The best beach resort in Pty. Just recommend re-open the disco in the nights. Everything is excellent.

The facilities are very attractive, inviting relaxation after a busy week.
The service is very good, the collaborators are very attentive and are always ready to provide warm attention.
The type of music and the volume of it in the recreational areas were appropriate, nothing scandalous.
The pool is very nice, as is the beach area.
The only thing I wasn't very satisfied with was the food. I consider the portions served at dinner to be very few; the fetuccini was not spectacular and the Valencian paella was not pleasant. The ice cream brownie didn't impress me or leave me wanting more. I can't take a satisfactory memory of lunch or dinner.
The only thing that would keep me from coming back is the food. Otherwise, I would be back next year!

Perfect and beautiful hôtel.

Some time ago, me and a group of friends were robbed (iPads, laptops, drone, cameras, cash, jewelry) in our own bedroom! Nobody was ever responsible, the manager did nothing about it. I’d never recommend this awful place.

I arrived at this hotel on 6/3/21. Every day has truly been a treat. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The grounds are amazing! I came to relax and unwind from work and my time here has been just that!

The most beautiful thing about Panama there is a special touch in every place of this splendid place I recommend is a beautiful paradise is cute your hotel your people and the landscapes your attention all happy year.

Stayed here for 1.5 month and got many days without electricity nor water. Don't get fool by the pretty photos. You don't even have water to shower, wash hands and of course hours and hours without any electricity. This place is hopeless.

1st time here and yes I will comeback with my family. This is a place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surrondings. The staff is very friendly, the pool is great and the beach is close. Everything super clean.

Beautiful grounds. Driving in is like driving through a Disney resort village. The restaurant had indoor and outdoor seating. We sat outside next to a beautiful, large, water feature with fountains and lighted bridge. Wait staff was responsive and polite. They suprised us with complimentary champaign as we had told them, when we made reservations, that it was our anniversary. This really put a smile on our face. My wife had the roasted octopus and I had the entrania. We very much enjoyed our meals. Desert was also delicious. Afterwards we walked the hotel grounds. Everything was very clean and very well groomed. The many pools and water features were a delight. Later we ended up at the adjoining bar. Things went a little south at this point when I had to show the bartender how to make an irish coffee but I kind of get the feeling he wasnt used to filling that role so it was also a little funny. Overall a very pleasant experience although a little more expensive than we prefer. We may go back during very special occasions.
