The place is very nice, but they lack better attention and cleanliness. Give him love and they'll do better.

Everything Very good but what we were told that included did not give everything and the departure was at 1:00 pm and at 12 they were taking out lousy service very friendly reception but the rest lousy.

They have very good customer service. The place is hygienic, quiet and with a great view. Besides, he's a friend of animals, petfriendly. All super. Congratulations on your service.

Beautiful scenery, terrible attention to the public. We just went and wanted to have lunch at the restaurant. A waiter gave us terrible attention and the truth is that his methods of containment of the pandemic are very bad. They put a white paper that was poorly rolled on the table, as a tablecloth. And when I realized that the waiter wasn't holding tight, the solution he gave was for me to put my bag in a corner of the paper. I mean nothing hygienic. I asked for food information and wanted to know the accompaniments, and the waiter told me he didn't know what it included. Obviously I didn't understand how I wouldn't know, but well. The food came and we hadn't even been covered. The cutlery arrived about 10 minutes after the meal. As we left and decided to pay, my husband made the observations of the case to the local manager and the only excuse they gave is that the coffeemakers are already old. That's no justification for bad service, but good. The place is nice by the view but lousy service and they give you no maintenance. It shows dirty and sloppy. My recommendation is to look for places worthwhile where the view and customer service are quality.

While the property is stunning and views of active volcanoes in a distance are exceptional, unless you are a donkey, mule or mountain climber the facility is not for you.
My fiancé and I booked the Presidential suite in February, 2020 for four nights. After traveling along a treacherous mountain trail to reach the hotel, we observed a four story structure with the only access 90 semi-circular stairs — some containing a handrail…others with none. NO ELEVATOR for senior citizens like myself who experience difficulty climbing and descending stairs…. NO MENTION in the booking literature the property was not handicapped accessible.
Our party was greeted by a gentleman who advised Casa Miravalle’s restaurant was open on a limited basis…. That evening we learned how limited it was…Following our arrival, my fiancé, her aunt and nephew who met us at the airport in Guatemala City and accompanied us to the property relaxed and dozed off in the room. When awakening I decided to trek down to the second floor and inquire about dinner…. The time was 6 pm. Much to my chagrin, I discovered the entire property dark, locked with not a single hotel employee to be found.
Panic set in! No telephones in the room…. In the event of emergency, what does one do?

Bad experience, don't waste your time on go!. The staff is not separated from the phones to attend to, completely dirty, when we ask for the letter tell us that there are several of their menus available. The only thing nice is the view. Not worth to go to that treat you like all over his ass.

Just as a recommendation, if you only go to the restaurant ask if everything on the menu is available so that they do not wait for pleasure or choose another option.

Best views of the area so far. Be a foreigner they will treat your as a king and queen. Delicious food, you want to come back. Better come with a 4x4.
