Super Charming renovated house; Well decorated, with kitchen and real living room. Owners dont live there but there are five bedrooms. The only issue is you can hear from one room to another one.

Absolutely amazing! This cozy little house was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. It felt like sleeping in a museum. So many details. It was just wonderful. We will definitely come back to this beautiful place to watch the northern lights somewhere in the future :-)

We have been in much more expensive places but nothing that feels like home like this place… if you are lucky enough to come in the Christmas season then the Kaffi Kyrrd will be all super decorated (even more over the top than usual :-) with Christmas themes… just magical! The amazing feeling is reinforced by a gracious and attentive staff. What a place! Looooooved it!

A very nice place. It is a little bit outside of the centre but this doesn'z matter. The Hostel is clean, cozy and well equipet. The kitchen has everthing you need to cook. The rooms are big enough and the shared bathroom is spotless clean. Maybe a seperate toillet would be a great advantage. We recomend this Hostel.

The perfect place to stay when touring Iceland. It's not just a few rooms or an apartment. It's the whole house. 3 entire floors. Don't miss out on some quiet morning time on the third floor looking out over the water. A full kitchen made making dinner for 4 a breeze. Beautiful, clean house all around. Off street parking is a nice addition. So happy we booked here!

Nice large place, and the owner even offered two single room for the price of a double one, which was great because one of my son's did not sleep well the previous night. They also gave a light breakfast, though I did not eat anything. Nice sunset view from the balcony.

Lovely place. We stayed for one night in February. Very quaint, nice decor. Cosy feel and very clean. Super fast internet too! We got the room with the shared bathroom (on the upstairs, second floor). Our room was very cute, a little tight as we had 2 large suitcases and 2 large backpacks with us, but we (my fiancee and I) made it work. The lady working here when we got here was very helpful and sweet. The lobby area is a great place to relax and have a coffee.

Isloated, rustic and a very cosy previous old fishing lodge. Family owned with good old family hospitality. If you're looking for a quiet place to stay beside a beautiful river, this is it.

Nice hosts, nice and clean rooms, good breakfast! Would recommend to anyone!
