Fantastic castle in the middle of town. Great views over the bay. No restaurant but they have collaboration with an excellent local restaurant where fixed menu gives excellent deal.

The parador is very nice, located in the heart of the old town. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. Very friendly staff and both the breakfast room and the café very nice. The fact that the garage is small we understand that it is due to the situation so central. On the other hand the one who does not have a restaurant suppose that it is because the castle does not allow it by regulations, but that allowed us to know a restaurant very close more than ideal.

Hotel very well located in the Old Quarter of San Sebastian (not to be confused with the old town), near the beach of Hondarreta. I went to a work meeting there, so I can only comment on the reception and the cafeteria. Both are nice with a modern and cozy décor at the same time.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are really comfy and have everything you need. Great bedding and bathroom. Breakfast was good however it was ruined by the chaotic canteen atmosphere in the breakfast room. You can have breakfast in your room for €5 but they completely messed up our order. On the up side, the hotel's restaurant is great with a nice vibe. The hotel is 30mins away from the old town which gets tiring after 2 days, something to be aware of.

Pity that the hotel isn't finished while we were there (without noticing us) and that breakfast is not as mentioned. We also had to pay a waranty in case of? Never hapened before in any other hotel.

Beautiful hotel with roof top pool which was open for use. We paid 19 euros for breakfast if pre booking and it was worth it. Excellent selection of food choices for all. It was my daughters hen party and we were a party of 8. The lovely reception team sent a bottle of cava to her room which was a nice touch. Staff very friendly and standcout friendly member was Jon :-) Would highly recommend this hotel.

A really lovely hotel. The entrance is very grand, and the staff are really friendly and accommodating. The room we had was a family room, and very spacious! Luxurious soft furnishings, very tastefully decorated with all the amenities you would expect — minibar, safe, huge screen TV, and room for 2 adults on a queen size double, as well as two children by way of a clever bunk bed system that packs away. Huge shower and a lovely bathroom.

Nice bar for having a few drinks with co workers.

I am from Irun, I have not been staying at the hotel but I am doing a facial and I am ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED, the treatment is exquisite and Elena who is the girl who treats me is friendly and very professional I am already an age and I have tried several sites of this type and Elena is the best I have found.

Hotel well located in quiet area and recommended to spend a weekend and disconnect. Clean and functional rooms. Nice treatment by all employees.

Well maintained. It is a 15 minute walk from the beach and old downtown. In-house restaurant was good as well.

Beautiful view. Nice bed and bathroom. Need to take a long walk or funicular or taxi to get in and out of town. Nice outdoor pool was 74 degrees F with restaurant. No jacuzzi. Has workout room.

Very nice place with great view of the sea. The room service is correct. Only Downside C is the Mastiff as for vs have lunch and that remains glasses from the previous day on the tables outside.

Nice little boutique hotel in heart of San Sebastian. Perfect location to walk to anywhere in the city. Quite near the beaches, 0.25 mile away, and a block to the Old Town. Very helpful staff. Wireless worked well. Reserved Parma parking in garage about 0.25 mile away worked out well. Room was pretty small, but most in Europe are. Don't expect high powered air conditioning, but it was adequate. Overall would recommend and stay there again.

Just a year old, the Hotel Ur Bare excels at just about any metric you’d want to use. For a start, the location is perfect, right on the edge of the coast overlooking the Zarautz beach. The design of the hotel is very pleasing, with modern neutral colours, wood and stone. I asked for a room with a sea view and was rewarded with a large suite with a balcony overlooking the ocean and beach. The room had every modern convenience, walk in shower, bathtub, and an extremely comfortable bed.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel. The reception area is gorgeous, the staff are super friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and the bathroom was gorgeous. Excellent location too. Highly recommend.

Really lovely hotel with an amazing bar, and the best smelling entrance ever.
We were on the ground floor, overlooking the road but there wasn't a lot of road noise, and the shutter meant we still had fresh air.
Very comfortable room though the fridge wasn't very cold. Velat parking available underneath the hotel at 25euros a night. Couldn't use the plunge pool as it was raining but looked like a nice spot when sunny and has a shower up top too.

Room is a bit old but it’s clean, big rooms, great location, great view of the beach.

The bed creaks as soon as one turns, which justifies the removal of a star. Otherwise we sleep very well. Half bottle of wine and macaroons at our reception in the room. Reception nothing to say except very well.
