We lived in the hotel for 5 days. Every day they changed towels and cleaned the room. Minus no elevator.

It has a thousand flaws that I do not list even, Let's just say enough just to sleep one or a couple of nights, good price being in a good position to move and next to the metro. For those who adapt. Small Note: The keeper speaks only Portuguese.

Lovely view from the rooms, very good location — easy walking acces to many nice places and Miraduros. No kitchen access.

Clean room. Nice location. But strange behaviour of the owners that request to leave the keys on reception every time you leave the building.

Price performance is right. Very friendly service with but little foreign language knowledge. Simple but clean.

Residential of its era very well located DS Lisboa, very clean, home more than friendly to Sr. Luis, by cons preview Boules-quies If you have a room on the boulevard side, c the only weak point of this small hotel full of charm. Thank you, I'll be back.

Very good accommodation for your price. It's viejísimo, everything, but it doesn't lack a little d cleanliness. Plus they leave you the perfect room every day. Very close to everything and practical.

6 bedrooms very clean in downtown Lisbon. On main street with subway right out side your door. Excellent place to stay.

Price, attention, sympathy and cleaning of 10. It has no heating so if it is cold you have to keep warm. Blankets are not missing. The furniture is a bit basic but for €20 the night you can not ask for more.

They are very nice and Attentive. The cleanliness is good is 5 minutes from downtown, and more is well connected with the subway that is on foot of the Door.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice room for single bed, not very small. However, the bathroom is very far from the room area, need to walk through the reception. The location is pretty good to get to the subway.

This hotel has moderate prices, but has a great location. The city center is close fron here, and the historical tram line no. 28 operates in front of the hotel.

Not the biggest room, but it was quiet and clean. Cheap aswell and the hosting family is helpful if needed. No english but french works perfect.

Very good value for money. The people who greet us speaks perfectly French and its very helpful. Very good location. It's just a pity that we hear the ringing of the entrance.

Boa localização, bom quarto. O inconveniente é subir vários lances de escada para chegar ao hotel (deveria ser deixado bem claro, nos sites que fazem reserva, que o hotel é no 2o e 3o pisos e que o prédio onde o hotel está instalado não possui elevador).

Inexpensive, clean, staff super nice! And regarding public transport in Lisbon is extremely well located — tram (the legendary line 28) stops directly in front of the door, metro station 10m away, the bus stop for div. Lines 50m away. Lidl 300m away — what more could you want, if anyway the whole day on the road! To do this, even free Wi-Fi.

Very good location, rooms cleaned regularly and to a high standard. Family run with all round excellent customer service. Only potential draw back is there is no air-con, but if you're travelling on a budget and are more interested in going out than staying in your hotel room, this is a great option.
