My boyfriends review from what I told him: Don’t ever work for these people they are so un organized they miss paychecks an don’t treat people with respect. I would never stay at this hotel even if it was the last hotel In the world. My review: The property is very poorly managed, which resulted in poor training of staff. That being said when staff made a mistake the owner would yell at them on the phone and to their face. I will admit they correct the staff afterwards, still in a very rude and disrespectful manner. Besides that the manager was more than often late getting checks to the employees, and when making a list of supplies the hotel needed they would make mistakes forgetting things and being incredibly rude to the staff even when finding out it was their mistake. I could complain about this property for hours. I really don’t suggest working here. Unless being taken advantage of and disrespected is your thing.

Don’t recommend this place, very disrespectful unprofessional managers how they talk to their employees as to the guest about them, lack of communication, 2nd floor guys were smoking weed nothing was done about it, dirty rooms, rooms weren’t ready for guests, they had to wait 30 mins or longer for their room to be ready, dirty kitchen, dirty floors, laundry backed up for weeks. No team work there! New manager fruitless! Guests complained every day! I personally wouldn’t stay there! Very unorganized. I stayed at better places as I worked at better ones before! 3 months time frame 7 employees walked away. Very poor place!

Great price. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Comfy beds. Variety of breakfast items. Very accommodating to our schedule. We'll be back. A+++

Desk staff was courteous & friendly at check-in however in the a. M. Not enough knowledgeable staff. Room was clean but shower had lots of stray hairs on the shower walls. Bathroom is small with sink & mirror outside of the bathroom. Towels were clean & soft. Bed was uncomfortable & a/c was either freezing or not cool enough, no happy in between. Breakfast room floor had sticky stuff everywhere. Hot breakfast was a joke, waffle machine barely worked, no butter, no eggs, sausage was cold, no microwave & no one to field issues about breakfast. Helped myself to the back room to find butter. Front desk was on phone fielding other issues when I went to ask about breakfast staff. Never did talk to anyone. It's not worth the cheaper price. These folks couldn't even respond to my polite good morning! Stay at Hampton Inn!

The room was fantastic. It was clean and beautiful. Service was amazing as well.

Enjoyed our stay at this exceptionally clean Hotel and like the fact that it's all non-smoking would stay here again when traveling.

Great place! Friendly, helpful staff, good breakfast, easy accessibility to everything (although that's more the town in general than anything). I had a great time.

Mike at the front desk was beyond polite and helpful. Room was on the smaller side but updated, very clean, and the space was used well. Shower was a good size and also clean, microwave and fridge were awesome to have especially for the price of the room. Location is great, very close to IUP, just hard to find in the shopping center.

Conveniently located near food, shopping, and not too far by car to IUP. The hotel was a great value. Was being remodeled which was needed due to clearly being very well used.

The room was a typical hotel room. The beds aren't as comfortable as I would like but it it is a cheaper hotel than where I normally stay. The lamps looked they hadn't been dusted in a while which might explain why my allergies are acting up. The breakfast eggs and sausage were cold as though they didn't have the heater for them turned on, but there were other breakfast options so I didn't go hungry.

Nice room. Courteous staff… Wi-Fi was poor. I stayed here a few times… Really my stays were problem free.

If you stay here, I would not recommend partaking in the free breakfast. The room I stayed in had clearly had recent repairs made to the bathroom and they hadn't yet painted over the fixed, I'm assuming holes, in the walls. The entire room felt damp the whole time we were there and the cooling system did nothing to fix the muggy atmosphere. Lastly, I could hear literally everything from the hallway, and from the room on either side. Televisions noise, crying babies, the stairway door opening and closing… it was endless noise for hours. If you need to stay in Indiana for something, I would strongly recommend choosing one of the other hotels in the area, even if it's for a single night stay.

I love everything about this place. The breakfast is awesome. Bed is to die for. Super comfortable. The room is so nice and modern. I would totally recommend this hotel to everyone.

Reasonably clean. Friendly and caring staff. The breakfast was awful (understocked and flavorless) and the hotel walls are paper thin.

We loved our suite and were quite comfortable when we needed time to unwind from our days. Very friendly staff which just needs some better training. Love the location because there isn't street noise from roads and highways.

A very nice and clean motel, it is conveniently located right beside a McDonalds and very close to the Wal-Mart. Rooms are spacious as well as the bathroom. Breakfast is average but was well stocked. Would recommend this motel to anyone who is looking for a really nice and very affordable motel.

Now washer and drier is a very big inconvienence when working out of town in a dirty enviroment. Tv frequently losing signal. Tub stopper broken toilet seat missing a bolt. I really wish the company I work for would stop staying here.

I booked a reservation here and the first room I was given was filthy. It looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in months, there was dirt and crumbs all over everything, and the entire hotel had a musty smell to it. They gave me a new room and I was assured it was just cleaned. The second room was just as dirty and I got a refund and got out of there.

Room was very dirty mostly in hidden spots that get overlooked. Breakfast was hardly edible and the wafflemaker was broken. Juice machine out of service and no lids for coffee. Service was ok so it got a star for that.

Nice facility. Clean and staff were nice. The bed was very comfortable, was able to get some rest.

Clean, quiet rooms. Decent Continental breakfast. Nice and helpful front desk staff. Would recommend if you need to stay in the area.

Rooms are very nice and comfortable. I loved the free Wi-Fi. The staff is very nice and accommodatING. I will deffanatly stay again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, we had to change rooms because the first one had a strong smoke smell, but they were very accommodating. Rooms are on the smaller side, but clean and comfortable bed. Good breakfast.

Staying for the U. S. Open, about an hour away at Oakmont. There's a reason I always trust the Best Western brand, and they lived up to the billing once again. I very much enjoyed my stay at a good price.

Room was clean, breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. The beds were very firm which is the only reason I'm giving 4 stars.

So far as hotels go, this one is fine. Nothing special, but it was clean. Room was smalller than normal. The toilet ran unless you jiggled the handle and the exhaust fan didn't seem to work very well… larger than average size flat screen TVs however and the wireless Internet seemed to work well. Complimentary breakfast was just ok, but it was free and room was cheaper. Local amenities are also limited, but does have a Walmart across the street. IUP Campus is about 10 min. Away and offers lots of dining choices though. Overall, a good option where limited other options exist.

Very efficient hotel for the price. Near a shopping center with Walmart, Subway, McDonald's. Clean rooms. Simple, but free, breakfast.

Rented a single King bed for 2 nights. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Decor was standard and faucet was not secured to the sink. Overall a great place to stay if you are just looking for a clean and comfy bed to sleep.

This is an ok place to stay. Very clean and comfortable rooms/beds. The room I stayed in had an office (rolling) chair that declines backwards. Unfortunately upon sitting down the chair declined backwards and broke apart. I was uninjured but never got another chair for my room. Also the complimentary breakfast was terrible. They had a waffle maker which was pretty good. And sausage gravy simmering in a crock pot, which tasted old and unflavored. The rest was a typical continental breakfast. Which also had old, stale tasting pastries.
