So far so good. We have stayed here a couple of days so far of a week long stay and we love this property. We are owners with Hilton so we are already experienced with the sales spiel so it does not bother us. We love the suits and the rooms are amazing. The amenities are awesome and we will be staying here again. I highly recommend this resort as it is very family friendly as well.

Nice & friendly staff. Great pool area, poolside bar, lounge bar indoors, and spacious rooms. Some even have kitchenettes or full kitchens. We appreciate the security measures of swiping the room key card to access everything on the property. They offer baggage hold for those catching later flights after checking out. We would stay here again, even though we're not timeshare owners.

Known for fun and excitement, this city in the desert serves up all kinds of possibilities for travelers. The Strip, Las Vegas' famous resort-lined street, sparkles with lights and recreated glamorous sites from cities around the world. Many of the hotels are attractions in and of themselves and feature free streetside shows, from dancing fountains to erupting volcanoes. You'll also find unique museums, an always impressive list of shows, and countless other things to do.

Rooms are beautiful and clean and comfortable (*Wish a 2nd mirror was in the room it was quite restricting to only have one mirror and it be in the bathroom when trying to get multiple people ready for the day). Poolside was fantastic along with poolside drinks and food service (Joshua was awesome). I Was a bit taken back when I gave a "No" answer to sitting down to talk about the grand vacations packages and condos. I actually got a little bit of attitude from our representative even after my husband explained that my lupus was flaring, she was tired and just wanted to get to the room. That part wasn't thrilled about at all.

First impressions of this hotel were great: friendly staff, clean hotel, pretty room. However, the first and second night of our stay I was bitten by bed bugs all over my body. We brought it to managements attention and when it was confirmed that they were indeed bed bugs, we got moved rooms and the staff was very nonchalant about the matter. This was absolutely disgusting and pretty much the rest of our trip was ruined. Management did not offer for reimbursement and were actually very difficult when we had to ask to be reimbursed. Our trip was a waste, I got no sleep because I was up itching all night, we had to spend our last day walking to the mall to go buy new luggage, and we had to sleep in our swimsuits our last night because our clothes had to be sent out to get treated. Overall, this experience was disgusting and a huge disappointment for our first time in Vegas. I know bed bugs can happen, but they shouldn’t and if they do, I think that a full reimbursement for stay and flight should be done automatically. We will never be staying at this hotel chain again and will never recommend it to anyone. I am truly amazed at the lack of customer care implemented at this hotel given the circumstances.

Very nice room suite, nice staff, the hotel is located at the end of the Strip.

Staff was awesome. Bartender rocked. Everything was done professionally. Rooms nice. Bed was cozy with great blankets. We only had one problem and it was the AC. They came and changed filter. It worked a little better. They left a note letting us know the accessed room and attempted to fix issue. No complaints will be using again when in area.

I stayed here when I was in Vegas for a conference at the Venetian. It is a 1.5mile walk. It is at the very end of the strip so you cannot see any action even if the room is facing the strip. Clean and well stocked rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast area where you can get beer too. This is what I like about Vegas :) But if you want to walk back to the hotel late at night I would rather take a taxi. I did not feel safe walking all the way back alone.

I really enjoy the stay at this hotel. Staff, food, amenities are very nice. The only thing I didn’t like is the parking garage. Why have 3 floors just for valet parking? I’m a actual time share member and I wasn’t even aware of this type of parking going on. At this place, we have the ability to buy groceries downstairs or go else where to get some because the prices are typically high for items. It doesn’t help any being parked in the 4th or higher floor and have to carry things to your room.

Had one of the suites. Clean, well-appointed. Front desk is quick and courteous. They have a pretty decent fitness center, much better than most hotels. They also have a mini-mart in the bottom. They don't have a restaurant, so morning breakfast is kind of limited.

Please read! The hotel is new and they have a small deli on site. The downside is that all purchases are charge to the room's account. With your stay they provide you with a free bottle of water per day. There is a pool available for all guests and is perfect to meet and possibly hang out later on. They have a towel service available at no additional charge. Overall a great place to stay in for a very low price.

Everything so far has seemed very good to me. I love that the two rooms are separate and the main room has a large tub and separate shower. I find that the hotel is for families (with children) and is a little out of the main hotels. We haven't been to the pool but it looks really cool. If you get it at good price I recommend the hotel.

