Wonderful people. Exactly what you have in the web is what you get there. Had a great time there.

Poor customer service. We checked in around 1pm and a short time after had to leave due to an emergency. The clerk we checked out with refused to give us a receipt and checked us out hours after we actually left. I was told by the manager even though nothing was used in the room we had to pay full price even if you have to leave a minute after you check in. I've had good experiences at other BW hotels, but after this stay I'm done with BW. Fortunately there is no storage of hotels who actually care.

Full breakfast buffet, included in the cost of the room. Everything was clean and neat. Nice on site bar & social meeting in lobby. Entire staff was outstanding! Both mornings & evenings. Will be staying again!

The hubby and I love it here! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The room is very up to date we got the king suite with the Jacuzzi Jacuzzi I loved it. Everything was very clean. My only complaint is the breakfast the cook "tried" to close the kitchen at 8:45am alot of us was asking for her to restock and put more food out, in which she refused and stated she was closing the kitchen in 15 mins. I told her I thought it close at 10am she says only on the weekend. So another guest interjected and said well what is today? The cook says your right I'm sorry I will put more out, it's 9:30 and she has yet to restock or put anything else out. We definitely look forward to the breakfast it's very conconvenient. I am a rewards member so I stay in Best Western any time I'm travelling I definitely think they need to speak to there cook. All in all our stay minus the breakfast has been WONDERFUL!

After a long day of driving I checked in to the Best western here in Ardmore, OK. This place was spotless, and smelled good, but what really got my attention was the night manager Lindsey. Her smile, professionalism, and enthusiasm was really contagious. She really set the standard on how hotel guest should be treated. If they had a Lindsey at every hotel. I would find more reasons to go out of town! The looks, appearance, and cleaniness is important, but its really about how you make the guest feel, and Lindsey made me feel special. Thats what people really need now days. Thank you Lindsey and Bestwestern.

This Best Western Plus was one of the nicest (but still affordable) hotels I've ever stayed in. It was very clean, smelled good, and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was actually delicious which I can't say about any hotel I've ever stayed at. I really enjoyed my stay!

Great place to stay convenient to the highway, but far enough away to avoid noise and congestion. Comfortable rooms and a good breakfast is included with your stay. Close to local fast food places, restaurants, and shopping.

Wonderful hotel! I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. Updated decor, extremely clean rooms, friendly staff, and close to the interstate for easy access. If we ever need a hotel in Ardmore again, this will be my first choice.

We loved this BW in Ardmore, Oklahoma. Veronica greeted us at the check in desk with a smile. She was very helpful and courteous. We enjoyed the pool and fitness center. The breakfast had a variety of food and very tasteful. The lady working the breakfast area was always checking to see if more food was needed. She kept the area very clean. The staff must have good training because they know how to make you feel welcomed at this BW. We will definitely be back.

Everything about this room was perfect, even the carpet felt sof on my feet. The very best thing was the bed. The most cozy and comfy I have ever slept on.

Great place to stay. Very clean through out the place. Small bar in lobby was nice to set and enjoy a night cap before bed. Friendly staff. Only 4 stars because of limited parking.

I stayed here back in June 2017 and was very impressed. The hotel was clean and everything looks very new. Breakfast is excellent and the price is amazing considering the high quality place you're staying at. Would definitely recommend to anyone passing through.

Front desk check-in was fast and easy, so was checkout. Bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel was very clean. The continental hot breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Great value.

Room was fab. Very clean. I loved the decor throughout especially the dining are. Our room only had one flaw and that was a slow draining tub. I think the stopper was broken. Not sure. Bed comfy. Pillows comfy. Sheets clean. Free breakfast on point. Wide variety of breakfast items and juices. Area convenient to shopping and casino. Overall very impressed with this Best Western Plus! I give two thumbs up and staff very friendly and professional. I would recommend.

We stayed in the king bed suite and there was someone else’s food left in the fridge. There was a spider in the tub, and grime in the hot tub. It was a nice looking room, with a comfy bed, but you can hear everything going on outside the room. I could hear showers and toilets flushing, and foot steps above us. If you’re a light sleeper this is not the hotel for you.

Very nice hotel, great staff and well maintained facility. Check in was a breeze and checkout was easier. Great rooms, comfortable beds, nice sized TV and above average breakfast. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Thanks to Patrick and the supervisor in the morning Joe, we arrived around 4 in the morning almost losing our reservation and they managed to accommodate us even though we were late. They were very courteous and knowledgeable about our time travel and I'm very grateful, we didn't lose our reservation. The hotel was clean, easy access from the exit. Lots of breakfast places to choose from for the next morning. We love the room and everything else. Very clean.

On a road trip with 7 grand kids, booked two rooms, late evening arrival. Best Western has upped their game. Facility is clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good, lots of variety. Used the pool and fitness room. Overall fine experience.

This hotel is amazing. My family and I stayed at it twice while we were in the process of moving to Ardmore. They hotel is clean, the rooms were great and even include a kitchenette, they have a nice breakfast area with lots of choices and even a little bar at the hotel. This hotel was also very accommodating in helping me book their meeting room for an event when another hotel in the area failed to write me into their calendar.

The rooms are very nice, the decor could be better, it was very eccentric (turquoise blue throughout) almost diminishing the quality of the hotel. The room was very nice with a kitchenette area (including a stove). They also had a bar downstairs that was nice. We would stay at this hotel again.

