Nice hotel. Very convenient area. Very good service. The petit decent might be a little less petit but the food they offer is of quality.

We were very disappointed in our stay here. The rooms are old, stink whenever you run water, and the “bed” was very uncomfortable. To note, the bed is a pullout couch and had springs sticking out of it. When we tried to check out, the front desk attendant would not let us check out because we had lost the cheap keys used to open the room. Nobody comes to clean the room, bring fresh towels etc. (Unless you pay the extra fee). It is not indicated where to put your garbage so people end up leaving it in the hall. We booked this hotel for our honeymoon and it ruined our stay. I am not sure how this hotel has a four star rating — it is hardly deserving of even 1 star. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Edit based on hotel’s response: — No answer provided for why the hotel smells so bad (rancid smell that comes from the drains) — No response regarding garbage in hallways — No response regarding the rude staff not letting us leave to check out making us late for our Uber to get to the airport — I would like to add that the air conditioning was also not working properly so staying in a hot and stinky room during the Paris heat wave was not ideal.

Can only give Samsung, facilities a bit old, the middle of the bed sag. The space is slightly crowded. But the location is very good.

The hotel is Tralladillo what is expected in a downtown hotel, but not at these prices. We were served in English, they did not speak Castilian. The apartment we were assigned is a duplex on the 5th floor, the staircase to the top floor (where the main room and a toilet) need level II climbing course. The living-kitchen downstairs has a large folding sofa bed. There is only toilet on the top floor, and going with little girls was chaotic. Instead the shower was downstairs and it was difficult to use it without waking them. The kitchen is good, with full size fridge, dishwasher (there were pills), coffee maker, hot milk, iron with table. Two TVs, the big one downstairs.
Overall good, especially the location that is first, a stone's throw from the Galeries Lafayette or the opera Palace.

Best experience in Paris! I stayed there for 6 weeks and I became ill at one point and the receptionists were so friendly and helpful in assisting me with a doctor's appointment and checking if I was OK. Location great also!

This is a little gem in the upper area. It doesn't have much street presence as the entrance is discreet and opens to a courtyard before you arrive at reception. Great service, and apartment style rooms. The little kitchens are perfect for making a quick lunch or breakfast before heading out. There was a little wine and appetizer event one evening that was just delightful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Stayed for almost a month, the location is great with EVERYTHING around. The room (with one bathroom/kitchen) is a bit small but good enough for one person. The bed is not the best but maybe there are better ones in other rooms:)

The only good thing in this hotel is the location. We got an awful room with no place in the closet to put our luggage. No side table near the bed. The bathroom was awful. The air-condition didn't work. They gave us another room. The bed was awful. The key didn't open the door several times. I surly will not recommend my agent and my friends to stay in this hotel. No value for money.

Good location We spend two weeks with the children before an expatriation and this is really good.

Hotel is said to be 4 stars. Very poorly maintained mountains of dust under the bed, stains all over the walls and curtains, the broken fridge. We had to haggle 10 minutes with the gentleman from the reception to have a duvet that is yellow pee very well located in Paris but that's all we are very disappointed.

Bad price, cleanliness is not of the best and book room for people with reduced mobility and for nothing I would not recommend the only good location.

Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It is nice to have a small kitchen with a fridge to keep some breakfast items amd snacks. Front desk can help in English as well.

Had a lot of troubles with drainage which ruined our entire stay because we couldn't efficiently shower and had to inconveniently shower in other apartments. Drainage problem wasn't satisfactorily fixed upon our 4 day stay there. Besides that nice little apartment.

Great location, very safe and nice. It's right by the big shopping street and close walk to Opera (which is stunning! ), relatively not far from place de la Concorde by walk as well. Otherwise you could get to pretty much any worthy sight within 20-25min by transport, including tour Effeil, Sacre Coeur/Monmartre, Moulin Rouge, Place de la Republique, Hotel de Ville, Hotel des Invalides. Few metro station are around or buses are good here as well. As to eating, all nearby places I tried had a very local feeling, not many internationals were around, which I personally find great.

I had bad experience with the hotel, although my booking was confirmed. Hotel team try to shift me to their Eiffel tower branch with the same price! when I refused, they informed that they will transfer me to 5 star hotel appartement and when I visited it I found a share appartement in non hotel building!

The Aparthotel Adagio in Paris Opera is well located quite centrally in Paris. The room I stayed in was a studio apartment style room with a fold down bed which was actually quite comfortable. The room was rather scruffy and it felt as though it had been assembled cheaply — lots of scuff marks and damage to walls and furniture. It was also pretty bare in terms of provision — no coffee or tea, and miminal toiletries. The room was fairly quiet for a city-centre hotel, and the light levels were low but not fully dark even with curtains closed. Breakfast (€11) was pretty meagre. Bread, small cold cuts and limited cereal were on offer. All in all it felt like a cut down experience for a high price.

Rooms On the street side, it is noisy and annoying to sleep in the morning from 6am. Good breakfast.

Appart Hotel a few meters from the department stores of Paris, ideally placed! Classic room and in the line of the Alagios.

Great location in a very nice neighborhood, close to shopping and public transport. Friendly staff. An intermediate between the hotel and the NBB, interesting travel pro to medium-term.

If you plan on playing in Paris with my family for a few days, the best choice is this awesome apartment hotel. This week I took my wife and two grandchildren to come here. 507 apartments very clean, have two floors, more than enough for four people. Staff was super friendly and thoughtful, in particular Stephen and Theo. Hotel location unbeatable, close to all Paris must see attractions are very close. I will come again soon!

Beautiful place to stay during your stay on Paris. The rooms are enormous and very comfy. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants around. Recommended!

Everything is very good, open bus on the street below. Located where we wanted, quiet area and you have a supermarket in the same street.

Excellent location, very good and plentiful facilities, good staff, free Wi-Fi that works well, okay service, and not so good food.

Good location for shoping and stafs are friendly and helpfull.

Good central place to stay.