I enjoyed the beautiful accommodations and the view from my suite. I had a garden tub and a separate shower. There was a kitchen with a 4 cup coffee pot. The bed was so comfortable I almost overslept. The lobby and bar were quiet compared to the casino nearby. I easily and safely walked to dinner. Will definitely visit again.

Pool is nice. Market place food is nothing special. Hamburgers are $16 and precooked and just warmed up. Starbucks coffee is just a pot of coffee and milk or 1/2&1/2. And still the Starbucks price. Way over priced! Water was turned off to the entire hotel at noon on a Monday. Could have chosen a more convenient time. Not ideal for guest needs! Staff overall helpful. Housekeeping is limited to stays over 5 days. Have to text or call for towels etc. Or go without. If you order delivery you have to go to the main entrance to get it. "Security" hinders convenience. Can't use elevators without room key. Have had to go downstairs to get family members who have forgotten room key several times. Room numbers are very confusing! I've been here a week and have barely figured out how the room numbers are organized. Location is near the end of the strip. Not ideal for walking the strip. There is another Hilton grand vacation hotel better located in the heart of the strip. I would only consider this hotel if the other Hilton is unavailable.

Great hotel for the quality of its facilities, location, friendliness of the staff and, above all, for not having a casino, offering a non-existent tranquility in most of the best hotels in Las Vegas.

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… If you like 'being on the strip' this isn't the place for you. I didn't want to be downtown so I liked this. Its close to 'old vegas', golden nugget, etc. You'll need a taxi or to hop on the monorail to get downtown. You can walk it but its a hike. Hotel is nice. Rooms are nice and staff is pleasant. There is a bar and grill and a convenience store there with hot items. Game room and exercise gym.

We stayed in the renovated tower. The rooms were wonderful. But be careful of the time share sales folks. It has a pricey but convenient grocery store in the property with outstanding pizza and sandwich counter.

It is far enough from the center.

Spacious rooms equipped with all comforts, even a kitchenette (I did not cook, I did not need it). Note the availability of an electric coffee maker with pods. It's clean, it's spotless. This hotel has a mini-market.

This is the best hotel in Las Vegas for us. Located just outside the strip. Own self-parking parking spaces. The rooms are very large. Bedroom separate. Full kitchen. Below is a small supermarket where hot food is also prepared. The pool is large. Towel service and operation on the sun beds. Even a life guide is at the pools. DVD-Video library, pool-billiard and fitness room available.

5 stars all day long! Smoke free & no casino was my favorite part of this hotel especially sense we were traveling with children. The pool was clean & staff was extremely friendly & helpful.

A quiet place, clean, with a pleasant and familiar environment, with all the necessary services to enjoy an unforgettable holiday, a place to go with the whole family, the pool area is very nice and the customer service is the best!

Quality price very good. Good location.

Very nice resort, with large suites available. Ours had a full kitchen, living room, and nice bathroom. The large bathtub has the slowest filling faucet ever. The only real down side of this place is how much they going you incessantly to join their club, go to the "Preview Center, " etc. Oh, and the self-parking area is a long walk from the actual hotel.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite and it was amazing. Security at the doors every night, key entry required on elevator so random people can't just wonder the floor. Location is a quick bus ride to either old or new Vegas. Great location and staff.

Wish I could've stayed longer! The staff was super fun and nice! They made us feel like family for the two nights we were there. We were able to check in early and I'm pretty sure it was a room upgrade. They had free movies downstairs available and it's far enough away from the strip to get peace and quiet, but not too far. Also, one of the only hotels with an under 21 check in policy.

It is very clean and in a quiet place, excellent place and very beautiful facilities. I recommend it highly.

Very big and beautiful Hotel.

Great place to stay in Vegas, the privacy afforded due to their location is great. Parking is a bummer but all the hotels in Vegas are charging now so it's not too big a deal. Love the pool area and it's heated, a plus in the cool winter days. Love the suites definitely a great place for a couple of days to feel at home with the full kitchen and washer dryer plus an in room jacuzzi.

Very nice hotel with great accommodations. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent staff and service. Pool area is fabulous. Several hot tubs and very large pool. Tons of lounge chairs and out door bar is great but only open seasonally. Gas grills available for all guest. I dropped my score by one star because the music in the bar is so loud you can’t have a conversation and the bartender said it couldn’t be turned down. Also the loud drunks coming in all night long are very loud and it is hard to get a good nights sleep.

