My husband and I stayed at the lodge and it was very peaceful! The rooms are spacious and the bed very comfortable. I highly recommend the lodge.

Host was very friendly and hospitable. Beautiful house with beautiful views! On a clear day you can see the ocean :)

Clean and comfortable Inn about as close to the center of town as you can get. All the shops are within comfortable walking distance. Inn only serves breakfast but there are plenty of places to eat around town.

The staff was friendly. The room was fresh and clean. The bed was comfortable. Will recommend and go back again.

My wife and I spent two nights in the Shady Lady room of the Wikiup Hummingbird Hotel. The space and property is so very charming and cozy. The room was just enough for us and we especially enjoyed the fireplace. We also very much loved the private wooden hot tub on the balcony outside the room. It make for amazing evenings soaking in the wood burning tub at sunset. I also have to say that the owner Chris was very friendly and responsive to us. He is such a wonderful host.

We had an amazing stay that surpassed our expectations! We came for our wedding weekend and stayed in the Shady Lady. It was even more charming and beautiful than in the photos, and the patio hot tub was so lovely. It was a perfect and relaxing way to end our wedding night.
The bed was super comfortable, the decor was adorable, and we loved feeding the llamas and goats! We took almost as many photos with them as we took at our wedding lol.

This was our first time here, but it won't be our last. We came up here to go to the wolf sanctuary, but ended up enjoying our room as well. It was quiet and peaceful. It is close to town, but not in town so it is not crowded. Our room had a little patio off to the side with chairs and a shady oak. They have a cute little pool that we were able to enjoy all to ourselves. We had a clean room and a soft bed. The owners were real friendly too. We will definitely be back.

Can't say enough to explain how much I love this place. I love this town and have since I was a kid, But getting the experience to stay the night in this quaint Inn was the sprinkles on my cupcake. Perfect setting on a hillside, Bill and Magda have done such a great job at "keeping it real". So welcoming, comfy, quiet, and peaceful. Steps into town, hidden gem, That I just can't wait to get back to.

Second time to stay at this really unique hotel. Perched right on Main street in downtown Julian. Was first time there in March and the weather help to transform that quaint little gem of a town into an even more extraordinary experience. Our room this time was just as cute as the last time and a great nights sleep was just what my wife and I needed. I would recommend this hotel for many reasons which is why we can't wait to return.

My husband and I went to Julian for our 54th wedding anniversary. We had wanted to visit this little town for a while and saw this hotel on Trip Advisor as a great choice. We were not at all disappointed. The rooms were adorable, the staff, especially Lisa was excellent, and the breakfasts were fabulous. There is not much to do in the sleepy town this time of year, but it was very relaxing and the hotel was wonderful with beautiful appointments of memorabilia and old fashion music playing.

We spent another anniversary here. The hosts are terrific and the breakfasts are amazing!

They’re located a block from the Main Street The rooms are extremely nice. The breakfast that Jim makes are great. Fresh ingredients and great company. They’re dogs are extremely friendly. My wife and myself can’t wait to go back.

As a traveller for work, I have stayed from Maine to Puerto Rico and California top to bottom, ocean to ocean in this awesome place we Americans call "the land of the free, home of the brave" and this place is number one on my list of the thousands of hotels I have stayed in, over the last 28 years. I am currently staying here and I am happy to say that it is better than many 5 star hotels I have stayed in. HIGHLY recommended.

We are 1/2 time (250 days/year) retired RV peeps. Stagecoach is such a wonderful surprise! Beautifully maintained. Details, ambiance. Laundry, 15, 30, 50 amp full-hook-up sites. Highly recommend! Consider the top 5 campsites we’ve been.
