My daughter and I stayed here from 09:08:29 to 12/08/19 (4 nights B&B). This hotel is great and I will definitely come back.
Location: — fabulous, in the centre of Paris, near the Luxembourg Gardens and only 10 minutes walk from the Notre Dame and the lively Latin Quartier. Within easy walking distance of two metro stations and the RER B to CDG Airport. We walked to the Eiffel Tower along the river and it took about 50 minutes This hotel is in a quiet street and we felt safe walking at night.
Hotel: — beautiful boutique hotel, well decorated with small area to sit at beside reception a smells lovely.
Rooms: — our room was small and spotless. Room has a safe, kettle, tea/coffee, slippers and robes, and water refilled every day. The bathroom was compact but good hot shower an Nuxe toiletries provided, also had a hair dryer. Our view was spectacular, we could see the Eiffel Tower.
Breakfast: — lovely and plentiful. Choice of cold meats, cheese, breads, scrambled eggs, bacon, boiled eggs, fruit, yoghurt, cereals, pastries inc very tasty pain au chocolate, freshly squeezed orange juice and any type of coffee and tea. Absolutely great.
Staff: — reception staff were pleasant and check in and out was quick and easy. The staff serving breakfast were very friendly and nothing was too much bother, they worked so hard. All other staff we met were lovely and always said Bonjour!

This is definitely not a place for anyone sensitive to mould. My husband and I booked this hotel for a week to celebrate a special wedding anniversary. I have respiratory issues and an allergy to mould. Within 15 minutes of entering the room, I felt quite sick. We had to cancel the rest of our stay and will be moving to another hotel tomorrow. Nobody at the front desk cared to ask why we needed to cancel the reservation. I also expected the hotel to be non-smoking but people seem allowed to smoke. I have travelled extensively and am good at managing my expectations depending on destination and travel budget for a given trip. I expected more from this hotel. This is the most disappointed I have ever been with a hotel.

Amazing prices for an incredible hotel! The best spacious and comfortable rooms, very good to sleep in. Very quiet at nights and cool with air conditioning. A wonderful Parisian breakfast served in rooms for 10 euros is very convenient! Stayed here twice in a row because I love it so much.

3.7 stars. Clean, modern, and well-located hotel in St Germain district of Paris. Rooms were quite small. Twin bed had about 2 feet of room on either side to the walls. Bathroom was renovated and great shower pressure, but again quite small. When you showered most of the bathroom floor got wet (open shower design). Bed was comfortable. Location is fantastic. Walking distance to many many restaurants and attractions. For the price and given it’s a 4 star hotel I expected the internet to be faster (was horrendously slow). All in all a good place to stay but perhaps a little on the expensive side. Great location though.

I am writing to you on the occasion of the robbery that I received from some belongings during my stay at your hotel between 5/15/18 and 5/19/18. The objects that were stolen from my bag were 6 perfumes bought in Zara, Zara clothes and clothes bought in H & M. The total amount of the theft is USD 286 (US dollars). This situation was notified to the reception staff, who did not give me any response or compensation for the losses suffered. The objects were taken from the suitcases in the room, this I affirm with total security. It is for this reason that I ask you to offer me a solution for this unpleasant situation that we had to live in the hotel. I await your response,

Great experience with a great location. The hotel was easy to find. We found the staff friendly and helpful when we needed directions or restaurant help. I would stay here again.

We have booked 3 rooms for 5 night.
In the second day 2 bags were missing from 2 different rooms. One of the missing bags had medicines inside and the other one had peraonal belongings. It took 1 day to give us an answer back about this situation.
The stuff said that they looked in the camera and saw the cleaning lady come out from the room only with the trash. They didn’t give us to look at the cameras. This situation is very upsetting and we feel like the hotel isnt giving us any answers for this problem.

This is an older hotel, very well located in Paris. The hotel has only one corkscrew, so I actually bought one and left it in my room for them! The elevator is super tiny, and the maid service is iffy at best.

Stayed here twice, pleasant experience both times. Great, friendly and accommodating staff! Also, it's smack dab in the middle of everything… very close to st. Michel, latin quarter, notre dame, and the museums, but it's off on a side street, so its easy to get places, but it's not noisy. I recommend this hotel and we will stay there again for sure! keep in mind in paris hotel rooms are smaller (than Canada) and so are elevators… we knew this going in, so it didn't bother us at all! thanks for everything!

This hotel is located in the Latin Quarter in the heart of Paris, has very bright rooms, we got one on the 8th floor and it is not very comfortable as it is abuardillada, our room is 3 people and the space is something fair. The reception is elegant, has a dining room where breakfast is done.

Small room with very little light. The bathroom a mess: It fills the floor with water when you shower. No minibar. There are no cabinets. A horror.

Great hotel! Very well placed in the district of Saint-Germain des Prés. Close to the Luxembourg garden, the Latin Quarter, Saint-Michel, Odeon. Really a lot of benefits!

Hotel overall good, although I would call it more a 3 star than a 4 star. Only small exceptions or staff speak only French and English, dated structure, rooms a little small. The breakfast is great and plentiful, clean hotel, courteous staff (only one guy at the front desk little attentive, I was falling pay 2 services which were not up to). The property is central, close to Metro to the Luxembourg Gardens and to Notre Dam.