Lovely rooms. Well decorated, comfortable and clean. Only criticism is cheap toilet paper and the Xmas music in the lobby was too loud. Non-smoking and no casino made it much more relaxing. Not located at the best part of the strip but transportation is so easy it doesn't matter. Jason at the Lobby Bar was a stand out staff member.

Clean and modern Hotel with bathroom equipment and full kitchen and luxury. The staff were friendly and helpful. Shop with all the elemental if you want to prepare your own fast food.

Rooms are comfy and spacious. Front desk and all the staff I interacted with were helpful and warm. Got a massage down stairs, it was amazing. Nice cafe/convenient store downstairs with everything you need. Best part is that it's easy to be picked up or dropped off using a ride share or taxi.

Beautiful, super quiet, spotless, nice and helpful.

Room was good (King suite). Great size and a well stocked kitchen (including washer/dryer). Service was good and or requests for a high chair and kettle were promptly dealt with. Location is not in the centre of the strip, but still pretty good, and not too far from the monorail. Only complaint is that the staff seemed to really want to sell us a timeshare. Very easy to decline though.

Do not recommend this hotel for short stay. They do not have separate room for breakfast and in general breakfast disappointing. On the first floor in hotel placed market place where you go for your breakfast. May be for natives it is simple and fine but for us was difficult to chose breakfast because we didn't see how it looks like, just name of the dishes. Rooms as in any other hotel.

This place is wonderful! On the strip but very quiet and tranquil. Check in was a breeze and staff was super friendly! Food and drink by the pool were a bit pricey. The food was not very good. Nachos were soggy as soon as they came out and the chicken add on was almost 5 dollars! Otherwise, this hotel is very lovely! We will stay here again!

Great place to stay, exceptionally clean and well kept. Staff is very courteous and always cleaning, if I find myself traveling to Vegas again I will definitely be staying at the Grand Hilton. I was upgraded to the presidential suite upon arrival with no extra charge. Suite was very roomy with fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, it was very modern. The hotel was beautiful.

Nice place. Very clean & GREAT hospitality. But housekeeping forgot to clean one day (had to ask front desk). Got the sales pitch too (for freebies of course). Overall — good stay!

Good hotel with convenience store/pantry to fill your cupboards during the trip. The only drawback is no formal restaurant — — but plenty of choices on and off the strip. We arrived on 09/2/17, 3 bedroom suite, for a girls get away, paid over $600. Check in was 4pm, was told that room was not ready due to a housekeeping issue… told the person who was helping us that we had plans and needed to be checked in, she said that she was doing her best… clearly not good enough! We were checked in close to 8pm, our plans had been ruined due to the delay. We were given vouchers for water or beer… what a joke! Our plans were ruined, what a waste of time and money. Horrible customer service. I will NEVER stay at a Hilton ever again! No consideration, no discount… paid so much money for absolutely nothing! Way to go Hilton! We all flew back home the next day.

The pool here was fun and covered in shade. Drinks from the pool bar were amazing and it was great being aboe to take them into the pool. Didn't stay at this resort, but hung out in one of the rooms with friends. It was like a really nice full apartment. Much more than just a hotel room.

Great room! Room has everything you need from kitchenette, fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer not to mention a nice jetted tub for two. Hotel is super clean. They help desk is super friendly and all of the staff is overly friendly and helpful. If you don't like to get out much and stay out of the heat there is a market downstairs where you can get the Basic Essentials at not much more than you would pay at a store. There bar makes one hell of a good drink as well… Very nice clean pool with Cabanas that have spritzers. Couple little hot tubs as well totally surrounded by palm trees. Cannot say enough positives about this hotel except come and stay…

A reservation made with breakfast pay €30 more per person per day to eat a bagel in the morning really very disappointed I do not recommend it at all especially since it is far from the city center

Very good reception room. Plan a taxi to reach Vegas centre but close to Stratosphere and circus circus on foot.

On the service I can't give too much judgement since I was only there one night. Location close to downtown and great rooms.

