Our pricey executive room was down graded to a regular room because they are booked. No compensation or price change with the room. I'm sure they sold off our room to another customer. Not the way they should treat their Diamond members. I am extremely disappointed.

We got off our cruise ship and found ourselves right in the middle of a marathon 😜 taxi could not drop us at our hotel, but the wonderful staff let us hang out until the streets opened back up. Thank you Hilton for always coming through for your guest whether or not I am staying. It's a beautiful hotel and if I had made reservations, we would have been staying here. 😍🥰😘

I’mVery disappointed from my stay in the Hotel. Panorama suite is in terrible condition and dirty. Windows haven’t been cleaned for ages and room furniture is from last century. The panorama suite need renovation desperately. Don’t waste your money or points to book Panorama suite its not worth it! Executive lounge it’s joke very duty and no alcohol drinks during all day just for a 2 hours per day. The food is very limited some sorts of canapés and cheese. This hotel did not provide a Hilton standard. I don’t recommend to anyone if you looking a good service and clean rooms!

The gym has the most ridiculous COVID protocol in place. Only 1 person or family allowed and must have reservations. The gym reservations are always full, but the gym is completely empty with no one working out. Such a waste and very restrictive unnecessary practice.

The staff was very helpful. Just be careful. Too many entrances and exits. We were at the front desk waiting to checkout and we had a theft-lost all our passports as we were waiting to go to cruise terminal. The day before it happened to someone else. Wish we would have known.

This is my second stay and the staff is always nice! Love being near the beach and having shopping right across from the hotel!

When I travel I use to book in beautiful hôtels but I never tried the famous hilton hotels. We choose this hotel for our last holidays in Barcelona. Usually we go in the pullman when we come to Barcelona.
First off all the arrival : its not a decend great for a 4* hôtel no body really smilling, not a warm welcoming. The person in the desk gave us the keys the times for the breakfast and Thats it. She should ask us if we had a good travel, if its the first Time for us in Barcelona, if we need to have some adresses or informations, and the hôtel équipement like pool and room service. Nothing. Just the minimum.
Secondly : the room. You should know that everybody can take the elevator. There is no security systeme with the room cards. Then the room is big enough for the two of us. But no bathrobe, no tooth paste or tooth brush, no slippers. The decoration à bit old the shower cabin especcially. There is a small TV set on the furniture. But the bed is really big and confortable. The room maids are really nice and the room clean.
The water température in the shower had a problèm. Too hot or too cold but it was really hard to get the good temparture to enjoy thé shower.
Third point: the breakfast. The persons on great were really kind asking if we had a good night and the breakfast was really good and varied. But no one for asking if everything ok if we wanted a hot drink cause it was all self service by machines and buffet.

For the price point and location, this was a very nice hotel. The concierge was very helpful. The rooms were very clean and appealing. American sized bathroom, which is nice when traveling in Europe. Hotel is not in the historical part of Barcelona, but that part was easy to get to via the subway or taxi. We felt safe on the subway and used it most of the time. Hotel is walking distance to the beach — just a minute or two.

Enjoy staying at this Hilton property every time I'm in Barcelona. Nice amenities (fitness center, executive lounge, pool). Check in can be a little slow. The service in the executive lounge this last time was slow as well. Downside (or upside) is that this hotel is pretty far out from all the city action. Nonetheless, the taxis are always parked outside of the hotel. The beach can be easily reached from here as well.

Great hotel! The rooms were comfy and luxury and the food was great (especially the breakfast) The pool is a bit small and expensive to use and should be made bigger. One of it’s best features is it’s location. Written in it’s name the hotel is just next to the Diagonel Mar shopping center and is in walking to the Convention Center. To sum things up it’s a great hotel which has a great location so you can go anywhere easily.

