➜ Affordable hotel in a quiet location. S-Bahn stop and tram not far away. You are quickly in the old town or at the Hbf.
Price wise value for money. Room was good. Big and cleaned daily. Water hot. Large windows. But only one small bottle of sparkling water throughout stay. Buffet breakfast is good. Reception manned only in the morning for check out guest. I checked in afternoon and could only speak to a door comm. Keys left on counter to pick up. Not much service and information such as Wi-Fi password and felt very self serviced. But morning reception was helpful. Location is a few tram stops away from the main train station Haupbanhoff need to walk 20mins. But tram is very convenient. Surrounding has many eateries and small mini supermarkets. I will stay again.

Probably this is the worst hotel where i've ever been. Service is unacceptable and the hotel is very unkempt and dirty.
No hot water during the first day at midday and midnight and for the receptionist / cleaner / director / waiter / factotum was normal.
I've been there for two weeks for work (a company where I worked did the reservation) and I saw two different rooms.
Rooms are dirty and smell like an old ashtray. I would give zero stars.
Please do not go there.
