Paid for two nights online (after some great online deal we found), but was given one night upon arrival. That aside, there were used cups under our bed at check-in and the bathroom door was broke. All of that aside, we paid >100E a night for a 3x3m room with no AC. There is no objectively good reason why anyone would stay here.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room a little small, but well soundproofed with a Boulevard passing below. The bathroom is OK. Old carpet in the room and hallways.
Price a little overdone, but in the standards for Paris.

Very good welcome from the whole team. The hotel would need a serious renovation and improve the quality of the breakfast products, we had hard bread and for €12 it is very shche!

Ideal Hotel if you are looking for accommodation in a great location. The hotel has everything you need, comfortable beds, good breakfast, courteous staff, and Wi-Fi. Don't expect indoor pool or gym or spa, but it is great for people wanting to explore Paris.

Staff Super courteous but no hot water, and we hear the Metro in the room, cleanliness of the room do not look too close.

The room is minimal, you can sleep in it and there is a tiny bath by having the water for the shower for the first time 5 min to run so that it reaches a normal temperature. The sink is minimal and if you want to wash your face carefully, you can easily push your head on the tap.
The elevator was old earlier and so it makes very strange scary noises. By the way, a maximum of 2 people fit in and if you think in the room it would be a train station with trains nearby, no, it is "only" the elevator.
Breakfast for €12 is not worth it in my opinion. There is the bare necessities, but very minimalist and you sit in the conservatory, which is as big as a room! It's not even warm.
Reception can expect with ACH and noise English, so no help with regard to bus connections etc.
Location from the hotel is OK, railway station Montparnasse CA 500 m and metro approx. 250 m, hop on hop off tour stop Green Line stops 100 m, which is very handy, shopping mall 100 m, the black building from where you can see all Paris 300 m away. Lots of options for eating, great Japanese with very good ramen 100 m.
Conclusion: Hotel very expensive and need improvement!

Very nice welcome. A very good customer service. A small weak spot: the breakfast area.

The location is excellent. Maybe rooms directly on the boulevard can be a little noisy but I had the chance to have a room on the courtyard so it was excellent. Bed is quite confortable and lighting is good. The espresso machine is very useful too and rare in Paris hotels. They also give a complementary bottle of water and tea. But I stayed 9 nights and they never filled them again. They should do it every day. Besides, they have a big problem with the hot water. It is very good in the mornings but in the evenings it is almost cold and when you complain to the reception, the answer is that there's no solution. We even had a problem twice where water was freezing and they repared it only the next day. When you know that outside temperature was zero, this was a nightmare. Also the elevator run out of order and it took them 24h to repair it. So service could be better for the price you are paying.

Usual comfort and service of the chain. Pity that the window overlooks the street, without means to stifle the Parisian noise.

I was greeted with just the room cards, no ID or paperwork was completed. Got to the room and could hear and feel the vibrations from the trains below. This was never mentioned in the hotel description. I asked to be moved to a higher floor but was told there were no rooms so we had breakfast free of charge for one night which was nice but wasn’t so great being woken up early from the trains of a morning. The cleanliness of the room was awful. There was dust and hair on every surface. The Nespresso machine had leaked water so did not even attempt to use it. The shower drain was blocked. I had to keep turning off the shower and wait for the water to drain before turning it back on otherwise it would flood. We had the do not disturb sign on our door on the first day and our room was cleaned. I did not want cleaners in the room after reading reviews about items being stolen. The following day I noticed a few of my cosmetics missing… our swipe cards had to be reset on 2 occasions, both late at night when we just wanted to get into bed which was a pain. Beds were rock hard. Not nice to sleep in for 3 nights. Good location.

Comfortable cosy hotel for the budget minded traveler right in the middle of the city easily connected via the Paris underground metro system and just 30mins walking to the Eiffel Tower.

Decent hotel for the price. Location is close to metro and there are some good food options within walking distance. Room was clean. Breakfast was not as good as similar priced hotels I've been to around Europe. There isn't anything exactly wrong with this place, but I will try somewhere else next time.

Hotel well placed not report to Gare Montparnasse but very bad for breakfast no fresh bread The breakfast room is very very poorly heated it would be really necessary to make a very big effort on this side the other hand a 3 star that is n E St doesn't conform to what we're waiting for.

We liked this hotel, stayed here twice. Very friendly staff. Not too expensive for Paris. The rooms are small but everything needed is present in the room. Great air conditioning and internet works well. We'll be happy to stay here once more when we decide to return to Paris. The environment is great, many good shops and wonderful and not very expensive restaurants are situated near the hotel. Great computer shop FNAC is not far from the hotel. We liked also the view from the window. Very silent hotel also. I understood that the metro disturbed many people but we stayed 10 nights there and it didn't disturb us) ) The restaurant in the corner that is right opposite the hotel (Miriam is the owner) is really great. It is not cheap but food is unforgettable.

Very nice friendly staff. On the main Street and easy to reach city centre by metro or bus. But the room was quite small but nevertheless Yiu must take into consideration it's a budget hotel. However, the reason I marked it don't was due to how filthy the carpet is in the room, stains. It's a very cramped hotel, the rooms are small, the reception area us tiny, and the breakfast dining area is tinchy with no windows, such in the back what appears to look like a wide hallway towards the bathroom. The very polite gentleman who checked us in is the reason I'm marking this hotel with 4 stars instead of one.

Comfortable and practical, very courteous staff and buffet breakfast satisfactory, convenient location near the Metro stop, I will consider even for when I return to Paris.

We had a last minute deal for a very fair price. The hotel's location was fantastic, and the room was tidy, functional and good. However, the room (we were on the first floor) vibrated every time the metro passed underground. This was really unnerving, and when I requested the reception for a change of room, they had mentioned that all rooms have the same problem. That's a complete bummer, but other than that there's nothing to complain.

Small but well-equipped room: fridge, Nespresso machine, tea, coffee. Functional bathroom. The courtyard side rooms are quiet.
The carpet in the room deserves to be changed.

Close to tgv station, close to many restaurants and bars. No dinner service is available though. Rather small rooms and very close to the elevator.

Very noisy street in front of it. Room clean but small. Relatively worn furniture, but very friendly staff. Ideal for City.

Very well located in the Montparnasse district. Nice room with a real coffee machine and minibar functional. A little noisy if you are side road.

Friendly staff, small but fully equipped, clean room, great bed. Didn't need breakfast because there are lots of breakfast opportunities very close nearby, my favorite being a small bakery at approx. 100m.

The rooms are noisy and (of course) quite small. Hallways have been updated but have a strong smoke smell. Rooms are quite outdated.

Although the size of the room and the toilet are a little cramped, overall it is cozy, I would recommend a larger closet, can use an extra pillow and a switch to the aerator in the toilet… for the rest the noise of the Metro did not Bothered, although on the second floor you could feel the passage… Overall I would say that left me a good impression as well as for the price, for the reception and for the great location Neuralgic near the main tourist attractions and the Proximity to the means of transport… I would recommend to find a deal with some restaurants nearby to have some favor prices for the clientele.

I really loved this hotel. It had a great location. Staff was really helpful and were able to speak English. Nice rooms, small but contrary to what I expected they weren't noisy. Overall great stay.

I stayed at this hotel it was great for what I've paid, superb location you will like it try the Moroccan rest in front of the station.