This hotel was comfortable, very clean, spacious, and modern, especially for Barcelona. We rented a car and parking was spacious and easy — with 2 entrance/exits! The check-in process was standard, not too friendly, not over-the-top but respectful and as you would expect. Our room was a city view room, which had a beautiful view of the mountain and city. Normally I think people would choose a sea view but I think, either way, you win with the views from this hotel. The room itself was very spacious for a standard king room, and the bathtub was large with a separate shower. Peter Thomas Roth products were a nice surprise, and the towels were fluffy and of fine quality. Even the toilet paper was impressive, to be frank! We ordered room service as well and it arrived within good time and the food was very good. The pool area was attractive, there was a cruise ship group who checked in so there were plenty of kids around which isn't really my cup of tea but I appreciated the pool area none-the-less. My one complaint is that the elevator/lift was often full and busy, and there was often a long wait for one. I've stayed in a few hotels including the one besides this one and the one across the street and this Hilton is my favorite of the three. It's not very close to the typical tourist spots but it is only a short taxi, bus, or train ride there.

Perfect place to stay, but breakfast is very busy in the morning, the swimming pool is for drinkers — better not to go with kids, and the size of the pool is very small, so go to the sea… the water in bathtub was only hot, I requested at 10 am to repair it, but they didn’t do it by 5 pm, so called again and after shouting they came. In conclusion, hotel is OK, but this is my thoughts.

Short to the hotel: Good location by the sea but far to the city centre (15-20 minutes) The rooms on the upper floors were very nicely furnished and very clean, but the view through the window was unfortunately clouded because you could not open it. Otherwise you can look at the whole city or far out to sea. Very professional and very positive to note: My credit card could not be charged from abroad and thus the invoice was not settled, inconspicuous a member of staff at the reception approached me about how we can solve the problem and I then quickly got bar Paid. Otherwise, about Barcelona I don't need to tell much, in the summer a dream city for young and old:)

Great comfortable room. Poor food. I didn't neanke got to be able to get coffee before I left because the bar was K and the cafeteria despite having the machines in operation not m consented to the access.

Good hotel in the whole. Nice and professional service. A little away from the city but in front of a shopping center or you can eat very easily and make purchases. The room was very nice and clean. We were in room 2001 and the room next door we do not know what it corresponded but it was infernal the noise that there was. Wagon parades in the middle of the night without scruple. That's the big downside of the hotel.

We were upgraded to the 23rd floor with an awesome view of the Med. The Executive Lounge is one of the best with great food and drinks. The Metro is near by for easy travel to other parts of the city. Big new mall across the street. Good neighborhood. The beach walk to City center is very nice. The Hotels employees are very friendly and helpful. I'll be back!

Wow. That was one of the seldom times I was 100% satisfied with a hotel. Great rooms, very clean, very friendly staff, helpful and kind. And everyone was so kids friendly. The buffet was so tasty and having breakfast on the balcony is my favourite. Location was pretty good, with a huge mall in walking distance, same as the beach. Also tram and underground were close by, just behind the mall. Restaurants and quick bites close by, so even when you need food, everything was easy. Fully recommended.

Overall very nice, although very insistent with the cleanliness of the room even when there was the sign of not disturbing and they were making arrangements on the floors of the rooms so there was a lot of noise constantly and they did not respect the hours communicated.

Located on the edge of the Harbor, the view is beautiful on the sea. The comfortable rooms and the Pro service. The rates are in my opinion too high especially the breakfast.

Great experience in this hotel, where the rooms are spacious, comfortable and cared for in detail. The breakfast is super, the staff very friendly and helpful. Only fault the distance from the center easily accessible by Metro or taxi.

Just wow. I stayed at the Hilton Diagonal Mar in a rather unpleasant circumstance (cancellation of the flight and forced reboarding the next day), and the stay at the hotel wiped away all the discomfort and annoyance of the situation. An absolutely beautiful structure, where the guest feels like a pasha. The staff is extremely professional, helpful, prepared, courteous and cooperative; The cleanliness and the service And the breakfast looks pretty much like a wedding buffet, there really is everything and for all tastes.