Service was Good and all requirements for 4 stars as Well. Location of the hotel is superb very close to the Notre Dame. I didnt give 5 stars because there is no restaurant (they do have breakfast, roomservice, and free snacks + drinks in the lobby).

This was not our first stay at this hotel. Before we booked we studied the hotel's website and also contacted them by phone. Because of serious back problem I had to be sure that the room had a shower. We did indeed get a room with shower, but not in what is called the Trianon part of the hotel. The room was tiny and in the shower there was no place to put soap etc, nor a handle to grip. In addition to this the accès to the room was by a staircase and then a small lift which barely had room for two persons. On our second day one of the staff informed us that there are rooms with shower also in the Trianon part, but that we had to specify this when booking. This information was not found on the website nor given to us when we contacted the hotel by phone. I am sorry to say that we are not satisfied with the information given by the hotel, nor with our stay.

Exactly the number of stars the hotel has. It's not your typical 4-star hotel chain, but if you want a true vintage experience in one of the nice neighbourhoods of Paris, this is your place. Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean rooms. Our room was a bit small, but we had booked a double, so can't really complain.

Great location within walking distance to the notredame, louvre and countless shops and food-places in the Latin quarter. The service was amazing! The staff really cares about the guests and always tries to fulfill their requests. Rooms are beautifully decorated and maintained. Stayed at room 306 and switched to 606 for a balcony/tower view. Magnifique!

Hotel is very nice in a great location, rooms are small but that's how it is in Paris, staff was friendly and helpful trying to get our room early and found one for us which was great, since we were tired from the long flight, plenty of places to eat nearby and attraction as well. Easily walkable to Notre Dame and the Luxembourg, and the Louvre is a 20 minute walk if you don't mind the time. We were 4 and the rooms where separate but connected at the middle so we could get to each other with no hassle. Overall highly recommend and will come again next time. Would recommend they add water bottles to the mini fridge.

We stayed here for two nights. It's a beautiful hotel in a fantastic part of the city surrounded by great restaurants and beautiful sights. Close to the Pantheon and Jardin de Luxembourg, our room actually had a view of the Eiffel Tour, the towers of Notre Dame and Sacred Couer. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and everything was clean and tidy. All in all a superb place to stay.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on here and they had the cheapest rates around… I love the old fashion elevator. The decorum is very nice with a red and black theme. Some of the rooms have amazing views. If you get the room at a discounted rate, your room is probably the view of the next building across. The only bad thing is the Wi-Fi. It's horrendously slow. If you don't mind that then you are fine.

We spent 2 nights here and loved the hotel & location. We had a deluxe room which was good size an room with a balcony & review. Check in was a breeze and breakfast was very good. We found the staff quite friendly & helpful. Hotel is easy walk to local restaurants & tourist spots. 10 min walk to river, Notre dame & luxembough gardens. Metro stations close by but with warm weather during our stay best way to see Paris is to walk Latin quarter has a fabulous vibe. We'd stay there again.

Excellent situation. … but very small rooms ', "bathroom"… tiny not to set a toilet Kit, improved room service.

Edit: my wife made me increase the rating since she doesn't think poor Wi-Fi should be the only importance. Staff was friendly and helpful. It also has a great location! After my original review I discovered that the bathroom had excellent Wi-Fi and so I could put a Wi-Fi repeater in there and get good coverage in the bedroom. I was going to increase the review stars, but then the WHOLE hotel lost internet for over 16 hours! Interesting things: The bathroom fan only runs during daytime so if you come back around 10pm and shower it will stay foggy. Something outside was squeaking every minute and made it tough to sleep the first night. The next night I discovered that it was the window shutter and I could put a patio chair against it to stop the noise. The room was a little small with a tight bathroom but understandable for being downtown. It does have a large safe that can easily hold a 15" laptop. The room was very dim even with the lights on, which is probably why the cleaner did not see the pile of sand in our dresser drawer before we checked in. Original review: My most important item for a hotel is Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi here is terrible. Sometimes it takes me over 30 minutes to connect and sign on and then it just forgets me again when the Wi-Fi drops off. This happened on both phones and laptop.

The staff wasn't all that nice, but helpful. The rooms are not big at all, not even the ones you pay more money for (though the higher priced ones have beautiful views from the small balcony). What upset me the most were the showers. They were horribly designed where water gets all over the floor. There was mold in the bathroom because of it! I did like the computers accessible to anyone in the beautiful lobby and they give you free Wi-Fi.

Great hotel in the perfect location will be our new go-to place in Paris. The rooms are cozy, the views from the upper floor rooms superb — — there is a small lift. Plenty of wonderful restaurants in the area, and close to all transportation. The staff was helpful and welcoming, going out of their way to make our stay, even in the rain, special and memorable. Even after we got home! I wrote to the hotel to ask them about the cereal they had every morning that my husband loved. The manager, Veronique, offered to send us a packet, and did. How thoughtful! Thank you to all the staff at the Trianon Rive Gauche! We miss you and all of Paris, but hope to be back soon. A bientot.

Great rate in Paris. About a 10 minute walk to Notre Dame. Public overnight parking was close.
