➜ They do not deliver an invoice. They do not provide a security deposit. Service in the Front Desk fatal spoiled and with bad attitudes.

The worst experiencie. They havent give me back the deposit they ask for when you arrive and it's been 2 months. So they practically STOLE 1000 dlls FROM ME. They clean every 5 days, they dont even take out the trash, even if you ask for it. My toilet was clogged. There was a dirty hoodie in my friends closet. A bowl of cereal under my other friends bed and the coffee machine was used.

Absolutely horrible! Booked over the phone with a rep and she said we would have a Times Square view. Paid $600 night and paid extra to get a Times Square view and this is what we got! Hotel customer service was amazing but the corp is absolutely a joke! They lied to me!