Huge hotel. Gigantic room. Large swimming pool. Unfortunately, the breakfast is not at all up to what you would expect from an establishment of this type (a voucher per person giving entitlement to a drink and a sandwich or cake)

I am disappointed with my experience in this establishment! The receptionist was not pleasant, did not make any effort at the language level (I am bilingual) it was impossible to understand it and she did not want us to take advantage of our Hilton honors advantages while we are in the gold category of this Program… the shower was room there was long and black hair on the walls I reported it to the housekeeper but the bathroom was not cleaned I had to do it myself… we were charged 85dolls for Wi-Fi, the staff is not the friendliest. No cloakroom in the gym and there is no sauna or hammam in free access you have to pay for access via the spa. The hotel does not have a guest room so after the check-out if you want to take a shower before going to the airport it is impossible. There is no restaurant, the bar is small and the food quality sold in the shop downstairs can leave to desire my friend bought a sandwich and the tomato and onion salad inside was no longer edible! The hotel is eccentric to the strip (1h walk) so it will cost you a lot by taxi and Uber!

A little over priced for the location. It is a half hour from the main south strip casino hotels. I also disliked being sold the Hilton vacation package as I tried to check in. Other than that, very clean and a cheaper alternative if you don't want to stay at a casino hotel. The pool was excellent and they have a large work out area and café. Only 10 min from airport.

Beautiful shaded area, and helpful staff. The guests look like they're having a good time comma and have plenty to do inside to go along with their Cafe there Fitness Center Theater your dining facilities their pool not to mention they're awesome view of the strip. I would definitely recommend this as one of the places to get a timeshare, and own a piece of the Hilton. Strip Model Dancer Clifton Robbins.

While some of the staff was great, many seemed put off by our questions — like the members at Concierge. They were annoyed that we interrupted their conversation to ask for help finding a restaurant. And they weren't the only ones. There's also no casino or restaurant in this location — and it's far removed from the action on the strip (which was a downer for us). And the "60-90 minute time share tour" was three hours of my life I can never get back. The "no high pressure" sales floor felt like a prison because we couldn't leave and we had to talk to three different sales people before we could leave.

Hotel itself was nice, staff was nice, the pool was nice, the room was really nice, and the gym was pretty decent. The Spa is terrible and the food at the pool restaurant is terrible and expensive.

Good hotel clean and with it need to spend those days, not has Casino, and is very family.

This place is amazing. Stayed here for 3 weeks and service was great. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. Rooms are very clean. Great place if you have kids coming as well. No casino on property which I thought made the stay better. Pool and pool side grill is great as well.

The spa was tiny but nice and the massage was wonderful. Decent pool, comfortable bed, close to circus circus for gambling, rented a car from SLS across the street for the day which was convenient. No gambling, feels pretty family oriented.

It's been 7 years since our last stay here. And my family still remembers the enjoyment we had. The clean spacious rooms. For the 7 of us was awesome. We can't wait to make our return.

This place is a time-share. Very nice rooms. Very nice staff. This place is noisy. Even though it is casino-free, hallway noise, noise from neighbors above, staff noise in hallway will disrupt your sleep. Location is poor. It is down by the now closed Riviera. You need a car to stay here. However, this is one of the few properties that charges you $8 to park in a very full lot. There is always someone on duty. Some parking lot attendants are efficient, but often there is a slow moving line, that eats-up your time. You just sit. There is a lot next store where festivals and concerts go on. If this happens on your stay, the entrances will be closed and overseen by very unfriendly guards. Not a great value. Even though my stay was mediocre at best, all that was done for me was to comp my $16 parking. Thanks, but next time I will find a better managed property. I am a Hilton Honors member and expect more and have received more from even lower rated Hilton properties.

Dishonorble Hilton HHonors! SCAM! Vacation with us they said, it's okay if you don't bring your husband they said… My mom, a HH member who had previously stayed with HH in NY was contacted to stay with HH again. She was presented with the standard 4 day 3 nights at a discount rate if u take a tour with your spouse bit. Knowing that her husband would not attend she asked if it was alright to take me, her daughter, instead. The HH rep said thats fine and we were on our way. We check in and the next day go to our scheduled presentation where we are told we're not eligible for the discount without her husband and would have to cough up the difference. Now not only did we confirm he wouldn't be attending prior to booking, Hilton knew he wasn't there at check in the day before. The hotel manager then tells us Nevada is a marital state and he has to be present to receive the discount. (Apparently it doesnt matter to HH if the woman is the decision maker of the household. ) We were forced to pay the full rate of the night in a room we never would have chosen costing us over $400. However you slice it you can be sure we checked out on the spot and have decided to no longer be HH members.

