Bristol palace is a very nice place to be the staffs are wonderful.

The staff are just too near perfect in dealing with customers. The pools view at evenings dare spectacular to watch from top. Their breakfast are just too sweet.

The place is so good despite kano's weather comes with an excessive heat but I found the place so conducive and favourable.

Very nice hotel. Neat clean. But I had to clean out the AC filters. They where clogged. Now the AC in room 116 runs much better. Other than that. Lovely place. Complimentary breakfast is good too. If you are In Kano and need a place to stay, this is it.

Very well put together place in Kano. Stands out but improve the F & B service particularly the morning buffet. Food is good but service be can be lots better.

Bristol Palace Hotel, Kano has all the trappings of what an elegant hotel should be. Located in the heart of Kano metropolis, the hotel offers one of the best services I have personally experienced in that region of the country; ranging from great cuisines, room service, car rentals and pick-up from the airport and vice-versa, courteous hotel staff and a wide range of other services I might not be able to enumerate. Excellence is simply the watchword for Bristol Palace Hotel.

My Kano Impromptu Visit.
I made an impromptu visit to the ancient city of Kano and I made some indelible discoveries. Kano has one of the best Hotels in Bristol Palace Hotel but the food is salty and less attractive. It was more of a la carte than table d'hôte, as I had little choice to make from the buffet arcade. I informed the owner of Kano city, His Majesty Muhammadu Sanusi II, (SLS, the former Governor of CBN) of my presence in his domain and the dynamic and egregious Emir quickly invited me to the durbar. Being a royal command, obey I must, irrespective of the fact that I have 8.30am flight to catch to Abuja, I therefore went to the Emir Palace on my way to the airport and had the opportunity to have a front row view of the Emir taking traditional gun salute at the palace gate before setting out for the real durbar across Kano City. The little I saw was grand and ground breaking, it made my day and equally made me proud of my African heritage. I can now understand the reason why Emir Sanusi only wanted to be the Emir Of Kano than the President of Federal Republic of Nigeria. On my way to the airport, since it is obvious I’ve missed my 8.30am flight, I made a detour to the 1440 museum, saw how the British forces shot their way through the Kano famous gate of over 1000 years old.

Rooms very good. Breakfast quite interesting. Front desk staff are fantastic… but the managers… well I wasn't encouraged.

Refill water and some other things every evening. Buffet on point (as a good food lover, I tell you, it's the best you'll have in Kano)

Nice ambience, hotel services of international standard with a variety of food options, I know great chefs exist here Wifi high speed, but you get 18hours to access daily on only 1 device which was a downside for me. Pool area nice but pool was 1.5ft deep across all area, limiting children from usage. Staff were professional also, my first time and Kano and overall I had a great experience.

This is a 5 star hotel in Kano Nigeria of international standard. It is situated in a good open location in Kano with good security. Breakfast is complimentary. All meals are buffet type. There is room service for meals. The rooms are large, beautiful and comfortable. There is a swimming pool. There are balls for conferences. The parking lot is large. I recommend it to visitors to Kano.

It's a superb place to be and to relax well, nice and quite environment, simplicity at its best, once you visit you will definitely like to go back again and again.
