmare. I would not recommend anyone going there when I told the front desk they just asked if I wanted a change of sheets it was unbelievable. They don't clean the rooms it's horrible.

Nice clean hotel very close to Farmers market and tourist area. Felt very safe and easy to navigate the area with the metro close by.

Very nice hotel. Walked in off the street after cancelled flights and the staff was very kind and helpful. Let us leave our backpacks in a side room while we went sightseeing. Very clean rooms. Good breakfast. Reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location close to the buses that go to the airport. Quiet area but close to everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
