➜ Breakfast is poor; to get into your room you have to call someone from the reception; the electronic keys don’t work. In a Finnish sauna the temperature is slightly warmer than in the room. Not 4

➜ There are many little things in the hotel that can disappoint, despite belonging to the international Ramada chain. The deluxe/deluxe room corresponds to its description, but, for example, there is no “Do not disturb” sign, only a couple of hangers in the closet, or you may unexpectedly be offered a replacement room because a large group is moving in, the ironing board and iron are in the common corridor (the board itself and the iron is of extremely poor quality), the spa is small and not very cozy, the breakfast is very poor for a 4*, the reception area often smells of food due to the close location of the restaurant (local celebrations often take place there). And there may be more such little things that ultimately spoil the overall impression of your stay. The location is good if you have a lot of business meetings with employees of the regional akimat.

Really disappointed by the spa they have. Booked for the massage and had to wait for an hour for masseuse to arrive. Can you believe a ramada without a card machines? Yes they asked us to go ATM and withdraw money with bath-ropes.
