Clean hotel, with a room size in the average of what is offered in Paris. The bathroom is classic but clean and functional.
The hotel offers breakfast.
Only downside, it is located above a subway track and it feels.

The room is small and awkward. Room service & cleaning is bad. Some staff are not offering help. The location and Wi-Fi is the best thing about this hotel.

Very friendly home. One elevator for everyone. Had a small room on the Parisian rooftops. Rich breakfast with fresh produce. The walls are not very well soundproof and you hear what happens in the adjoining rooms. On the other hand very close to the big boulevards and theatres.

I spent 2 nights in this hotel in a room on the ground floor and I slept very badly there with all the noises of the reception and the reasoning of the subway. The room is nice but I advise against staying in the downstairs room. The staff were friendly except on my arrival where the switchboard operator was not very friendly. Breakfast is fine but not sure I'm going back.

It covered the needs we had, it was clean. The area is good and close to metro stations. The service was friendly. We're happy.

The place is not as beautiful as the pictures, it is quite dark actually, twice I was in the room and the cleaner open the first door to get in the room. Breakfast is rather simple. The good part is the location and the staff is very friendly. Cost benefit is fair, but would not recommend or stay there again.

Good hotel overall for Paris. Very well placed. The heating of the bathroom was not working. Reported but no intervention in 4 days. We feel the subway pass in the room but not too annoying. The breakfast could be more diversified but good products. The minibar was not replenished from the stay.

Clean and good reception and warm welcome very copious breakfast and clean water rooms. Little less sound insulation but nothing annoying. Room 505.

It was my second time at the hotel. Excellent location Near the opera of the great shops and all means of transport. If you you're by plane The bus leaves you a few blocks and if you're by train from Nord station there is a bus that leaves you in the corner in a few minutes.
There are very spacious rooms with bathtub and smaller ones. Lift wide and fast but only to the 6th floor. 7 you're per staircase. Booking on the hotel website The breakfast is free.

Comfortable bed, quiet. Excellent break.
For €5 you get mobile internet for the phone very useful.
Good breakfast. Some gluten-free options. I requested it beforehand and today X EJ. There was No bread.
The reception was excellent. Very good deal. They solve everything.
Cleanliness of the room bad. They just pull up the bed and change the towels. I stayed 6 nights and never vacuumed as pieces stayed next to my bed.
Nor did they clean the tables of light (the used glass remained and its mark) sometimes they did not throw the vials of shampoo used or they forgot a dirty towel on the floor of the bathroom.
The room was very clean. I'd go back and ask for cleaning.

Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel from Wednesday 9th — Friday 11th November. Great location, cafe and supermarket as soon as you walk outside the front door and a 2 min walk to cafe's and the tube stop. I'd like to thank the young lady with red hair on reception who was exceptional, we checked out and left our luggage at the hotel as our flight wasn't till 11pm, we came back around 4pm to have an early dinner and she allowed us to bring food in from the supermarket and placed us in the restaurant downstairs, was really nice of her.
Would highly recommend this hotel and hopefully we will return in the near future. Thank you so much :)

Excellent stay here. We had a very bad airbnb experience as our host left without us late at night. The reception was very helpful in accomodating us and even took the extra mile to provide us with snacks when my friend casually commented he was hungry. 10/10 would recommend, hotel is clean, cozy and comfortable, location is prime.