One thing we noticed was that there was only one garbage can in the whole room. I have never stayed at a hotel that did not have a garbage can in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and we slept very well. The room was very clean and inviting. The hotel presentation was very good. Breakfast was good as well. We would stay there again.

Checked in around midnight on September 16, 2017 for a two night stay in which we would leave Monday September 18. I booked online (at the actual hotel website… not a booking site) and was shown to have rates equalling a total of $161 plus tax (Came to $187.78 for city and state) When we arrived, we were given room 210. My card did not work so I went downstairs to inquire seeing as I literally just checked in and kept it in my hand going upstairs. While at the desk, someone came out of the room with my wife still standing there. (We were given an occupied room. I actually feel worse for the lady already there as me trying to get in the room at midnight could be concerning. ) I was tired and accepted I slight mistake and we were given room 219. It was empty and that was fine. Rooms were updated and nice. Breakfast was also great compared to many hotel complimentary breakfasts. For those reasons, I would have booked again if I were in the area. However, upon checkout Monday morning at around 11 am (checkout is noon), I was given a receipt showing payment for $237.63. (That's right at $50 overcharged minus some loose change) When asking the girl at the desk about it, she couldn't find me because they still had me in 210 first. Then she was asking room rates. I told her $80 something seeing as I had an email showing her subtotal and full total booked online the day I went.

Wonderful place to spend the night. Very clean and quiet. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. I used to stay at the Hampton Inn on my way back home to Texas but now I stay here because it's just as nice, but cheaper! The customer service is always EXCELLENT, and the breakfast has been nice the one time I tried it. Honestly I can't believe a hotel this nice is this cheap. Usually expect to pay over $100 a night for a place this nice. It's a great find, you won't be disappointed!

Great appearance inside and out. Friendly staff and great amenities. I have stayed here the last 2 summers on my way to Dallas and I definitely intend to make this my place to stay again next year!

Nice friendly informative staff, new, fresh decor, clean comfy beds, and a pretty decent sprawl on the breakfast. I do not recommend the Burger King across the way. It was beyond gross. Go the extra mile for local eats. The stay in our room was lovely.

We have stayed here a couple of times. It's a really nice hotel clean and nice staff. Breakfast isn't bad rooms are nice. Only down fall is the pool hours they close the pool at 10 pm and no towels. But will stay again.

Very nice hotel. Our room was spacious, clean and nicely appointed. The kids had a good time in the small pool, there's good fitness center and breakfast was really good. It's a great value for all you get. Only complaint being the bathroom. It would be nice if the sink/vanity was outside of the bathroom. With our big family it made things a little difficult only have 1 sink that was actually in the bathroom. We will definitely stay here again.

We were there for a one night stay on our way to Texas. I had spoke to a gentleman the day before out arrival and he assured me they would take care of us. I arrived and there was no reservation on file, but the girl at front desk set us up right away with no problems and got us into a room. Used my points, no problem. There were 2 lights out in our room and a couple of hairs in the tub. I did tell the front desk and they were going to fix them. Overall my stay was great and the staff were all very nice. I would stay there again. Breakfast was good too.

Nice clean rooms, friendly staff only reason getting a 4 star is because the pool was cold and we were told we would have to wait until 11pm to have a drink at the bar.

New Hotel in the area. Close to highway but I don't hear it (even though I always ask for a room that is facing the other side). They recognize Member status which is nice to see and hear. Breakfast is good. Staff is helpful and professional.

Absolutely Awesome! Havean (front desk) is impeccable and her people skills are second to none! Rooms are nice and the Wi-Fi is fast! Highly recommend to anyone traveling north for gambling/business.

Has a decor that has been beautifully done up. The staff at this location went out of their way to be kind, courteous and intentful. I had just gotten my hair done two days prior to staying, in their accommodations. Two of the staff went out of their way to tell me how much they liked my new doo! It was just a nice add to the day, for my drive home. So it showed me that, I was a tad bit more to them, not just a number. Isn't that what we all want, especially when we find ourselves away from home?

Arrived on 12/22/2016 with our 6 year old and 6 month old. Checked in and dropped our stuff off in the room and did a quick glance around the side of the beds to see if there were any traces of bed bugs (just being cautious) then went to visit with family. While visiting, the conversation of bed bugs came up, talking about how much of a problem they have become all over the US. So when we returned to our room we did a thourough check of the beds. We pulled the mattress away from the wall to find not bed bugs, but a used condom. A fresh one. Still had stuff oozing out of it. I was about to sleep in the bed with my child! Had they changed the sheets on that bed, I don't see how they could have missed it. So were the sheets even changed? My husband tried to keep our 6 year old from seeing it. He went to the front desk and they gave us a different room. We have stayed here twice now. The main thing we love is the hot breakfast — scrambled eggs, bacon, etc. But after this, I'm not sure I can go back. Other complaints are the walls are PAPER THIN. Not great when you're trying to sleep. And hearing the car wash behind it going "beep beep beep" is incredibly annoying. And this last visit, there wasn't scrambled eggs, but these awful egg patties that were gross. But the condom was it for me. All we got was moved to another room. No discount, no room comp, nothing. If it were something they couldn't help, I wouldn't complain.

My time at the hotel was very satisfying. They had great customer service. And even though we had a problem with our room, the lady in the reception was so quick to solving it.

The gm Joe was so accommodating. The kids had a blast in the pool! Thanks we enjoyed our stay and will be back.

The hotel was nice however the GM was not very friendly took me over an half an hour to check in because of comp problems I rented for 2 days and decided after the first day with him that I didn't want to stay here again sorry.
