Perfect place to catch a few zzzzs, before we headed out to sightsee.

We stayed here during our recent trip to Reykjavik. The check-in and check-out process was super simple. We were emailed a code a couple of days ahead of time, picked up our keys, and were good to go. We had pre-paid, so checking out was as simple and dropping our keys in the bucket and being on our way. Our room was very clean and the bathroom was very nice. Breakfast in the morning had a good variety and was well-stocked. The small parking lot was a challenge to navigate in the evenings, so be aware you won't have much room to maneuver.

Very good hotel with private bath, relatively close to Keflavík Airport. Good breakfast from 7am to 9am.

This was a great place to stay. Quiet, clean, comfortable, affordable. Hearty breakfast included plus kitchen facility. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Very satisfied. The Hotel is clean, pleasant staff & friendly. Only concern is that no available staff in the reception area after 4pm. We arrived 5:30 am & the side door code that was given was not working. Just happened that one of the staff came in early to prepare for breakfast so she let us in otherwise we will out in the cold. Also, the television in each room has only 2 channels & no English Channel.

A fine hotel for a moderate price! Better with a car rental, but city bus stop and tour bus pickup very near. Great breakfast, plus a fabulous coffee machine. Small kitchen for guest use on 2nd floor, which is good because food is really expensive. Comfortable beds, too. Clean and nice.

Enjoyed the breakfast every morning. There was a walk from where the Grayline dropped you off, but not too far.

Very nice room clean nice breakfast friendly staff very accommodating. Nice common room to prepare meals if you want you have a refrigerator in you room. The store bonus is a short walk. Tip buy you adult beverages at the duty free pack a canvas shopping bag in your luggage to haul your goodies.

I stayed at this lovely hotel this past Tuesday through Friday, along with 5 friends. I was very impressed by T10. The ladies we met were so helpful and friendly. Our room, was huge, two twin beds and 2 sets of bunkbeds! Spotlessly clean, comfortable. The common room was a nice surprise. Location out of the city was nice but cost of cab into the city was expensive, but not T10s fault. I took one star off for lack of elevator. Dragging luggage up the steps was a bit mych, although staff did help us on check in but not check out.

Very clean rooms. Decent size bathroom, but could have used a shelf and shower handrail in the bathroom. Great breakfast. Made good use of the kitchenette as meals were very expensive in Iceland. Close to a bus line.

Lovely clean, pleasant staff and good selection at breakfast. Would certainly return.

Good value for money and good place.

A really nice and clean hotel. Beds are very comfortable, bathroom is clean and modern. The water smells like sulfur, but you get used to it. That being said, it's really good on your skin and hair, my hair is long and no conditioner was needed. Same to the skin. Also ok to drink, we refill our bottles from tap water in the bathroom. Breakfast is 7 to 9, could be later though, after nights chasing Northern Lights we wanted to sleep in. But the second floor has a community kit chen where you can cook your own food or have coffee, tea, etc, and it's very well equipped. You can self check after hours with a given code in your email to get in through the side door. After passing the stairs, keys will be on the right hand side rack. Overall, I'm highly satisfied, second time here.

Our room was pristine and quiet. It was a bit small, but we had reserved an economy room, so it was what we expected. The staff were very helpful. While we were there only one night and didn't take advantage of it, it's great that there is a refrigerator in each room and a kitchen where you can prepare meals. That would save a lot on food expenses. We were only a short walk from a gas/petrol station where one can buy city bus tickets and the bus was also nearby. We were able to take that busy in to Reykjavik, but Harnarfjordur itself would also be fun to explore. We took the Greyline bus from and to the airport and were dropped off/picked up at a hotel on the main road, just a short walk from the T10.

A basic comfy warm base to explore from. The outside door is on a key code so if you arrive out to maned hours, entry, room key and full instructions are available. T10 is situated Out of town but on a good bus route. Good continental breakfast, with friendly helpful staff and use of a mobile phone for local use, a nice touch. Our room was very clean and quiet, BUT if you are unlucky and get a room by the kitchen and breakfast room it's very noisy. We had a fridge in the room which was nice, but If I could suggest one thing, tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms would have made the room perfect. Car hire is the way to go, and just 2 mins walk. You could also hire a GPS and or a Wi-Fi device for in car use. This Hotel suited us well and I had no complaints.

Nice place to stay if have no need to be in Reykjavik. My room was very tiny, nothing but two beds and small refrigerator, but clean and shower worked fine. Don't be surprised by water smell — it's coming from volcanoes) ) and it's same all over Iceland. Place would be perfect fit if you need 1-2 nights stops and travelling by car. Bus to Reykjavik will take ~20 minutes, bus stop is 5 mins from the hotel. Some of companies do airport pick-up, but if you book bus tours there is 50/50 chance you'll have to go to Reykjavik pick up location (Closest one is Capital Inn if you go by taxi).

Lovely hotel. Clean and warm atmosphere. Friendly and welcoming staff. Will definitely be coming again.

We were given a crappy twin room right next to the breakfast area, which was loud almost all the time. We had requested a double room way in advance and they refused to move us even after we complained. We arrived early on Saturday and the hotel "could not guarantee early check in" so we had to pay another $180 for an extra night so we could be guaranteed a room. $180 for this horrible "hotel" — what a joke! The only good thing was free breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is a perfectly adequate hotel, and that's pretty much where the experience stops. The staff is friendly and hard working, but when arriving in our room, the last guest's trash was still in our trash can and the shower smelled like sewer gas. The management took care of it right away, so there was nothing to get upset about, but I think I would search for other accommodations next time. There is also no lobby or common area to hang out in. My family and I tried to play cards in the dining room in the evenings, but the lights were out and it became impossible to see our cards once the sun went down. The surrounding town also does not have a great deal of family friendly option for entertainment. The breakfast was adequate and abundant. There were ample fruit, vegetable, dairy, and meat choices and everything was fresh. The coffee was good as well.

Clean compact rooms with good varied breakfast. Polite staff. Minus 1 star for lonesome location. Corner store nearby.
