Very beautiful and romantic location to ho with a partner, lots to do in the surrounding area, very close to a bus stop. Definitely don't regret coming here and would come back. I only wish I could have stayed longer. Staff extreamly helpful and friendly.

The hotel is in a great location. View from the window to the bay. Cleaning rooms every day. There's a fridge and a hairdryer. But the hair dryer is weak.
Breakfast on the terrace by the sea is lovely but not very varied.
The general atmosphere is very positive.

We didn't have a room at this hotel however we dined every night for a week.
The service was unworthy of a 4-star establishment. There was a waitress and a waiter who didn't know what the words politeness and courtesy meant.
In addition, the dishes served for 18, 5 euros were dishes worthy of a school canteen.
If you are on holiday and want to dine properly go your way.

Nice and very helpful staff. The rooms are not special, but adequate. The proximity to the sea (right on the doorstep) is unbeatable. Are already the second time here on Gozo and very satisfied. Worth a visit in any case.

Nice hotel! Friendly staff and good advice in general.
Small "flat" concerning the installations (water pipes) in some bathrooms.
On the other hand, bedding (mattresses) could frankly be renewed in some cases.

Outstanding location on Xlendi waterfront — this is the main feature. Pleasant building. Friendly, efficient, relaxed service. Good food.

We dined at the restaurant (but didn’t stay at the hotel) and LOVED it! Everything was delicious. Definitely a hidden gem you don’t want to miss. Kind and dedicated staff serve you a prefix meal at an unbeatable price.

Elegant Hotel; Equipped with bathtub, ceiling blades and in-room coffeemaker. Unfortunately I did not enjoy the view of the bay from the terrace as the room overlooked the inner courtyard. Great location in a beautiful bay. Staff very very friendly as opposed to the various reviews read previously.

They do very nice cooked English breakfast, with views across the Mediterranean.

Very nice place in the heart of Xlendi. Excellent service and very good food and drinks.

Bad breakfast. Room smelling bad. Noisy. Very old hotel never refurbished. Soffit and dirty walls.

Is a relatively good hotel, but the service and its star has a gap, the room unexpectedly does not have Wi-Fi, hope to improve as soon as possible.

Nice hotel, but there are a couple of bad economy rooms which have balcony overlooking the courtyard (I would even say corridor). Linen, towels change regularly. The buffet is standard, the location is great, the central view of the Bay of Shlendy.

Worst breakfast which you could imagine. We had to bring our own food as most of the food was not even eatable. I booked a room with balcony but guess what. No balcony. At the end they charged us for bottles of waters which they put in an empty fridge and they called it "mini bar". I dont know how they give them 4 stars. Maybe because of perfect location in Xlendi?

Tiny swimming pool with average hygiene, however the view is beautiful.

Not bad hotel, little old and shabby but great location. Breakfast was ok but not great.

Unfortunately the hotel is dated without shower stall, dirty and although it has the restaurant on the sea, the floor being outside is black and very dirty. The choice at breakfast is not much, toast with jam, mixed cereals and donut for dessert and ham, bacon eggs and beans for salty. Drinks and coffee served with vending machine. Staff present but not very friendly. They do not greet and do not even remember the rooms that occupy. Only after six days of the eight they asked if we wanted a baby menu. Overall I would not stay here again.

Good cleanliness, nice and helpful staff, nice breakfast but not too much to choose from. Place needs renovation if it's to be considered a 4 star.

I stayed for two nights at this hotel and they were enough to have a bad experience. To avoid red list below all the disservices/problems encountered:
— View: The hotel boasts an enviable seafront location but although it has booked a sea view room I had it over the hotel parking, obscene (impossible to change with the open curtains, it's like staying in the square).
— Noise: It was impossible to sleep both nights for honking noises and cars coming from the parking lot, there is no sleeping with the window open.
— Unfriendly director/owner: I did present the two problems listed above at the reception and I was not able to help in any way. There was not another room available throughout the hotel, in two nights.
Avoid if you can the lady at the office behind the front desk, I fear both the proprietor, rude and hysterical.
— Single beds: I booked a double and only the next night they changed my sheets but the beds were hoping for the night.
— Do not speak Italian
— Bring adapters for power outlets
— Housekeeping knocks in room at 8am to remake the room, forget to sleep.
— Wi fi for a fee in the room
— Mediocre breakfast
— It is not recommended that the only agency in Xlendi, for the rental of any means, recredit the bail money only after two weeks, when you are back home.
Ps in the rented machine did not work the seatbelts!

Historic Hotel, with the sea just a step away…

Nice hotel, we had a 3 course meal booked but had to wait a long time between meals otherwise all good, staff were friendly and helpful, will go back again but without the meal.

Really good hotel, we stayed with Half Board. Included meals in the evening were so good we went every night. It is a set menu that changes every day, all dishes of the main menu. Breakfast was a buffet with everything you could want. I would definitely visit again, sea view room is definitely worth the extra, Courtyard rooms are overlooking the internal courtyard within the hotel.

Been here many times and first class. Only downfall is the poor access to toilets. Understand they need to deter passers by, but paying customers sometimes have to queue. My late wife (Lynne) thought it was devine.

Pro: Very nice location, attentant service, breakfast right at the seaside terrace with superb view over Xlendi Bay, nice roof garden for relaxing, bus stop right infront of the hotel Contra: Quite loud at night (different noises such as elevator, ventilation?, TV and other), only one German TV channel available (RTL2). All in all: Can be recommended.

This Hotel has a superb location on the waterfront of lovely Xlendi Bay. It occupies a pleasant well laid out building. Staff are friendly and competent. Good is good. Its presentation is let down to some extent by poor maintenance of equipment and furniture. This applies particularly to the restaurant chairs on the waterfront terrace.
