Never again I got bad service, what about my behavior when I was for information your staff was rude to me and insulated me and threaten me with the police. Firstly the bed was broken in the room, which my friend had to force on your staff to have it replaced, secondly I called the hotel to asked for location, which your night staff was not helpful and obviously did not even care. I have traveled the world over and I have spent 15 years working in hotels in Seychelles and Dubai and staff as always nice and courteous to guest. I honestly will never ever return to this hotel and will never recommend it anyone. Teach your staff about behavior and being courteous before you would want to give me a life lesson.

Great hotel 9 stops from the ramblas. Spacious rooms and very nice shower. Small rooftop pool but really pleasant. We'll be back again.

This hotel is 4 star but the service the staff th breakfast the staff are amazing! It's beautiful and very very nice.

The hotel overbooked the rooms and wanted to send me to another hotel of the group. Saying this only when the costumer arrives the hotel tired from a trip is in my opinion bad customer service. Nonetheless, the receptionist Olga was helpful and friendly.

Great location with very spacious rooms but from which you enjoy a rather disappointing view. 3-floor pool and good breakfast. Recommended for business travellers.

Settled in a smart location, Rigoletto is a luxurious hotel.

Good service, comfortable, affordable prices very central and well connected. Very competent staff. Handicapped access. It has dining room and kitchen with menu and letter with good quality price.

A little away from the 'tourist district'. But a good choice for business travel.

Nice room, amazing bathroom but… view of a rooftop and despite being sunny and warm outside, the air conditioning not working in the hotel so super hot and stuffy in the room. Disappointing result.

Staff not speaking a word of French.
Very cold do not understand anything when you. Goes to France the people of the reception speaks very good English Spanish ect.
Comfortable but armored room with hallucinating dust.
Noise woke up at 6:00. Breakfast 17 Euros 17 euros is the price of a menu entrée dessert in France.
Very bad location.
Very far from everything.
And if you're allergic to dust don't bother coming.

Its my favorite type of hotels. Small hotel with very good, clean, and comforting rooms. The service is great and the staff are so friendly and helpful.

I stayed two nights with my partner and it was all perfect! The attention was always very correct and the facilities a marvel. We were encantadísimos with the room. We chose this hotel for the location, as it is just 5 minutes walk from the Camp Nou and we take the opportunity to go to the Copa game against the Celtic. Quality-price very acceptable and an experience that definitely sure will repeat! Thank you.

The staff were very friendly and willing to answer my tourist questions, providing maps and recommendations for travel. The room was large and felt luxurious. I would recommend this hotel.

Very good hotel, warm welcome, it speaks French, very nice room.

It is really quite nice inside but the surrounding grounds need a little tending.

I've been here a couple times to the bar and restaurant. Food and service is great.

Pool is only to 8 o'clock. It is located on the roof but the hotel is the lowest building around so it is shady in the afternoon. Right in front of my windows was another building (2-3 meters gap) so I basically had to have windows shaded all the time so there was no natural light in the room.

Modern, clean and good service. Not near the Centre but in good location close to the metro.

Fairly clean, but rooms were very hot (during October) as the aircon had been turned off. Close to Nou Camp.

People are very friendly. The room was clean. Especially the bathroom was quite big. The hotel has a pool on the roof. The gym is very small. Next time in Barcelona I'll come back.

A comfortable and inexpensive hotel. The attention is always good, not very big but clean, modern and warm rooms. The bed is comfortable. Perhaps light is missing for the situation in which it is located. Without being very quiet area away from the Center.