Good size rooms, way too much upsell. Keep getting messages in room selling stuff and sales people trying to sell some $30, 000+ USD Hilton "deed/ownership". Initial price looks good but then resort charges per day push it up. Stayed at Hilton as family booked in there… Back to Marriot in the future.

Brilliant and kind greeting from front desk person. Pool and guest service are really nice. Room was a bot small but still acceptable. Location is very close too strip area 10 min walk.

We stayed at this hotel for 8 days and it was perfect except for one thing. There is no restaurant for breakfast other than Starbucks. After 2 days you get tired of the high carb and high calorie offerings. There is a Dennys a few blocks away but you would think a Hilton would wake up to the fact that it is losing money. The rooms were clean and modern and the staff was friendly. The only complaint was the lack of breakfast.

Is very to large and very spacious or just k the pool is very girl for a hotel big and beautiful.

We had our reservation for about 6 months to this hotel location. When we arrived and went to check in, we were told tat we were not staying at this location, and where told that our reservation was changed to the Elara Hilton and that it was an up grade. For me it was not an upgrade. The receptionist informed us that some one there had changed it and we did not receive any form of notice. So we had to get another taxi and the hotel would not pay for it. The Elara did not look great in the hall ways or in the rooms. The hall way smelled frequently of fish or steak. It is located just odd the strip and connected to the Miracle mile and Planet Hollywood. Be careful and check before you even pay for taxi to get there.

Love this place because it's quiet and it's always on point. Service is outstanding, no smoke, no gambling just a regular nice hilton suites property. A quiet refuge in the crazy town.

Very comfortable suites with everything you need. It has an incredible location in the extreme north of the Strip, close to transport, shops, and the SLS casino resorts.

Had the pleasure to stay here along with my family. Rooms are super nice with nice views of the desert or strip. Pools are very nice with grills for people to do their own cooking.

The suite we stayed in was very nice however the $25 per night resort charge is a complete rip off especially considering that we never used any of the items it's supposed to cover and only received 2 bottles of water for a 4 day visit and 4 guests. The concierge took 2 days to return my call that I made prior to arriving in Las Vegas. The view from our room was absolutely horrible as it overlooked the abandoned construction of a hotel that was never completed. We dined at the poolside bar on a game day and we're charged full price for items that were clearly marked as being discounted and had to ask for the discount to be applied after we saw that every other person was getting the discounted rate. The bartender was very preoccupied with the loud and obnoxious guest that were there for 1 night to celebrate Halloween. I called the staff for assistance with securing transportation since our flight got in later than expected and was told that's not a service they provide; at the least I would've expected they call a taxi for me since clearly I was experiencing some issues and reaching out for some help. I've stayed here many times in the past but after this last trip I won't be staying here again. I guess you finally get to experience true Vegas when you go at the end of tourism season all the courtesy is out the door.

We're Diamond members and a part of the Hilton Select program, so we've stayed at our fair share of Hiltons. This one way BY FAR the WORST we have ever experienced. The service is absolutely terrible, their staff is rude, and there were zero perks available for our status. They let one of our guests check in before we arrived without our permission, then refused to issue a key to another guest who got locked out. They told one guest we couldn't have extended checkout because the hotel was fully booked, then granted late checkout when another guest called a few hours later. All around terrible experience. I don't recommend staying here!

We stayed two nights in a suite in the Tower 1. It was a beautiful room with a very comfortable king bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a jacuzzi tub which is always great after a long day of walking. The only reason I did not give it five stars was that I left my favorite bathrobe in the room after showering before checking out to leave for the airport. When I called the next day to ask about it, I was told that they did not have it. As I went directly to the airport from the hotel, I knew the robe was left in the room. Disappointing, but at least they have a safe in the room which we used regularly when we left the room.

Loud parking garage! The idiot valets use car alarms to locate the vehicles. First thing in the morning it's a cacophony of horns, non-stop. Goes great after a night of entertainment! Put numbers on the floor and use a pen! Noisier than any place on the strip. Find another hotel if you want to enjoy the morning after.

I found the hotel and room to be very nice. However, we parked our car in the self parking garage. When we went out the next day to leave, our car had been hit by a hotel employee. The hotel employee did not leave her information — I believe she hoped to not have to deal with the situation. We called security and they found her. She sheepishly gave us her information. Turns out she did not have insurance. The property is unwilling to settle the problem for us. Their employee on their property hit our car and they are not willing to help us resolve the situation because the employee did not have insurance. Now I am stuck with a damaged car. I will no longer stay at Hilton when I travel for business or personal pleasure. I have an upcoming conference in October at a Hilton Hotel in San Diego but will stay at another hotel simply because Hilton has been unwilling to deal with this issue. I am very disappointed.

