The room is VERY spacious, really huge, there is a wardrobe at the entrance, bedside tables, a large bed, very comfortable. The owner is a nice man who is responsible for the quality of service and in general. It was clean, both in the room and outside it, soap, gels, and toilets were constantly updated; in general, the presence of these buns was also nice. The location is convenient, 10 minutes to the lake and to the station, and right behind the station is the sea.

We vacationed with my wife in June 2021. I really liked the location of the guest house, picturesque and quiet, the house is surrounded by tall maples and elms. The walk to Svetlogorsk will take 15-20 minutes, through a beautiful forest along a sidewalk path. The hostess and all the staff are very hospitable, this was felt even more during the booking process (we called to clarify the details and booking rules).

All the main attractions of the city are within walking distance, the nearest beach (at the sanatorium) is 15 minutes away.
Cozy room, comfortable bed with good linens and pillows to choose from. In the room there is a hairdryer, kettle, refrigerator, fan, towels and, if necessary, you can use beach towels for free.
The hotel is very clean and comfortable.

Wonderful guest house, cozy, clean rooms, friendly hostess. The sea is 5 minutes from the hotel, which is very convenient, from the Svetlogorsk-2 station 10 minutes, from the main street 15 minutes on foot. A very cozy courtyard, there are tables where you can sit in the shade of trees and enjoy the silence.

Upon check-in, we were greeted by a well-kept courtyard and a beautiful interior at the entrance to the hotel. On the lower ground floor there is a kitchen with an electric fireplace, a spacious dining table and sofas. Bright, clean. Refrigerator, kettle, microwave in working order (stove not used). A napkin holder was prepared for the guests, there were two different types of tea, salt, sugar, even honey.

I liked everything, the location is not far from the sea. Nearby is a bus stop, park, shops. The two-room suite is beautiful, clean, the bed is comfortable. On the — 1st floor there is a large kitchen with everything you need, a TV and a fireplace.

Lack of staff in the apartments, communication only by phone (but always in touch, all issues were resolved).

There are shops and cafes nearby, convenient access to the Yantar Hall and, accordingly, to the elevator.
The bed is comfortable, the linen is clean, the necessary utensils are there, the appliances work. At the time of arrival there was no hot water, but upon calling they fixed it within an hour.
The apartments are beautiful, modern, clean.
It was a little stressful having to wash the dishes and take out the trash.

Many thanks to the owners for a wonderful stay. The room is comfortable, everything you need is there. Very clean. The area is well maintained. A corner for a quiet family holiday. The beach is a 2 minute walk. Svetlogorsk and Pionersky are also within walking distance. If you don’t like to walk, you can take a taxi (about 150-200 rubles). If you like concerts, you’ll definitely find something in the Yantar Hall. If you like to take a steam bath, order a bathhouse and grill kebabs.

I like it! Silence, sea 100 meters. Everything is well maintained!

Wonderful hotel, next to the beach, away from the main road, quiet, calm, clean, comfortable. I celebrated my 60th birthday there! I would love to stay for a week or two.

For those who are used to 5 ⭐️ hotels, this option is not suitable.

“Villa Gretchen” is a guest house with a century-old history! A stunning fireplace room with a magnificent interior and decor takes us back in time) An amazing atmospheric place that combines powerful energy and home comfort! A relaxation room, a kitchen, a wood-burning sauna, a barbecue area, a fireplace — all this creates comfort and a great mood! The “attic” will pleasantly surprise you) Beautiful well-groomed territory, delightful pine forest, sea air!

Wonderful place, wonderful owners. An old German villa, restored with great love. Atmospheric, cozy. You can light a fireplace, play the piano, guitar. Spacious fireplace room and lounge, comfortable and cozy kitchen. In the courtyard there is a gazebo with a barbecue area. It is located next to the sanatorium, so in the morning we were woken up by health exercises, and in the evening there were authentic discos for 60+. Surprisingly, very pleasant neighbors in the villa were selected.

We met, checked in, handed over the keys, we were alone in the entire cottage… Everything was super, we recommend it to everyone!

We lived on the ground floor in a two-room apartment. 1 double bed and 1 double sofa. Separate bathroom with shower and toilet and warm water. The room was cool, but it was ok to sleep. When it's hot, it's comfortable, when it's raining, it's cool.
Unfortunately, the kitchen is only outside for our room, but other rooms have it. There is a gas stove and a sink in the kitchen outside, there are dishes and soap.
The owner is friendly and friendly and not picky.

Vacationed in May 2021. Excellent location. Hospitable hosts, ready to help solve any problem! My room was spacious, comfortable, had everything I needed. The weather was cool and the room was heated. Cleaning, change of bed linen and towels — everything is excellent. There is a place to relax in the local area. Recommend for relaxation!