This hotel is well located in Barcelona. Easy access by public transport by subway station Forum, which is basically on the subway line to main attractions of this beautiful city. Hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. Rooms are nice, clean and well organised with amazing view. It is not as crowded as the big squares downtown which is actually nice. Beach is on walking distance. A big shopping mall with plenty of shopping and food options is opposite of the hotel. Extensive breakfast with again amazing service. At the end of the day, we had some cocktails at the bar. Very impressed with of the knowledge and quality of the cocktails that were served. Definitely come back to this place ;-)

The hotel location is great, easy getting to the city and quick to the beach. The new modernized rooms especially with the seaview are great. Only the cleanliness of the rooms could be improved (e. G. Dust on the floor). Otherwise we'll definitely come back here.

This hotel, located on the Passeig de Taulat 262-264, is located 7 minutes from the beach and very close to the International convention Center of Barcelona. It has a pay-per-view Wi-Fi in all rooms, plus a flat-screen TV in each of them and a minibar. Parking is paid.

I was housed there on the weekend for market research purposes… a tophotelprojects… with everything you need… very clean everything… very friendly staff… I would go back immediately…

Not bad, they could do with keeping a closer eye on maintenance. My kettle leaked everywhere, the bathroom ceiling was coming down and the towel rail was loose on the wall. Staff very nice about everything but it would be better if they were a bit more proactive. Not bad location but not in the centre.

What a great hotel, even in the off season. Recently stayed for a long weekend. Hotel is clean and inviting. The staff from the front desk, breakfast, lounge and service all make you feel like your part of an extended family. Hotel is walking distance 5-10 min from a metro taking you down town. Shopping area next door is conveniently located with a market and restaurants.

Nice location near the huge Diagonal Mar shopping mall and the quieter beaches. It’s a bit far away from the city though so you will need to take taxi/metro/car to get to the action. UPDATE: hotel reached out and made sure the issues were resolved while we were still in the hotel. Great response so increasing to 4 star, although the attitude of some staff still remains. Two stars because of the lack of attention from staff. I’ve been to many Hiltons globally and this is by far the worst service I got. Nonchalant attitude, broken phone, clueless staff, forgetting services… for the price, there are better options.

Pretty nice hotel. The location was a bit far off but our fault for booking out there. Rooms were clean, but our room wasn’t cleaned one day, not completely sure why. Also no complimentary water which was kind of crazy to me. The executive lounge was nice but could have had longer hours.

The rooms were spacious. We had a shaving outlet that didn't work, an event took up the lounge for the entire time we were there, there's no space in the fridge for anything larger than a couple water bottles since they packed it with food and drinks that you have to pay for but charge you €15 to remove anything that they placed in the fridge. Meals were way too expensive for the quality. The bar in the lobby had nice staff and were great.

Good location for the conference centre. Bedroom furnishings were not what I'd expect with the headboard and chairs quite scratched up. Pool was too cold to be enjoyable. Good staff and service generally although the staff around the pool were not so friendly or efficient. Drink prices at the pool bar are ridiculously expensive, €17 for a G&T!

Rooms were impeccable and service a delight. Breakfast was good every morning and the pool is fantastic! Very happy with our stay.

The rooms are seriously dated. If you are allergic to dust be aware that the pillows and curtains have probably not been washed in a while. The mini bar fridge is also not serviced regularly, so don't be surprised if you find open, half empty bottles in there. On a positive note, the service is nice and friendly and the pool is great.

Good hotel and very friendly and helpfull staff with a fantastic view. Be aware of the expensive breakfast you will get a great view of Barcelona, all in all I very much recommend that hotel despite of the price.

Stayed here for a hen party weekend. Bit of a stumbling start (check in not until 4pm and we arrived at the hotel at 1), but so far it's been a great hotel to stay in. The rooms are big and beds very comfy. Breakfast was also good. Location is v convenient as well (right opposite a shopping mall). Would stay here again.

Room nice, service lacking, lobby and pool area worn and tired. A/C wasn't fully functing in the room (only one vent working) and a water tank or something in the room ensured the sound running water day and night. Not worth nightly rate. Expected a certain standard from the Hilton brand, nothing flashy but reliable. This hotel just tried to be flashy but failed at the basics expected of a Hilton.