Loved this hotel! I was on the 19th floor which gave me a pretty good view of the city. Room was immaculate which is always my worst fear. The bed was the single most amazing thing I've ever experienced in my life. I even pulled out the sheets to see what kind of bed it was. The decor was beautiful. I had the 1 bedroom suite with king. I traveled with my husband and my 2 kids so it was perfect! Shower was my favorite, very fancy! Pool was sort of small for being a resort and there were long periods were the sun would leave and the water was freezing but it was 100 degrees outside so I didn't care. Unfortunate didn't get to use the beautiful kitchen or the washer & dryer but wow, those are 2 amazing amenities! Honestly, loved the hotel so much that I already booked my trip back in October! booya!

I"m sorry but we don't do those… " A good number of us travel on business. This is the standard business method. Of course we use corporate credit cards over the wire. Hilton Honors recommended this hotel when I booked online through my account. I was not aware, nor told, that they operate very differently than other Hiltons. The customer service rep (HH) could not even pull up the charges for this hotel stay. These difficulties will ensure a "No Return" stratagem.

A nice, quiet stay on the Las Vegas Strip. I own at the Elara which is right in the heart of the Strip but booked too close to my dates to be able to get in there. This one was one of my other choices and it was nice. I would definitely recommend it for a family looking for a great place to stay. Our 1 bedroom suite was clean and nicely appointed. Full kitchen is a huge plus when you have kids to feed. The one thing to keep in mind is that the housekeeping service is NOT the same as a regular hotel. If you're here 5 days or more, they will come once in the middle of your stay. You CAN request service any time but need to call for it. I personally didn't mind it, no worry about remembering to put the "do not disturb" sign out! Pool area is quite nice with a nice poolside bar and grill. Food there was actually better than what I've had at other (much higher priced) pools in Vegas. Great drinks, the Italian Lemonade had a good kick to it. Cabanas available for extremely cheap, as compared to other places like MGM and Cosmopolitan where I've rented them. No restaurant in hotel but they do have a nice Marketplace that has some basic groceries, deli foods, Starbucks Coffee and a pizzeria. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is location. This one is a bit far down the Strip if you're interested in walking around that area. You'll definitely want to cab it down a ways first and that's a bit of a chore at dinner time.

Having read some of the negative comments, I was a little skeptical when I booked the hotel, but I booked it anyway for two reasons — 1) Lowest room rate and no resort fees and 2) Full Kitchen. I have to say that I am glad I booked it. Having read all the reviews I was ready that my room will never be cleaned during my stay. I somehow got cleaning every day. Maybe because of my status. The kitchen was very well equipped. The only negative is that the hotel is at the end of the strip, even that was not a problem because I could catch a bus right from below the hotel. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for best value for money. I did not give five stars because I reserve it for simply the exceptionally best. I read about issues with Valet parking — you can self park. Expect the worst and you will be very happy.

I loved the hotel, everything was beautiful. When I arrives the service was great until it was time for check out. Was promised for a late check out. Once the day of check out they turn around and say something else. This is why I gave them a 2. This hotel is very sneaky.

Concierge service untill 8 pm. I only will have my parcel tomorrow morning. I should check it tomorrow morning. and if they will charge 5 $for receiving, I will be really sorry for those kind of service. theydidnt even checked it deliverd or not. Maybe this is american standard, that I didnt expect. located far from the center no shuttle — if they do shuttle service they could let me know. you dont have to book through hilton official site. No difference. Dont expect benefit for diamond memeber. its totally different property (they told). somehow I booked one night for suite and other nights for studio and they suggest to stay studio 3nights and they gave no information for Wi-Fi shuttle or map oncheck in time. I should go down again to ask. last year I stayed more than fifty nights in hiltons, and I didnt know that hgvc is not a hotel. That means they dont have to be kind to guest and they dont offer services like hotel. It is my mistake. I should try hotel next time. I think I need a hotel room for shortstay. Otherwise、it is calm and peaceful and clean. Big flat tv. If you go thereby car with family and hgvc membership you will be happy here Jeen.

