Since we arrived very good attention and predisposition.
The rooms are clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was very good.
The location is good about 200 meters from a public beach and in front of the ferry to Isla Mujeres.
It is in the area of the port, not very beautiful area, but quiet. It is not advisable to walk around at night late, but I felt safe at all times.

Data to be taken into account is that booking has it more expensive than booking directly on site.

Very comfortable hotel, excellent service and very good location.

Not bad, but I could be much better, the rooms are small but functional, is in front of it Puerto Juárez (2 minutes), there are places that you can go on foot to have fun, close to El Niño beach (5 minutes), close to the archaeological zone "El Meco" (15 minut Cough), also there by there is a oxxo.
And as I said the hotel is not bad, but if you need a renovation of furniture, at least the TV, it's old and like 19 inches, and they only have like 10 channels, some are cable, no microwave in the dining room or where to grab hot water for a coffee. It does not have an elevator and therefore is not recommended for people with special needs…

Hotel is simple it does not have great luxuries but it is very well located right in front of ferry to cross to Isla Mujeres, has parking and you get a complimentary breakfast, moderate porte room, comfortable beds, air conditioning, private bathroom, tollas and so Needed to take a rich shower after visiting Isla Mujeres, it has several good restaurant Serca and there is also a tour office where you will find several destinations at good prices.

Excellent place in relation to the price. Clean and quiet. The best thing about the hotel is the staff that caters very well. In addition it is in front of the jetty of ferries that take you to Isla mujeres. El Niño Beach is a few meters away.

Very good experience, all the staff in general very friendly, to do clean and the food was excellent. Many garcias for their hospitalodad.

Terrible place, just don't go there. Such a poor area.

For the price is well, is located in front of the port where they leave the trips to women islands, only lack a little more cleanliness and ready.

It is a little gem in Cancun. Porto Juarez area, quiet at any time and 10/15 minutes by bus to the Hotellar area. The taxis, the ferries to Isla Mujeres and the bus to the sea and the center is a 1 minute walk from the Hotel rooms clean, spacious the right and bathrooms OK. Available employees and taxi service to the airport at 300 pesos. Very good value for money.

Neat and clean, very nice employees, very poor breakfast and no restaurant service, situated in the port area with some restaurants around that close very early.

Very nice hotel. They made us feel very welcome and offered a delicious breakfast every morning. Be sure to go to the roof and enjoy the view.

To start with whats good about this hotel, its very clean as house keeping are really passionate to do their job. The lady is very talented and keeps smile on our face with figures she made with towels. She was our hero during our stay as everyday she impressed us with something else! Its location just opposite to Port Juarez marina, so at least you are near the beach a way from city chaos. Budget cost and that expansive compare to other hotels in Cancun. They also have good parking inside the premises. What troubled us, Internet connection was very bad in rooms so really forget about that. Breakfast was terrible with one choice everyday (mostly two pieces of pancakes), so almost sweet one every morning. Sometimes you get good fried eggs (just one day a week). The hotel is very close to the street so it gets very noisy if you try to sleep with windows open. There is one supermarket opposite to hotel and that's it. Supermarkets in there are mostly for chips and drinks. Some sandwiches but all filled with salami.

Very clean, the staff was friendly and they respected the price offered via the Internet. They have a computer area at no extra cost.

A hotel located 100mts from the overseas Ferry to Isla mujeres. Very clean and the service is excellent. It is economical to stay a couple of nights without having to pay for an all inclusive. You're in front of a oxxo and a price of restaurants. It is located in front of Puerto Juárez pier and there is oasesos by boat at night. The rooms are cozy and has an outdoor patio to work and distract a little. In general… An excellent place.

If you want Wi-Fi, don't let them put you in room 29. If you hold your phone to the window, you have Wi-Fi, if not, you don't. Room was clean, AC worked, staff were super friendly, Wi-Fi was a PITA.

So this place is great if your looking for a place to sleep. The design is modern and everything looks clean. Bathrooms were compacted but it was manageable. Right across the street from a port to go to Isla Mujeres. My complaints are that theres not that many restaurants around so you would have to rely on the Oxxo across the street, the hotels food, or that one resturant across the street. The hotel distant from the main part of town. On top of that each employee has there side business of tourism packages. The front guy tried to sell us a Isla Murjeres package for 500 pesos, while the cleaning lady came up to us secretly selling the same package for 350 pesos. Kind of sketchy… shows how the "team" functions. The package is pretty okay. I would take the package for one day to familiarize myself with Isla Mujeres and get to know the true locals of Isla mujeres, and the next day do my own thing at Isla Mujeres. I would use uber instead of the taxis that the hotel offers. Way cheaper.

It's an okay hotel … great price compared to the serviced I would recommend it if you want something can get you through.

Cute little hotel next to playa El niño and the ferry to Isla Mujeres. Staff is quiet nice, this small hotel has a few really nice restaurants next to it, little oxxo shop just in front. Good location, if you are not looking for an expensive all inclusive vacation, hotel del sol can be a good option.

This very well-the service, the attention to the rooms I loved x q this close to the beach.

We're really enjoying it here. This is not in the cancun hotel zone, which is fine for us as this is in a quiet area close to the port for Isla mujeres and a good location for downtown bars and restaurants. There is a quiet 'locals' beach just down the road too, which though not as picturesque as the Ines in hotel zone is still very nice and the sea is warm. Some great little beachfront shacks near here too. This isn't 5 star luxury but that isn't why we came here. Hotel is great value for money, has all we need, clean comfortable rooms, decent shower, free Wi-Fi, cheap breakfast available if needed too, and you can book all your trips to the major attractions in the area from here.

Hotel European Plan quiet, with good price, ideal for rest and devote himself to see the surroundings are Cancun and all rides thing to do and places to go. Excellent Tours Agency.

A prison seems not yirnes view rather than the tv.
