A very small hotel area with a large number of rooms. Because of this, you will definitely encounter people who like to drink in the gazebo on the territory with loud music. They are always there. The rooms have very simple furniture, which has not been updated for a long time, two small pieces of soap are provided, it’s good that I took shower gel with me, it seems that the owner wants to invest as inexpensively as possible and earn good money. It seemed like there was only one maid in the hotel. She ran around fussily cleaning everything, I hope they provide her with good cleaning products, although I doubt it. But overall the room was clean. None of our phones even detected Wi-Fi. I’m not underestimating because I believe that I have fallen behind hotel prices and such a service now costs 3800. From now on I will look for numbers 5000+

No attractions nearby. Parking is more difficult than in Moscow, but it’s free.
There is everything for food: kitchen, dishes, gas 3 pieces, 2 burners each, two microwaves, two kettles, two sinks, hot and cold water around the clock.
The room is excellent, for 4 people N1. Two rooms, beds and mattresses are the most comfortable, just for complete relaxation after a hard day on the beaches, air conditioning, silence, hot and cold water all the time, unlimited toilet paper and garbage bags. There were only 2 towels missing. Gave. Bed linen change and cleaning every 5 days. There is a safe.
Nearby there is a very busy Pionersky Avenue, but entering the territory you are immersed in silence.

The hotel is very good for the money! The pool is clean. The room is clean and comfortable, but there are not enough sockets and hooks in the bathroom (there are none at all).
There were a lot of children whom simply no one was watching! They ran around the floors, screaming loudly, but their parents didn’t care. But this is rather a minus not for the hotel, but for vacationers.

The hotel is excellent, the area is clean, beautiful, the pool is clean, the children didn’t get out of it. The room has bed linen, towels, everything is clean, cleaning once a week. There is a kitchen and barbecue on site. The sea is nearby on foot 5-7 minutes, shops and a dining room are nearby. We were pleased. Thank you.

The hotel has an excellent location — the first beach line, the passage to the sea is very close, 7 minutes to the sea at a calm pace. There is parking.
Lovely clean room, nice bed linen, excellent mattresses and pillows.
There is a grill and a shared kitchen on site.
Polite staff, liked the service.
