The staff does not care about the satisfaction of the guest they are only interested in seeing how they can get us more money, they deny service under the pretext of COVID we have no right, but if you pay for the massages 70 dollars there is if there is service and there is no CONTAGION of COVID. I didn't like the deal.

Great service and work from all the staff, the manager Jesús always on top of everything, and making sure guests get the best experience. COVID safety procedures in place, we felt safe all the time. Delicious food, try Regina Burger, so good! The entertainment team doing a great job everyday, a lot of fun with the activities at the beach. The best of the best, being so close from your room to the pools and the beach!

Excellent place the rooms very comfortable.
Only a small detail in the room that I found the air threw water and the refrigerator did not cool, but from there on out very good hotel.

Vacation packages are a SCAM! They gave us some gift certificates for the purchase of the memebresia and they wanted to charge us in dollars because according to had an activation cost were $ 5, 000 pesos we called another part of there and they said they had no cost! They only ask for money to continue paying a membership of which you have no benefits because if you want to stay they ask you for money I will SUE YOU BEFORE PROFECO!

Been coming here for the past 8 years twice a year for 15 days each time. We love it here not fancy but small and all you need. Best staff anywhere I have been.

Club Regina is our home away from home, every time we visit Cancun we look forward staying at their comfortable rooms with amazing views. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Upon arrival we were warmly greeting by the staff. Special thanks to Eduardo, front desk for his attentiveness and Antonio, lifeguard for willing to go above and beyond to keep all the guest safe. Thank you everyone and we will be back soon.!

I love this hotel, every time that I go there, the customer service is great. Rooms, swimming pools and everything else is so good.

Very old resort nice beach view, but we got street view with alittle sitting area without any chairs nor table n our umbrella was broken. Rooms and appliances are old n rusty. Staff was not so friendly, won't be coming back here.

Inside not great (yet. ) Outside pool with swim up bar is fantastic. Service is great. Food at resort is average. Beach area with tiki tables and chairs, beautiful. Need to clean up that seaweed better. Concierge people are GREAT!

More if property being converted to vacation club. Nice poolside and in-pool menu and bar choices. Smaller property, remote but enjoyable. Music from nearby Club Med sometimes a distraction of the beach tranquility. Good Westin property.

The staff is very attentive and humble, the activities are dynamic and the food delicious!
They have remodeled the rooms and they were much better! It is a very quiet club with one of the best beaches in Cancun, although not all the time there is low swell, not too many people! So you can enjoy an afternoon in the sand or lounge without noises and a beautiful view to photograph without problems!

Amazing hotel. Looks just like the pictures! Beautiful views and tons of space to lay out. It never felt crowded. Only downside was the food. Pretty mediocre.

Nice place, they want to sell packages of financing for the hotel, and if you do not buy or do not buy at the moment, the vendors are annoyed, receive a government financing, so they invited us to breakfast and transportation free, they check it more expensive, obvious.
Very interesting its form of trust, the bad is the character of the employees, a decision of investment, needs to think, and if they do not understand it, bad for them.

The rooms are beautiful have plenty of space, Jacuzzi, kingsize bed and fully equipped kitchen, pools, the food is delicious and natural, the reception service is very friendly, is located in the hotel zone of Cancun.

Discusting very dated staff complain how poor they are yet have 2 to 3 gold teeth ants on chocolates hair in shower not mine.

Quiet, nice special for rest, with beautiful view to the sea. Although it is from the most retired hotels in the tourist area. The facility is that all are transported by bus or car rental. Since taxis are excessively expensive and in dollars, neither foreigners use them.

Nice clean friendly place. I will go there again. The beach in front of the hotel is perfect.

Great place. Wonderful beach. Staff some of the best we have met. Friendly and very helpful. Rooms are nice, though dated. Food was always good and very reasonably priced. The sibling resort next door, the Weston, is more upscale, but also very much more expensive for everything. We will go back.

Renovating the rooms but with a very active and efficient service, the staff is anticipating your needs and when they already know you, they guess quite well. The high swell By the "north", but the exceptional weather and only isolated rains. The food could improve, but the rooms very comfortable.

Rooms were great, wonderful ocean view. Staff couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. Plenty to do on-site for activities if you don't want to leave.

I stay with a sour taste of the hotel we have membership and went for a day pass, when we arrived we were treated completely different q a regular guest and not to improve if not worse. The Same did not validate any type of promotion by Q we were not guests. The membership is much more expensive q a guest although staying a month, but they treat you like rice bean. Facilities very good and the food the same.

Beach has been amazing and the not too packed on c. Mas. Jet skis, parasailing and kite flying are among the activities. Food and beverage service on the beach and pet friendly.

The facilities are very good, and you also have access to the hotel facilities. Of course, they try to sell upgrades to the membership and give you an informative session like 2 hours in exchange for a breakfast and discount vouchers. But one can accept or not.

The best location in the hotel zone: playa-laguna and away from the hustle and bustle. Very good zason in his restaurant and service very friendly.

A really nice, big beach with great service.

On our very first vacation to Cancun, we were "invited" by a Federico Martinez who signed us up for a free breakfast for a family of 10ppl. I mentioned we were not in the market for a timeshare. Federico stated, "No, no, this is not a timeshare. We simply want you to consider our resort for a future visit is all. " Okay I replied. He asked we pay a 20.00 "reservation" fee and we'd get it back once we arrived. What the heck right? Upon our arrival, we were introduced to Belen, a front office receptionist. After filing out a brief survey, I immediately noticed it was consistent with questions pertaining to financials; questions that would be needed as a pre-sale worksheet. I was then introduced to Javier for what Belen said was a " 90 minute presentation. " I could feel my blood pressure skyrocket! I did not want to show my family my discontent, so we sat down and had breakfast. The food was subpar. Not very much to choose from either. In any event, I wanted my 20.00 back! It was a matter of principle, not the money. So Javier became extremely pushy and visibly agitated when we would not commit to his, "I'm in the 'wholesale business' as he called it. " We informed Javier that Federico insisted it was not a sales pitch. That Federico simply wanted us to consider the resort for a future visit. "Why did you not tell me from the beginning, " Javier asked. I replied, don't you and Federico communicate? We walked out of their outdated, and dingy resort.

The hotel is away from the bustle and the rhythm of the city. It is a vacation club, is intended to just stay in the hotel and out for activities or tours.

Excellent treatment and service, do not ask more.

Excellent option for the best time in Cancún, as always the rooms are clean and comfortable. The personal is really kind and will always search for you to have the best vacations.
