Camera pulitissima, colazione abbondante e servitù impeccabile.

A hotel, clean and welcoming, room, breakfast, staff, nothing to say.
Good bedding, a little off-center, but subway not too far. (Me the station the 'n' meadows was under construction).
A small downside, the room where the breakfast is served has no opening on the outside and sometimes little room.
Nice and affordable restaurants all around, (read my reviews).

Bad experience. It's clear the room hasn't been cleaned. Bathroom: hairs in the sink, toilet and shower; Clean towels but crumpled so much as not to give a great impression is roll of the torn igenic paper type public bath. Room: beds redone without replacing sheets, evident since smelly and with many vomiting hairs; dust and dirt on the floor and bad acoustics, you hear everything from the other rooms. Never again. Thank you.

Clean hotel and spacious rooms. Large bathroom. Buffet well supplied for breakfast. We had to wait for another customer to leave in a hurry to park our car in the paid parking lot we had booked. In the end, we lost two hours of visits. Concierge unkind man.

Better than most of the 3-star hotels! The room was quite small, but it was clean and tidy. Refidgerator, TV and air conditioner were present in the room. Breakfast was ok, the neighbourhood could be better but nothing serious. The staff were very nice.

Near to the city center and quite comfortable.

Small, clean, cheap. Located near the metro station. Breakfast plentiful and very tasty. Private bathroom, Wi-Fi, mini fridge, which you can fill yourself. The hotel was ideal for our weekend getaway. Would I descend again at any time.

A very nice hotel, comfortable and quiet rooms, very clean everything. The staff is very friendly, especially Diego and another lady (I remember Susana) very willing to help with any questions about Lisbon. Very spacious breakfast with fresh fruit, cereals, cream pasteis, coffee, herbal teas… They are always attentive to replenish if something is missing from the buffet. The parking is very close, not a 5 minute walk. Totally recommended!

It is located in a neighborhood that is recovering at 100 meters from a subway station. Worth it for its value for money and the attention received.

For their two stars is just great. It is ten minutes from the metro stations of the green branch, and fifteen — red.

Very good hotel. The reception is very nice, the rooms are comfortable, clean but medium sized. The breakfast remains sketchy but is included in the room rate so it stays OK.

Usually a quiet hotel, clean, close to transportation with nice people at the front desk… but under renovation at the moment so don't expect to wake up after 8a :)

You can't expect more from a 2 stars hotel. In reality it is a nice, clean, quiet, friendly, 3 stars hotel, just a little overpriced.

We spend one night in this very well located small hotel. A lot of restaurants, etc is in small walking distance. Nice staff and a quite good room make this house a good value. The whole interior seems very new and everything was clean. In our room was a very good noise reduction (two windows). BUT charging 1 €/day for the roomsafe is a no go! Please change.
