I used to go there at least twice a year but they gave me the same Jacuzzi suite twice now that does not have hot water. The only reason I went there was for Jacuzzi. I was promised a full refund and only got $20. They just lost my business. These people are very dishonest and selfish.

The room was nice and the breakfast was better than expected. I got stuck with the pullout bed which wasn't great and only had one blanket and no pillows so I had to borrow from the other beds. Overall a good stay.

Stayed here when we had trouble with the AC in our trailer and couldn't stay in it. One of the least expensive in Cle Elum but a great little hotel! Nice big, clean, well equipped rooms. Great AC. Nice breakfast, Nice helpful staff.

It was great. We stayed in a room with two queen beds and the room was HUGE! There were five of us in there and it did not feel small. (2 adults and 3 kids) Fast check in, friendly staff interactions, no trouble checking in after midnight. I would stay here again. They are quite close to the train tracks, so if trains bother you, it could be an issue. My kids loved watching the trains out the window. Breakfast was still available thirty minutes after the time they said it ended. I don't know if that is normal, but it was nice.

Save yourself money and stay somewhere else! The room was dirty, the staff at the desk was very argumentive, we had to go down stair three times before the manager came up to fix our room key. We did a survey on our stay and expressed our concern and they emailed back being defensive making us feel we were at fault. Never again! Seriously, avoid it!

Very clean and the 2 bed room we stayed in was quite large. Although we didn't stay for breakfast (wanted to get on the road ASAP) I was impressed by how nice looking the breakfast dining area is.

Pool and tons of Parking. Great Coffee House accrossed street with truck parking. Old School Manners. Many visits.

We had a nice stay for two nights. Very clean, breakfast was good too. Only concern was the room had a strong smell of ciggarette smoke and our first morning we were walking down the hall and one room was open as it was being cleaned and ciggarette smoke was rolling out of the room. Smoke triggers bronchial problems for me so im going home sick. Other than that one thing we loved our stay.

Stayed 2 nights at the Econo Lodge. The motel was clean, and well cared for. The staff was friendly and kind to my 4 year old. Shower was lacking (short shower head, and drained slow) but it did the job. We'll definitely stay here again.

Rooms were nice. Serivce was good and respectable for the price that we paid. Showers could use see work with new curtains and to ensure water drains aren't clogged.

Reserved a room for double occupancy over and had to add our Son the day before, they gouged us for the room went from $65. With tax to over $110…for a teenager…. The beds were crappy and there was hair on the bathroom floor not to mention the smell…. I will never stay at an Econolodge and will really think twice about any of Choice Hotels again…The only way they could have gotten a 3.5 star review is if they reviewed themselves. Lesson learned.

Room was nice and clean staff was friendly. Bed we're comfortable. Only reason for minus one star is that the breakfast was stale and hard as a rock.

Bed was comfortable and the room was bigger than most ive been in. The owner (I think) seemed pretty nice too.

The breakfast and the beds were decent, but both the shower and toilet backed up to the point where I had to ask for a plunger. And the train woke me up on multiple occasions. Not their fault, but still important to note.

We were on our way to Seattle when the sun roof flew out of my truck, it was pouring rain and windy. We pulled into this little town I have passed and never stopped. It was a very quaint town just outside of Roslyn. We called econo lodge in a panic as it was getting to late to make it to our destination and frankly we were traumatized by the sunroof flying at at 70 miles a hour on the freeway. It was the week of their town celebration and we got the last room. The guy did not make me pay over the phone to save the room and was so helpful when we got there. The rooms are very nice and clean the breakfast has waffles and fresh fruit along with pastries. We now make this a yearly stop, and every year it has been great service.

Was passing through on the way from salt lake city to Vancouver and stayed one night at the Portland Oregon location. Is close to the main downtown area so was a convenient location. Arrived late and and had a friendly reception. Rooms were clean with good basic amenities. Breakfast was included and had a lot of choices. Service was excellent. Would stay again if passing through again. Good rooms for a good price.

Love the Jacuzzi suite for such a great price it's impossible to pass up the upgrade. The breakfast is full of options for everyone, and the hotel is so clean that staying/eating here is easy to do. Staff is friendly at all hours. Great job guys! would recommend to anyone, any day!

Located right off the interstate, provides a convenient location for a hotel. The beds were comfortable and my stay was complimented with free breakfast. The pillows were a little tough, but that could be personal preference. Overall I enjoyed my stay at Econo Lodge and definitely see many future happy customers.

One night stay with 70+ high school students. Nothing to complain about. I have never stayed at an Econo Lodge. No others in this range to compare to. Clean rooms. Decent included breakfast.

Still one night to stay, so far so good. It's just a generic hotel. We're not picky, so if your looking for a non frilly affordable room and free breakfast you won't go wrong here.

What a dump. Fresh paint outside, still a dump. Not a new building. Confusing exterior pictures. Worn mattress, thin towels, poor breakfast, thin coffee, mismatched furniture, slow Wi-Fi, and the list goes on.

Room 201, service was fine, shower was a little questionable.

Great stay for the price! Hotel was very clean, definitely recommend it.

Clean rooms, nice staff. Breakfast with waffles, boiled eggs, cereal and good coffee. Always enjoy staying here when we are in town.

Standard Econolodge fare. Nothing outrageous about it one way or the other. The staff is plenty nice, the room is a decent enough place to sleep and shower. Perfect for the 2 overnight visits I've had here in the last year. Good value overall.

Discount Lodge, not much to brag home about. But the service was nice.

Well, not sure about the booger ladys comment because we didn't get the booger room. It was clean, with fresh sheets and towels. Bed was firm for someone with back issues that is great! Its not a luxury hotel but a clean econo lodge. Close to atv rentals. And they have a continental breakfast. The staff was friendly and even waited for us to arrive at midnight as they usually are closing down. Don't pay attention to the booger review its not a bad place at all. Its what I would consider just a clean low budget hotel to stay at in passing through town.