Well placed property. Shopping mall with great restaurants located just across from the hotel. Taxis available right outside the hotel entrance is a great plus! Staff really professional helpful. Rooms are getting an upgrade; ours was already done to modern scale. PuroBeach Club runs the pool/club area. Really upscale to be prepared to spend some $$€€ if you intend to use the club! Housekeeping always on point! Great stay!

Concierge was really helpful. Rooms are nicely updated with comfortable beds. Hotel is located near shops and restaurants. For a hotel with about 20 floors, they had four elevators so they're usually packed. Pool is also aimed more towards a younger crowd.

Decent Hotel overall but kept bad, little cared for and with many flaws. The room was cold and with the heating at most it did not warm up. Breakfast In the bar on the terrace the bartenders did not know what a Moscow mule, embarrassing service and 39 euros for two gin and tonics not too good… Out of his mind.

The rooms were nice and spacious and quite clean apart from the chair had an off white substance splashed about that I wouldn't want to think about in too much detail. The staff were polite and helpful however I had to go down to reception several times a day to get my room key to work again as it somehow canceled everytime it got very annoying and all the staff could say was 'sorry' rather than find a solution. The whole building floors just smelled bad! Almost like urine. The gym was no where near fully equipped as advertised but had enough to work out… it was just a small room with few old machines and Dumbells that only went up to 25kg admittedly not what I thought from Hilton hotel standard. Moreover, the staff told us that the pool is open 24hrs like the gym but the doors were always locked we couldn't get to it. Last but not least the food was great but we all managed to come back with a stomach flu apart from my mother who did not eat the chicken sausages I will not blame this on the food there as there could of been other unexplained reasons but we didn't eat anywhere else other than the Hotel. However, the food was good and so was the service the staff were lovely. I would not recommend this for the price paid to stay but would hate to think what hotels under 5 stars is like in Barcelona if this was amongst the best.

Pros: Room had a great view and was very modern. Cons: The couch was pretty beat up and the floor in the bathroom was no very clean. Looked as though someone had not mopped it in some time. Oh and let's not forget the 18, 00€ Wi-Fi cost!

We had a great room on the 22nd floor with breathtaking views. There are external, nice rooms with excellent beds! As a vegetarian/vegan breakfast buffet only after five days more than boring. To our liking the selection was rather small, the fruits but fresh and / such T. Even ripe. Unfortunately we waited long, upon arrival and especially upon departure, until we were served, the reception was understaffed. The staff is friendly and helpful otherwise TOP. We come back.

Being away from the Centre of Barcelona this Hilton has a calm little common in big cities. I could enjoy the outdoor pool, there were very few people so much enjoy it. All Hilton line e smuy similar in all hotels, this also can boast of having a bar with many events with music live. The rooms are very spacious, dark-toned, with much detlle. You can only enjoy this hotel one night, but you feel surrounded by luxury from the first minute. Skin was the head of the bed, the bathroom was clean and the TV you offered totally free movies and music. We ask for a sandwich in the room and even a simple sandwich was luxury.

It is a modern hotel located in the area of the Forum, with the quality of the Group Hilton, which highlights the area of the ground floor, Lobby Bar with good cocktails, events and music live normally. Ideal for men and women in business, and tourists of certain economic level who flee from the bustle of the city centre. The Hilton Diagonal Mar hotel service is professional and attentive, commensurate with the category of the establishment.

We liked this hotel. Rooms are clean and large, simple interior, no-frills. Breakfasts are excellent: choice of dishes is like in Turkey and even more! the hotel is quite far from the center but close to the beach. And. At the poolside terraces there were strange smells.

Very nice hotel near the beach in 5 minutes walk. Lovely varied cuisine, plenty of dishes and fish, and meat. Many fruits, vegetables, dairy products, a variety of drinks. In rooms all is. Service at the highest level. Near the chic shopping center.