Stayed here for 3 nights in March. Booked one of their larger suites. Well furnished with a kitchen, lounge, spa bath and seperate bedroom. Booked through Trivago, and got an excellent price! Excellent view from level 21 facing the strip. A little out of the way from all the fun stuff, but also nice and quiet. No complaints really. Very happy with the service.

Spent four days by using some points and when we checked in, the housekeeping procedure WAS NOT explained. The next morning, we showered and left for the day. It's Vegas. Of course we were out all day! When we arrived at midnight to our room that had NOT been serviced, we called. We were told we are on a schedule and the next day we were scheduled for a clean. We asked for some clean towels and after waiting an hour for the towels, finally went to bed. The next morning. Ditto. And when we arrived. Ditto. Not a clean room. When we called this time, we were told, "LET ME EXPLAIN TO YOU HOW THIS WORKS. You are here for four days only and there is no need for housekeeping service. " Um, ok. I guess people don't shower in four days. I asked for more towels, coffee and some clean sheets and I'll handle it myself. An hour later, these items were delivered and I cleaned my own room. Yea, not happy. Next time, I'll go to HGV Elara.

Rooms need a little more dusting! but what ruined it for me is the fact that today we checked out and my husband was out of cash. The three days we stayed we always tip the valet. But we didn't take money out the night before. The guy brought the car opened the door my husband put the luggage in the guy was standing there. And we got in the car. He turns around and tells the other guy we are cheap assess. I called the Hilton manager said the should even expect a tip. I think I will never stay here again. We gave tip to all the other guys all the other days. You could find another hotel probably better price and better room with better customer service. Oh and they already charge 13.00 for valet that is removed from credit card 4/12/15.

4th time at this property and love it each time. Great value and good location. Wish the pool had better exposure to the sun. Have to keep chasing daylight.

Quiet, clean place away from the busy cacino strip. A good place for business trip in Vegas if you wanna avoid the crowded down town.

Beautiful property and outstanding housekeeping. I called front desk asking about a Shuttle service to the other property on the strip and they told me that they didn't have one. They clearly did, but Im not sure why they told me they didn't. We received several calls to confirm our reservation which was obnoxious and they weren't clear about what property we would be staying at.

Nice hotel. Located just down the street from all of the casinos. Suite was spacious and clean. Well priced too.

Our credit card number got stollen when we booked the resorvstions, we booked through a travel agent for a time share at the elara and got bumped to this hotel which is a shit hole, worst customer service I've ever experiences, we booked a suite and got a regular room. Tried to get mistake taken care of and basicly got told they didn't care. They had no restaurant, the pool sucked and was waken up to window washers pounding on window. Again we booked at the elara was told we'd be staying there and they changed our reservations withoutout even confirming with us. I will never stay at a Hilton again because of this experience. If I could I'd give it zero stars.

We just spent a week here while I attended a conference. Pros: The hotel is quiet, even though it's on the strip. The one-bedroom suites are very nice and a good value, at least when purchased as a flight and hotel package. We enjoyed the whirlpool tub, the 2 TVs, the kitchen, the roomy bathroom. The staff are very friendly, polite, and helpful. Security is excellent. You need a room key to use the elevators, and in the evening you have to show your key to a guard before entering the hotel. There's a bus stop for southbound travel right in front of the hotel. For northbound travel, the stop is a few blocks away. There's a well-stocked CVS store just south of the hotel, which is very handy. Finally, we were never pressured to consider buying a timeshare. Cons: the Wi-Fi is sometimes balky, to the point of being useless. Other times it works fine. I suspect some people are streaming video and putting a strain on the network's capacity. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must for you, you might want to check with other hotels or bring a personal hostspot. The location on the north end of the strip between Circus Circus and the Stratosphere puts it in the middle of a number of partly-constructed buildings and vacant lots. The area looks a little seedy, but day or night we never had any problems. There isn't a wide choice of restaurants in the immediate area, so you may find yourself taking the bus down to the center of the strip to look for something to eat.

I cheated by receive ones packages of shopping during my stay I gained more than 5 dollars by pound, by have them in the reception while arrived in the night.
It is a total shamelessness. As know that hardly those guests van to return is a great business for them, to my I took in three days 70 dollars by six packages.

My expectations were others. A nice hotel, the room required care service customer who noted only until you call. I think between good and very good. In any way without unpleasant incidents until today.
